What would this ruling mean

1. ABORTION ON DEMAND FOR ANY REASON ANY TIME (the real thing they are demanding in pro abortions' groups ) will cease to be a COURT ORDERED federal law.

2. it then becomes UP TO THE STATES TO DETERMINE IF LEGAL AND/OR WHAT LIMITATIONS IT HAS..

it DOES NOT MAKE ABORTION ILLEGAL

i do not think it will happen, especially for the blue states. But i feel more of a shift . it still baffles me that more people do not believe a baby in the womb is considered a life.

Well I am pro abortion thankfully it was available when in case I was in need of it and I am glad my daughter have that right also.

Now women will have to go to blue states if they need them.

Womens rights, autonomy and access to a service.

Vs

A babys right to life, liberty and the pursuit along with all the same rights.


Myself prefer the safe, legal and rare approach. Having the federal govt out of it is a plus in my book.

just point out FACTS and keep hammering them home

3.. That almost all (if not all) abortion laws grant exceptions for rape, incest, save life of mother, and severe deformities.

and lastly

4 it isnt about female reproductive rights/health. its about KILLING HEALTHY FETUS/BABIES.

if you want to really set them off point out that if the mother fetus was killed by someone else, its considered a human but if the MOTHER WANTS IT DEAD IT ISNT..

Era, for real though I know this doesn't outlaw abortion, it just throws it to the state, where it probably should be. If you don't want your tax dollars supporting abortion, move to a state that doesn't allow it. Federalism is a great thing, something the democrats for whatever reason hate.
