Nope, actually just skimmed an article about it from a lawyer's point of view and it's very vague and it seems to only apply up to Grade 3.
If you were any more full of it, you'd be a septic tank.
The bill, signed into law last spring, harms LGBTQ people—and violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution—by discriminatorily censoring classroom instruction about sexual orientation or gender identity in Florida public schools, not only for grades K-3 but for any grade as long as someone concludes that the discussion is somehow not “age-appropriate.” The law, written in broad terms, invites arbitrary enforcement by parents and others to sue local school boards for damages based on perceived violations.

well, would it surprise you to know the original bill was in fact intended to cover up to 3rd grade, but was later, after it passed legislation extended up to 12th grade
the bill, HB 1557 is actually know as the "parents rights in education bill"
HB 1557
its not vague at all, it states very clearly
the Department of Education; requiring school
27 districts to notify parents of healthcare services and
28 provide parents the opportunity to consent or decline
29 such services; providing that a specified parental
30 consent does not wave certain parental rights;

Im curious, why do you think this bill was created and supported by large florida companies like disney and publix amongst others. why do you think the state of florida would need such a bill?
