A 'diplomatic accord' was reached long before that, and it included the U.S. giving it's word to protect Ukraine from russian invasions if they gave up all those russian nuke and bio weapons.

We made it OUR problem when we gave our word to defend Ukraine from russian invasions in exchange for their massive stockpile of russian nukes and bioweapons.

Ukraine did it's part, and now that comrade O isn't in a position to appease russia, we're doing ours.

I seriously can't stop playing that video at full volume on the big screen, my neighbors must think I'm nuts!
