Only if English is Your Native tongue. English just makes it so easy to lie, and hard to tell the truth from a lie. Its the language of deception. Not saying non English speakers always tell the truth, simply saying they have to be better liars.

It would be accurate to say he certainly had training in disinformation. That was bread and butter for the KGB.

As a former intel officer, he is likely familiar with manipulating others.

What he is at his core (the "real" Putin) is probably something that only he knows, and perhaps, his first wife.

Absolutely could be. Anything is possible with Putin, unless as has been suggested quite a few times, he has lost or is losing his faculties, in which case, i doubt any ploys are the major driver's here. Paranoia and isolation would rule his world then.

One of those who has been accurate when predicting Putin, is Colonel McGregor.

He says the Russian President has been planning what we're seeing in Ukraine, for years. Some setbacks, but things still going as planned overall.

It amazes me how many open contracts there are on US elected officials both present and past by countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia and Syria. Wouldn't surprise me if North Korea had a few in the pile. 1 million is nothing. Is that payed in the US? By the US? If so that's definitely chump change.
