Fuel is essential for an offensive operation. With Ukraine currently producing exactly 0 barrel per day of that due to Russia missiling Ukraine's only oil refinery, it's going to be difficult. MRLS is good, but without air defense or fighter jets to protect it from high altitude ground attack jets or even attack choppers it's not going to make a difference. Modern combat is combined arms. No modern army is effective with only a single component.

Perhaps russia hasn't informed you yet in your propaganda briefings?

The U.S. is providing refined petroleum products to the Ukrainian military in whatever quantity they need, and will continue doing so until russia surrenders and retreats back to russia from all Ukrainian territory.

America is a fuel importer. Fuel is expensive in America. Sure, America can in theory provide some fuel for Ukrainian army. But the quantity is limited. They have to fly that in to Poland, truck it to Ukraine. Wont' even cover basic fuel needs in Ukraine considering the country needs thousands of barrels a day just to run civilian cars and tractors. What Ukraine needs is an oil refinery which as producing tens of thousands of barrels of fuel a day before it was cruise missiled, and even at that Ukraine has always been a fuel importer.

155 mm howitzer has range 30 km (in reality about 10 km for accuracy). 203 mm howitzer has range 40 km (in reality about 14 km for accuracy). Ukrainian 155 mm lack Excalibur which has range 40 km because America don't want Excalibur falling into the hands of Russians the way Switchblade did.

Ukraine's fuel was mostly supplied by its oil refinery which as cruise missiled. Ukraine was producing tens of thousands of barrels of fuel before the war and still needed to import fuel to keep its cars running. I don't see America willing to supply tens of thousands of fuel to Ukraine every day. Fuel is expensive in America considering America is a fuel importer, not a fuel exporter like Russia.

Right, there's no need to repeat yourself. I'm saying the fuel comes through normal means of transportation, not an airbridge to Poland. Fuel in Ukraine will also be extra expensive, because the war makes transport difficult. On the other hand there's less civilian consumption and the government can regulate prices to make sure there's more fuel for military use.
