Leave the children alone.

Let parents decide.

Unless you think children can drink, smoke, drive, get tattoos, vote, enlist, etc.

The parents do decide. The middle children need parental approval to take out a sex book.

Children with cell phones see much worse than anything they will see in an age appropriate sex education book at school.

Don't leave the children alone without any smarts as to how to protect themselves against predators.

Kinda self-explanatory with the drag queens mocking femineity and exposing themselves.

And please, don't ask for examples.

There are multiple threads and stories.

2 pages ago you said there were no sex books, you checked.

Okay, Groomer.

Not the kind of sex books you were referring to. These are age appropriate (middle school) and the only problem with these is that there is gay sex education.

Okay, toxic hater.

Christ.

Now you're qualifying sex books.

A failure, Kevin.

You have failed.

I have explained the differences in sex education...girl on girl, heterosexual sex ed books...okay ... anything LGBTQ sex education...oh nos.

All age appropriate. All parental approved and including an opt out option. Nothing burger here.

I am just pointing out the unfair advantages in sports that have existed forever between female athletes and children who mature early and that everyone makes the choice to ignore.

Respectfully...

Ignoring it? it is called accepting it, it is a feature of genetics, and a child's genetic makeup somewhat determines their athletic ability and their rate of maturity.

Not everything can be equalized by a doctor, there will never be true genetic equality for athletics or other disciplines unless we all become clones.

So yea let's screw up one option the 97% of those less studious have to make thier lives more enriched, healthy, and fulfilled because some of the 3% of those who are struggling with thier identities, can't excel against those of the same genetic gender and want to have a manufactured and doctored delivered athletic advantage.

It's no different than doping and steroids. It's a medically induced advantage and we haven't even discussed whether we know how damaging these procedures are long-term, nor do we hear a lot about those who regret thier transitions.

Too many answered questions here, to be hoisting this burden on some many kids because so few want to feel included. Why is it it's never a slender, small, or even regular size person in transition?

I don't like it in adult sports either FWIW,

Did you see the trans fighter who was pounding the genetic female fighters brutally till one finally kicked thier ass?

Do you support this for children? really? it's no different. Like I said I have no problems with transitioning females playing male sports because they don't have a doctored advantage. I would be worried about a transitioning female in the genetic boys' locker room not because they would hurt the boys, but the exact opposite, they would catch so much crap, and it really could be potentially dangerous for them.

Why introduce all of that in an immature child and teen environment? One can accept and understand Trans rights in most areas but still have real issues with how it's applied in our schools and athletics

Adults can deal with these issues themselves but young children are witnessing anti-LGBTQ hate and intolerance and that is not right. If someone has an issue go through the proper channels away from the children, is all I'm saying. Well, of course along with all the hypocrisy that is evident within society.

But you and other were saying there were no sex books there was no teaching sex.

And schools are not required to tell parents, that's why parent groups are so upset.

Not the kind of sex books you were describing...these are age appropriate sex books for middle children (Grades 7 & 8) with parental approval.

All anti-LGBTQ activists and parents are upset about this, nothing new there.

All parents can opt their children out of sexual education and give non approval for taking out any sex ed book in the library.

You can know a lot of things are coming.

Even in places thought of for acceptance, in the bluest state of all, Massachusetts.

Apparently the kids of Burlington (outside Boston) are sick of it.

Burlington Students Celebrate Pride (link failed to embed for AMP reasons, look up)

School officials in Burlington are working to respond to a clash at a middle school where some students tore down rainbow decorations and chanted “USA are my pronouns,” as the school’s LGBTQ+ student group celebrated the beginning of Pride Month.

Students at Marshall Simonds Middle School organized the June 2 celebration — for which they distributed rainbow stickers, posted Pride signs and encouraged students to wear rainbow clothing.

It doesn't mention it, but the kids all wore red, white, and blue.

Looks like Generation Alpha is fixing to be mighty rebellious towards the new indoctrination. So much for peoples belief they are just waiting for conservative values to die with old people.

I guess they're close enough to New Hampshire to live free or die.

Not expecting this out of Mass, but makes wicked sense.

Any protest like this would be called homophobic, even if it's totally annoyance based.
