All is not lost
After your suggestion I went through the page and copied the url's of the ones that I could see were missing and saved them on a Notepad for e-mailing to Dropbox.
Then I went to the Dropbox web page, to get a contact address, which BTW I haven't been on for over a year as I have the program installed on my laptop so items go directly there, .
Low and behold at the top right of the page are a few icons, one is a recycle bin and in the drop down menu it says "show deleted files", which I did, and there they are ................ doh.
I'll have to go through and restore the ones I deleted one by one, there were 30 of them that I could eyeball off the Wordpress page.
Damn I wasted over an hour clicking each image thumbnail to see if the full size image was available or not, then copying and pasting the url.
Ha that's me all over, I wait till it breaks before I read the instructions.
Thanks for the encouragement, a lot of time went into that LISS SNZO page over the last year or so, it would have been a shame to write it off.

I did a monster update on IRIS SNZO yesterday, putting on the old graph images that you saved, I haven't had time to mark up the events on them yet, but at least they are archived. And there are 62 still to load on yet!. Many thanks for saving those. Although they are black and white and changed shape and reduced in size, I have kept the originals on my Remote Hard Drive (and my Dropbox)

Just because I could, I started another IRIS webicorder page - RAO-Raoul Island .............. you didn't happen to save any of those did you ...............

Rosenberg's blog is now showing a fifth quake in 5 days. Below is the text from an e-mail from him.

Every 80 years or so, Israel has a major, catastrophic earthquake. So Israelis know they are "due" for a "big one."

Those who pay attention to Bible prophecy also know that both the Old and New Testament Scriptures describe major earthquakes occurring in Israel in the last days.

Earthquake preparations are on the increase by government agencies and among private companies and such preparations will now accelerate, especially in the wake of five minor earthquakes in Israel in the course of the past five days. Among the steps being taken: a new earthquake alert system is being developed by the government and is expected to be ready in 2016.

"Israel’s last major earthquake rattled the region in 1927" reports the Times of Israel, was "a 6.2-magnitude tremor that killed 500 and injured another 700." Before that, "an earthquake in 1837 left as many as 5,000 people dead."

"A small earthquake shook the Sea of Galilee area on Tuesday morning, the fifth such tremor in less than a week," noted the Times. "The quake, measuring 3.3 on the Richter scale, caused no reported damage or injuries."

"On Sunday, two minor earthquakes, both measuring 3.6 in intensity, were reported in the north, which followed similar quakes on Saturday and Thursday," the Times noted. "No injuries have been reported, although some buildings in Tiberias were lightly damaged by the tremors. Last Sunday, a 6.4-magnitude quake, centered in the Mediterranean Sea near Crete, was felt in Athens, Egypt and Israel....In response to the string of temblors, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened a special cabinet meeting Monday to discuss the state’s earthquake preparedness, and, on Sunday, the Home Front Command and emergency services representatives held a meeting to discuss emergency procedures in the case of a more major earthquake."

In Epicenter, I note that Bible prophecy warns of several catastrophic earthquakes that will strike Israel in the “last days.” For example:

"It will come about on that day when Gog comes against the land of Israel," declares the Lord God, "that My fury will mount up in My anger. In My zeal and in My blazing wrath, I declare that on that day there will surely be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. The fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all the creeping things that creep on the earth, and all the men who are on the face of the earth will shake at My presence; the mountains also will be thrown down, the steep pathways will collapse, and every wall will fall to the ground." (Ezekiel 38:18-20)
"I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood, and the stars of the sky fell to earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind." (Revelation 6:12-13)
"Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne saying, 'It is done.' And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty. The great city [Jerusalem] was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell...." (Revelation 16:17-19)

Glad you managed to recover them! That page is a useful resource. As far as RAO goes no sorry. I collect SAVNU, MARNC and SNZO in that neck the woods.

It is pretty much impossible to identity any quakes in Israel. The nearest seismo available to us is Eilat. The Tiberias quake is on there but there are others that day that are stronger. Tiberias is too far away to register such a small magnitude. Looking back over the past 10 day there are many traces that could be quakes but....

That would explain why they are not showing on the regular quake sites.

USGS missed another you say? Go figure....

So the small quakes south of Long Valley caldera just keep on popping. This is from the Convict Moraine seismo:


The volcano observatory CalVO announced Monday that they believe the activity to be tectonic. They're probably correct, especially since the epicenters keep jogging southward.

Small but interesting (if only to me, lol).

no i just used the gcmt value as the USGS listing says 5.5M, on closer inspection M=mb
they haven't change the M type yet.

It may say 5.5 but the moment tensors are both Mag 6.

Expecting another 5+ tomorrow for NZ, based on the 2-4 day theory,
had less than 10TTNT on Friday 18th.

a day late coming in, might have to stretch theory out from 2-4 days to 2-5 days to fit

Its hard work, the Cyprus Geological Survey has their data all over the place, some are pdf's (2009-2012) some are html tables (2013) and some are missing ( I can't find anything from Feb 2012 to December 2012)

That image is for Jan 2012, and is the FE Region of "Cyprus Region" only. They had 7 more events from Dodecanese Islands and Turkey as well, but I didn't put those in.
Not sure if I should include those others, the Turkish Republic Disaster and Emergency Management Presedency, Earthquake Department covers the north of Cyprus well enough, could end up duplicating like the Spain/Portugal pages do. Then again its interesting to see how they match up.

It is of the North Island of NZ and up North to the quake region in the islands North of NZ

Clearly I have more to learn and dink around with to get the size right. Sigh.

To do what Muzzy, I and others do with the pic being a link you have to take the third style and do this with it



That gives you a full width pic of smaller size and links to the larger one. If you have the QVSData program there is an item on the Tools menu that creates this for you. All you do is paste the third link code and it copies the full thing + message to your clipboard.



Ah just twigged what you are doing. Don't right click the image and use copy location, just click it once and you will see what I have posted above.
