as opposed to the 4k russian nationals that have been arrested by Putin for protesting his war in Ukraine...

Still seems Putin had to know what will happen. Moves ahead of time. We all knew sanctions would be a no brainer. No shock there.

I just don’t want to underestimate the situation here. Russia doesn’t want a wasteland to deal with. They do have capability too.

Let’s see if this is in phases. And see what’s next.

I’m sure some of us that ultimately is viewing the situation like in the U.S, are curious if this is going to be a complete defeat with Russia and Putin.

Like losing Crimea.

That confidence is not there sorry. At least not right now.

Why is that a surprise? Russia has always used civilians as cover.

Bringing up financing is crucial.

Knowing sanctions would be imminent and closing the Russian markets soon to follow, he has to have a war stash somewhere.

Can only be China. Thus, sanctions should apply there too, but we all know thats pie in the sky thinking.

We too then must be culpable?

Almost correct.

Not paying attention?

Using civilians as SOLDIERS.

Which is why russia hasn't been able to find many civilians to capture as hostages.

Every person remaining in Ukraine is now a Well Trained Soldier.

Taking orders like soldiers.

Fighting like soldiers.

Kicking the peace out of putin's goon squads.

Exactly as planned.

Actually the sanctions were a shock to Putin to do their breadth in terms of what they targeted. When Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 he threatened the west when removal from SWIFT was talked about. This time his threats did not work. That action took half of Russias reserves they were going to use to prop up the ruble etc.

As far as Nukes go I do think Putin is insane enough to use battlefield nukes, especially if he starts to lose the war he3 started.

The West has already put statements out telling Russia to leave Ukraine - completely, including the 2 separatist areas as well as Crimea. They also said any gains made in this war will not be recognized.

He did - about 600 billion rubles. 1/2 of which was lost when SWIFT was yanked from Russia.

I don't agree with arresting peaceful protesters.

Or anyone over words.

Star for the sentiment though.

As apposed to Canada... or the USA.... this can go on all day. WW3 (more like WW4) has been going on for a while now. People just have not put 2 and 2 together yet.

The issue here is who it supports. In this case Russia. It is saying Russia was right to invade Ukraine.

They weren't.

No one from the US or Canada has been arrested for supporting Russia so you may wish to get your facts straight. Both countries support Ukraine.

Yeah right. Best not to confuse kindness for weakness. This is not a comic book or some Hollywood big budget fantasy film. Those forced civilians (lead by a Nutjob) are going to get slaughtered if Putin lets his troops off the leash. This romantic story telling propaganda is not going to end well if the Ukrainian people dont come to their senses. I dont care how many NWO Mercs they have in there coordinating things. Wait until the Ukrainian people find out what their government has been up to in those labs.

They do for political interests.
Just like how together they came along for the Libyan regime change.
