With messaging like this, it's truly a mystery why the Right have so much difficulty courting young voters.

Just saw a clip of her speaking in Georgia, rolling out the fake accent.
Democrats really will fall for anything.

As a younger person, I supported the Dems but I woke up to their sleight of hand shell games.

Trump will get slaughtered in the debate which is why he has not committed to it.

I started out Democrat. JFK kind of Democrat. Real Democrat. Not the woke socialist mess calling itself Democrat today. Then when it changed, I went Republican. That lasted as long as being Democrat lasted. When they kept screwing up, I registered 'no party' and lean Libertarian. As you age, you learn more and grow .... at least, that's what it's supposed to be.

He may or may not win, but that's not why he did not commit to it yet.
He was committed to one with Biden and he had asked for more. But Biden is out so that commitment is cancelled.
Trump said that after the convention, when the Democrats have their ticket decided, then he will debate Harris and he hopes to debate 'many times'.
What he said makes sense. No use in committing to debates when it's not even firmed up who is running. So he's not running away.

VP pick is expected be announced by next Tuesday. Her rally in Philly is expected to be the first joint event to start a tour of the swing states.
The choice of venue would suggest Shapiro as the pick, but the Harris campaign has said not to read too much into it. Apparently no final pick has been made at this time.
Yes, indeed, Shapiro looks really good.
Despite his relatively short tenure as governor, Shapiro has already made significant strides. He demonstrated interstate cooperation by partnering with New Jersey to form a task force strengthening labor law enforcement and worker protections. This showcases his ability to collaborate across state lines to achieve progressive goals.
As attorney general of Pennsylvania, Shapiro rooted out sexual abuse in the Catholic Church. Combine his background in fighting for survivors of sexual abuse with Harris’ background as a prosecutor protecting victims of sex crimes, and the choice between the Democratic ticket and one headlined by Trump, a sexual predator, is a stark one for voters.
A Harris-Shapiro ticket presents the best way for Democrats to win. It combines Harris’ federal experience and prosecutorial background with Shapiro’s proven track record in state governance and his ability to communicate government achievements effectively.
