VP pick is expected be announced by next Tuesday. Her rally in Philly is expected to be the first joint event to start a tour of the swing states.

The choice of venue would suggest Shapiro as the pick, but the Harris campaign has said not to read too much into it. Apparently no final pick has been made at this time.
