LOL. Catching up on all the dudes telling the women here they are behaving irrationally.
Good luck with that, if it doesn't work at home I'm pretty sure you won't get any traction with that here.
‘We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.
That follows the wording of the 10th Amendment I posted earlier (since you seem completely unable to read anything yourself) and specifies "the citizens of each State."

That much I can agree with. It's a state level policy that should be determined per the democratic will of constituents residing in respective districts.

Almost as profound as the Roe v Wade being overturned is the fact the draft decision was leaked.
The utter dysfunction and decay of all three of our branches of government is now complete.

Why do you assume that all women who have abortions do so because they are forced to rather than perhaps they don't give AF about anything but themselves?
Every pro-abortion argument assumes:
the woman is helpless
the woman is blameless
the woman was somehow coerced into either having sex or having the baby
the woman is in danger, health wise or domestically
It is hard to stomach that some women just might be careless, selfish or simply don't want to deal with the consequences of their own "female empowerment", isn't it?
Are those the people you want becoming mothers? Are they all suddenly going to become unselfish?
Did you know that, when in conflict, federal law supersedes state law?
Both Republicans and Democrats seem to think...

I absolutely love how when I suggested the reform of welfare programs and assistance to the forthcoming wave of single mothers who need help maintaining childrearing in poverty situations my question was systematically ignored.
Typical.

Alito send this issue away from the court and into the hands of elected officials. Congress is composed officials elected by citizens of each state.
Did you think I was a Republican? I'm not... never have been.

I don't think about you.
Both Republican and Democrat Congress people have promised abortion bills since the reveal of this leak. So, tell them that what SCOTUS is putting out takes their power away.
You'll stop whooping and hollering "States' rights!" when Congress starts introducing federal abortion bills, as promised.
Whether you're celebrating or mourning this draft decision, I feel the leak is the real historical event.
