Drag automatically = predator? I'm asking for examples of predators being invited into schools. Did Tucker tell you to believe that?

Nope, actually just skimmed an article about it from a lawyer's point of view and it's very vague and it seems to only apply up to Grade 3.

I linked an article with Dr Santis' bills, that one was just one of the many on the list and made my point.

From what I've read in an article, from a lawyer's point of view it's left up to interpretation as to what is age appropriate and/or developmentally appropriate...very vague bill and this will open up many law suits which you taxpayers will foot the bill.

If you were any more full of it, you'd be a septic tank.

Well let's hear your interpretation of the bill. And leave out the yippie.

ETA:

This bill is being opposed.

The bill, signed into law last spring, harms LGBTQ people—and violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution—by discriminatorily censoring classroom instruction about sexual orientation or gender identity in Florida public schools, not only for grades K-3 but for any grade as long as someone concludes that the discussion is somehow not “age-appropriate.” The law, written in broad terms, invites arbitrary enforcement by parents and others to sue local school boards for damages based on perceived violations.

www.familyequality.org...

It violates the Constitution.

Leave children alone by violating the Constitution. We will see about that.

well, would it surprise you to know the original bill was in fact intended to cover up to 3rd grade, but was later, after it passed legislation extended up to 12th grade
the bill, HB 1557 is actually know as the "parents rights in education bill"

HB 1557
its not vague at all, it states very clearly

the Department of Education; requiring school
27 districts to notify parents of healthcare services and
28 provide parents the opportunity to consent or decline
29 such services; providing that a specified parental
30 consent does not wave certain parental rights;
31 requiring school districts to provide parents with
32 certain questionnaires or health screening forms and
33 obtain parental permission before administering such
34 questionnaires and forms

Im curious, why do you think this bill was created and supported by large florida companies like disney and publix amongst others. why do you think the state of florida would need such a bill?

It's headed to an appeals court because it violates the Constitution.

There is a later article where it's headed to an appeals court. You can't take away one person's rights to appease others' beliefs or bias'.

so you think that the schools should have more rights over the children than the parents?
from the bill

Text(c)1. In accordance with the rights of parents enumerated
68 in ss. 1002.20 and 1014.04, adopt procedures for notifying a
69 student's parent if there is a change in the student's services
70 or monitoring related to the student's mental, emotional, or
71 physical health or well-being and the school's ability to
72 provide a safe and supportive learning environment for the
73 student.
