Ukraine used to be a democratic country but now Zelensky has martial law imposed.....

Its pretty much common practice - and common sense - to impose Martial Law when your country has been invaded.

.... so no more election in a perpetual war......

Unless Russia puts an end to the senseless killing and insane war.

But unlike Putin who has twisted, manipulated and broken Russian law so that he can reign unopposed for over 20 years now and is in effect dictator for life.

While it is true a country is expected to impose martial law if at war, however because this is a permanent war just like covid is a permanent pandemic, Zelensky is de facto dictator for like, just like Assad is de facto dictator for life, because the previous election in Ukraine was the final election in Ukraine.

Tell that to the russian pilots that have already been shot down by Mr. Stinger in SU-25s, including a retired russian general (now wagner) shot down in an SU-25 near Popasna a few days ago.

For all intents and purposes it is permanent. Zelensky is president for life thanks to war. No election in Ukraine until after Zelensky dies of old age.

How is it a permanent war?

Putin is a de facto dictator and tyrant who brutally suppresses all opposition.
Putin has twisted and manipulated Russian Law in order to remain in power for over 20 years and is now able to remain in office for life - a dictator who tolerates no dissention.

So by your reasoning if Russia hadn't invaded Ukraine Zelensky wouldn't be a dictator.....so it stands to reason that its Putin fault.

If Putin stops the war then elections will take place and Zelensky won't be a dictator....problem solved.
