Was a bill presented? Was it bi-partisan? Is this supposedly the biggest issue for the country? Both left and right? Would passage of the bill been good for the country, the Border patrol? Yes and yes according to those working front lines on the border.

Did Barrasso state anything was wrong with the bill? No. Did the Republicans even allow a debate on the bill. No. After Trump spoke out against it.

I noticed the goal post moved again. Now it's that it wasn't done sooner. So that's why it should be rejected and just wait another year. And if Trump is not elected? You just made them wait for nothing. Same bill likely passed. You only allowed nothing to change and hurt those that actually work it day in, day out.

And did anyone in the GOP state that? No. Were they willing to discuss anything to that effect? You know, since it's the issue the GOP candidate is running on? Again, no. Kind of weigh this if you can, to them, what was more important? Passing a bill that the border control was happy with, that would address numerous issues, that would help the situation, OR kill it because a man told them too? They chose the man over the country and those that defend the border.

Firstly this bill was propsoed AFTER the problem had reached epic proportions under Biden and Harris. They own the problem. They had the same tools Trump had to secure the border and they failed miserably.

Secondly the bill actually codified illegal immigration at over 1 million a year - making it HARDER for the next Presdient to bring down illegal immigration to the levels Trump had it at.

Thirdly, the bill including massive spending on war in support fo Ukraine and Isreal.

Democrat gaslighting on this bill and it's rejection is not fooling anyone

It's political showboating. Same as when Democrats introduce a bill that is 25% funding for the VA bureaucracy and 75% progressive pet projects. When it fails the narrative is invariably Republicans hate veterans.

you act as if Biden didn't cause the issue in his first week when he reversed all the policies that were keeping the border in check. And of course there was the time when Biden looked right at the camera and told illegals to come. Integrity, just a word. Nothing more.

Harris campaign reports $310 million raised for July. That's more than double what Trump raised ($137 million) and it sets the record for best fundraising month in presidential history.

She has also set the record for largest warchest at this point in the election cycle with $377 million cash on hand.

Some of y'all are carrying water for a clown that just blamed trump for a bad jobs report.

Think hard on that, she is still trying to praise bidenomics and blaming Trump for everything wrong with the economy nearly 4 years after he left office.

Even now its double the rate when Biden took over and Biden had it up at a shocking 9%.
