Key Takeaways
* Calls made by Russian nationalist and pro-war voices for the Kremlin to officially define operations in Ukraine as a war, conduct general mobilization, and pursue expanded territorial goals reached a crescendo on July 19 with some criticizing the Kremlin and others claiming that Putin has been preparing for the “Syrianization” of the war all along.
* The Kremlin will likely attempt to illegally annex occupied Kherson, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk oblasts into Russia as early as September 11, 2022.
* Russian milbloggers highlighted the Russian Airborne Forces (VDV) failure to fight as they had trained—a critique that helps explain the general Russian failures during the initial invasion of Ukraine.
* Russian forces continued efforts to resume offensive operations toward Slovyansk from southeast of Izyum and around Barvinkove.
* Russian forces continued ground attacks to the east of Siversk and had partial success in ground attacks to the east of Bakhmut.
* Russian authorities are continuing to leverage unconventional sources of combat power to avoid general mobilization.
* Russian occupation authorities are escalating law enforcement measures to protect administrative control of occupied areas.
Nearly five months into its senseless war against Ukraine, Russia has concocted a wild new explanation for why the Kremlin’s plans for a quick takeover fell apart so spectacularly—because Ukrainian troops were turned into superhuman killing machines during “secret experiments” in American-run biolabs, of course.
Never mind the myriad reports of Russian troops refusing to fight by the thousands, sabotaging their own shoddy equipment and even deliberately wounding themselves to abandon the war, Russian lawmakers claim the real setback for Moscow was “drugged up” Ukrainian soldiers.
That claim was made Monday by two Russian lawmakers heading up a commission to investigate “biolaboratories” in Ukraine, Kommersant reported.
Konstantin Kosachev, the deputy speaker of Russia’s Federation Council, and Irina Yarovaya, deputy chair of the State Duma, touted what they described as bombshell findings from the “investigation.”
Testing of Ukrainian POWs’ blood, they claimed, uncovered “a range of diseases” that suggest they were secretly experimented on “for military purposes.”
“And we see: the cruelty and barbarity with which the military personnel of Ukraine behave, the crimes that they commit against the civilian population, those monstrous crimes that they commit against prisoners of war, confirm that this system for the control and creation of a cruel murder machine was implemented under the management of the United States,” Yarovaya was quoted telling reporters.
Russia commits the war crimes...
Russia commits war crimes towards Ukrainian POW's...
Russia is the murder machine...
and you do not live in the US so you can stop with that lie also.

Holy hell, you have been soaking in way too much MSM.
The Ukrainian military has “a responsibility under international law” to remove their forces and equipment from civilian-populated areas, and if that is not possible, to move civilians out of those areas, Weir said.
“If they don’t do that, that is a violation of the laws of war,” he added. “Because what they are doing is they are putting civilians at risk. Because all that military equipment are legitimate targets.”

In Ukraine the situation is very slow paced. It can take years just to take a small town by either side. Americans and Canadians will have trouble following and understanding warfare in Eastern Slavic countries like Ukraine and Russia. They have all these things like "cut the road' and "high ground" and "fire control" and stuffs like that. If it were Americans and Canadians they probably just go full Iraqi highway of death with air power. So basically, Americans and Canadians will be bored to death by Ukraine war.

I see the term war crimes get thrown around so much on here and on the news it has lost a lot of meaning.
