Not even close. Texas was an independent nation for 10 years before being annexed / applying for admission to the United States.

The Donbas is no where close to how Texas joined the Union so please learn US History before trying to draw a parallel to Ukraine.

That's the city administration building. Should be in the center. That's the most important building in the city. The rest of the city should be falling soon or already fallen.

These KUB BLA suicide drones are really deadly due to their long range 40 km. Looks like Russia will adapt them to be carried on attack helicopters like Alligator and Havoc the way AH-64E carries drones.

Any particular reason those who support Russia always try to justify something Russia does by comparing it to the US?

All 50 of them?

I'll warn Ukraine right away.

Apparently Russia has lost so many tanks in Ukraine that they are now using old stocks of T-62's.

lol

If Russia is using T 62s it is because they captured it from Ukraine. Ukraine uses T62s.

and had you actually watched the video, which shows Russian trains hauling T-62's, you might understand.

Russians captured Switchblade from Ukrainians. It seems to resemble a mini Lancet.

Perhaps you missed the multiple video sources of trains carrying thousands of T62s racing across russia towards Ukraine?

Apparently T62 is russia's new wonder weapon.

Just to update a previous post, no T62 has ever penetrated an M1, and multiple T62s have been captured by LAVs with 25mm.

One of those captured by an LAV is sitting at 29 Palms for children to climb on (or was the last time I was there anyway)

Hint for Ukrainian troops - hit the crazy 'sights' and just wait for them to run out of fuel. You're pretty safe at 4000 feet from a T62, it takes them several rounds to get near a target at 3000 feet. It's been done with a 50 Cal, but 25mm or 30mm makes it much easier.

russia is obviously a lot more desperate than I had thought.

T-62M have previously been supplied to Assadists in Syria. They are outdated but still fairly potent in a low intensity warfare like in Syria and Ukraine. Mostly these will be used by rebels in Kherson and Zaporezhia.

Does 'low intensity' = nobody is shooting back?

Cuz that's the only way a t62 could ever be useful at all.

In case you haven't noticed, Ukraine is shooting back.

Just like I predicted, a new Russian troll starts posting with a new account in this thread. It seems like they last about a week and a new one comes in. The thing is, if you go back and study the vernacular used and the way they articulate, it appears to be multiple accounts of the same person.

I wonder who it will be next week!

Cheers

Low intensity conflict for example in Syria and Ukraine only involve a few hundred tanks, artillery. High intensity conflicts for example WW1, WW2, Korean war, Vietnam war involved thousands of tanks, artillery.

I understand the term, but thanks for the mansplaining.

T62 is a deathtrap for any russian soldiers using it where someone is shooting back.

Regardless of the conflict size, scope, or intensity level.

Ukraine is shooting back.
