Any sign of Russia taking the whole of Ukraine?
Any time soon?
How long has Russia been bogged down in this war?
How many Russian casualties has Putin thrown into the meat grinder?
I wish I had a crystal ball.
Who knows.
Russia is sitting in crimea eating borscht and drinking vodka just waiting for more ducks to shoot in the kill zone.
The defenses are hardened and Ukraine can’t do a thing but throw a few drones out.
Time is on russias side, not Ukraines.
Russia is using convicts and dregs.
Do you think Ukraines manpower can outlast Russia?
How is that working out for the Black Sea Fleet?
I think it’s awesome they turned Russian ships into subs.👍
Russia deserves more punishment like that.
Do you think Ukraines manpower can outlast Russia?
I don't think it has to.
Why don’t you think that?
Already explained.
Ukraine is under no obligation to fight the war Russia wants.
Can you think of a single significant example in last say 100 years where war was decided by which side ran out of manpower?
Russia is driving this war.
They are killing more Ukrainians than they are losing themselves.
Evidence of this?

We can throw out each others sources all day and not agree, so it’s not relevant.
I’m guessing your sources would say Russia is losing more men per month than Ukraine.
For this arguments sake I’ll agree to that.
Do you think that Ukraines manpower can still outlast Russia’s?
The territories sound reasonable.

Last but not least, even if the West did come through with all the weapons they have pledged, “we don’t have the men to use them,” one of Zelensky’s close aides told Time’s Shuster, revealing that the average age of a Ukrainian soldier has already reached 43.1 That third revelation is, perhaps, the most consequential of the revelations that Shuster—who has been relentlessly covering post-Soviet conflicts for decades—makes in his Nov. 1 article.

If you join the US military at 18, put your 20 years on, you retire at 38.

If possible, let's look at this situation realistically. If Putin has sacrificed 60,000 of his nation's finest and 4X that many irreparably maimed for life to stop Western aggression to their front doorstep, would you not demand concessions as well?
I wouldn't settle for anything less and neither will Putin. The West thinks Putin is running a bluff. He isn't!
Back again?

Do you understand perspective.
The average age of the Ukrainian military is 43, and getting older as more die.
Most US military personnel put their time in and retire before 40. The Ukraine is using an army on average 3 years older than when most Military personal in the IS retire.
It’s a huge problem the average age of the Ukraine military is 43 and getting older. They are not filling their ranks with younger people. Why.

Sounds good to me, at least it opens dialogue. An agreement not to join NATO and perhaps some sort of autonomy for the four provinces could be negotiated.

Two years of war in Ukraine: A catastrophic effect on demographics
The country's birth rate has collapsed. The separation of couples, with millions of women and children leaving the country, has been compounded by male mortality.

What pool of people are going to fill the ranks as more Ukraine soldiers die?
