I'd be willing to bet there's more schools with unisex bathrooms than schools with transgender students.

If, the law says hygiene products are to be provided to all students that menstruate bathrooms

And, they say some boys menstruate

Then, hygiene products are required in boys bathrooms

^^ Pretty much cuts to the heart of it. Yep.
Common sense reading of the law.

So where are all the schools stocking boys' bathrooms? The largest school district in the state is on record stating they stock girls' restrooms, unisex restrooms, and the nurse's station.

Yeah it is. The law states that the product must be provided for ALL menstruating students.

Nope. There is nothing to be interpreted in that law. What is left up to each individual school district, is how to execute the law, so that ALL menstruating students have access to menstrual products when they need them. Each school district can designate which restrooms are stocked with menstrual supplies and which restrooms are not.

If that school interprets the law to say that the product only has to be in the girls room and not the boys room, then they have misinterpreted the spirit of the law, because according to the LGBTQ mafia ... both boys and girls menstruate.

121A.212 ACCESS TO MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS. A school district or charter school must provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge. The products must be available to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12 according to a plan developed by the school district.

So you have no proof or evidence for your claims.

Already gave it. The actual letter of the law. The spirit of the law is very clear.

Thanks for playing but you lose.

Wow ... delusional ... sugar low? Get that cookie I suggested ...

And the actual legal experts in the article you posted say your interpretation is wrong.

The lawyers for the largest school district in the state say your interpretation is wrong.

Until you can point to a court case that upholds your interpretation, we can only go by the reality of the situation: Your interpretation is wrong.

It's not just my interpretation. It's what the law says. Straight up. And no ... I don't need a court case upholding what I said ... the law says what it says.

121A.212 ACCESS TO MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS. A school district or charter school must provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge. Strange how the left is bending over backwards to try to claim the law doesn't say what it clearly does. You'd think they'd be embracing the LGBTQ agenda on this one. That's clearly what was going on here .... instead of saying 'must be available to all female students', it instead says 'all menstruating students'. Anyone with a brain knows that is female students ...but the LGBTQ mafia has twisted that to include boys and therefore the products must be made available to the boys in 'restrooms regularly used by students (them)'. That's boys rooms. Common sense.

No point in beating a dead Liberal horse anymore.

You know you are right and they know you are right but they choose to keep gaslighting.

They'll never admit they are wrong in a million years.

True ... three or pages of repeating the law and common sense.

Except it is your interpretation. Actual lawyers, with law degrees, have interpreted differently.

I wonder who I'm going to believe actually know what the law says.

Tonight is the last night of Taylor's European tour and then she's off for a few months. I wonder what the odds are that she shows up on the last night of the DNC.

There's apparently a mystery block on the schedule for tonight and what it's going to be is known to only a few people.

Melania? She's "not going back either". But really, hmm.. thinking Taylor or Beyonce since she's using her song Freedom. But maybe a dark horse? Pence? GWB? I mean the GOP Convention did not have his former VP or any former VP or President, nor have any come forward to endorse him.

Speculate about the Liberal/Socialist doomsday cult at the DNC all you want, it's going to be all for nothing.

Normal American citizens endorse Trump, that's all he needs.
