Who said they pulled his regular detail? After the Iranian threat, the Feds beefed up Trump's detail. I haven't heard anything about removing his handpicked detail.

Not, he turned his head to look at the teleprompter because he needed to read what he had to say next. Sheesh.

“How the f--- did he get a gun that close,” one former Secret Service officer opined in a series of exchanges with colleagues yesterday reviewed by The Post. The response he received from a fellow agent was “resources.”
They also said trumps regular secret service team was not there due to fatigue, since they’ve been overworked.

But in a statement to Public Integrity, the Trump campaign indicated it's not responsible for reimbursing cities for police and public safety costs associated with its spirited, and sometimes boisterous rallies — the president's favored venue for connecting with supporters.
"It is the U.S. Secret Service, not the campaign, which coordinates with local law enforcement. The campaign itself does not contract with local governments for police involvement. All billing inquiries should go to the Secret Service," the statement said. Secret Service officials, however, said that they receive no funding from Congress to reimburse municipal governments for the local public safety protection they request.

Exactly. He wasn't aiming at Trump. He was shooting into the crowd.
