There's a bunch of bold ISW analysis again today, but perhaps none more significant than this:

I haven't heard anything near that bold from a reliable source like ISW before.

That's somewhere around 100k in original force strength.

Some folks here certainly know what 'spent force' generally means about casualty counts.
