I was very impressed with the 100% team buy-in last night.

That removes any doubts as to what this roster can accomplish when they are All-in.

This is the 3rd game in a row where teams have had that constipated look on their faces for 60 minutes,ha ha ha,they are expecting the Oil to roll over and instead they are standing tall.Absolutely wonderfull.

Is anyone paying attention to the Flames lately,ha ha ha,they are sure looking like a new team these days.I wonder what has changed?

Has anyone noticed the Hawks recent worries?Ha ha ha ha.They are looking pretty mortal these days arent they,I wonder what has changed.

Is anyone paying attention to the Blues these days, they are sure looking solid and stable and ultra-focused arent they?

It sure is fun watching NHL hockey these days, the offense and incredibly exciting goals we are all getting to watch being scored has made the game exciting again.

It might be a good idea to enjoy the fights you see if that is your flavor because as Intuitive Dynamic Managment becomes continues to work its way into the position as the Primary Driver behind the NHLs evolution, the fighting aspect of the game is slowly but surely being inched out of the game, this is an evolution that has been a very long time coming.
The best part of this evolution is that the big tough men are not losing their jobs, they are finding that they are able to contribute on the ice without just fighting for a living.

All sports have the potential for physical confrontations due to the dynamics present, but we are seeing Hockey beginning to evolve back towards the baseline present in other Pro Sports.Fewer fights, catalysed by emotional moments not tactical decisions.

I must commend the NHL officiating for cracking down hard on teams like the Preds who are intentionally running Goalies, this is improving the game.As soon as there is a 3 game automatic suspension assesed due to precautionary health and concussion concerns for both parties involved in a fight the game will evolve even further in the right direction.

I have noticed a small delay in whisteling down plays where the crease is full of players scrambeling on their knees on the ice, this isnt good,we need to see those whistles so we can see more and more faceoffs, this is a traditional part of the game that is exciting and that we have been missing dearly.

I cant help but mention how often I am seeing officials picking players out of the playaction due to :incidental" contact,it is becoming painfully obvious that there are one to many men on the small ice surface. It may be time to remove one of the Refs and put them behind a bank of monitors off-ice to support the on-ice officials in ensuring that correct calls are made consistantly, more of a curative support than a direct influence, with their primary job being montoing the entire plauyaction before goals to ensure the integrity of that critical area of the game,if there is something that the on-ice officials miss on a playaction that results in a goal the off-ice official can intercede,non-goal playactions can be out of bounds to the off ice officials to preserve the integrity and the continuity of the on-ice officiating. But when it comes to goals scored there needs to be another layer of support for the on-ice officials, one that has access to the same video replays the fanbase sees withinn seconds of the action on the ice.

O

Ralph is already incorporating NHS philosophys, in fact he even claims to base his tactics off of the same origin that catalysed the NewAge Hockey System, the 80s Oilers PP.

I love watching athletes and coaches squirm. I used to be , a looooong time ago, an athlete and also an athletic coach at the junior and senior high school levels so I have a minor skillset dealing with competative dynamics. I used to key in on disorganised command structures as a clear tactic with great sucess. Many times its easier to beat the coaches than the players you are facing, to focus on tearing open a tiny hole that you see in the command structure and making it gape.

The Oilers need an intuative dynamic managment program to follow, they are missing a key component of a winning dynamic. It is reasonable to assume that coaches who were players carry a lot of baggage and are totally stubborn and prone to using a scorched earth policy if their personal projections dont come to fruition.

There is winning in general and there is winning in the NHL, NHL teams focus on hiring people who have a proven record of winning at hockey, this makes sense to a degree however it is also one dimensional. If you carry an assumption that hockey is unique or special and that you need to actually play hockey to understand how to win hockey games then you are simply vain and closeminded. This is where the Oilers organisation stands right now, they are vain and closeminded, and lack integrity, they claim they are simply business minded and think this validates their unwillingness to be frank and open and to excercise a higher degree of integrity in their operations. The Oilers are taking core values from the NewAge Hockey System and utilising them piecemeal, they are denying the validity of the source of the NHS and simply picking what they like from the system and denying it even exists, this is vanity and there is a price to pay for that.

A lack of integrity is BadMedicine if you are trying to grow a winning dynamic within your team no matter what the sport of competition.

Any fool can see that a winning formula can be trasferred from one sport to another, it is a dynamic that can be reproduced and that can be sucessfully implemented in any and all competative dynamics, you need to look beyond the game you are playing to understand and aknowledge this, you need to be a big enough man to step out of your comfort zone and recognise this situation that your mindset needs to be humbled before it can grow bigger and stronger, so really a failure to develop a winning dynamic when you have all the proper ingredients on the table can may times be attributed to stubborness and vanity in that order.

If hockey at the NHL level was policed truly by a results based dynamic the Oilers would be embracing and supporting the NHS fully and completely, instead they have a contest and try to scalp the best minds they can while at the same time handcuffing them with non-disclosure agreements, ha ha ha. The Hackathon was concieved a couple years ago because the Oilers were under online pressure to make adjustments, they were facing adversity, so they chose to let vanity and stubbornness rule the day, they ignored the NHS and its creator repeatedly, claimed there was nothing there and then scalped much of the philosophys and implemented them claiming no big deal as they were just traditional hockey philosophys anyways, this is called a lack of integrity.

Remember this, because it is relevant to the Oilers performance this year, the Hackathon is simply trolling for the NHS, it was catalysed because managment was confronted with an online surprise that they couldnt rationalise and couldnt ignore or supress, so they tried to simply define this new perspective in their own terms. The Oilers made a critical error, they couldnt deny what was being illustrated openly so they stuck with their program, they refused to even aknowlege the source of the new perspective the refused to validate it instead they ignored it and tried to find as close a substitute as they could find, ha ha ha, they hired a statistical analysis firm Darkhorse, ha ha ha. You see the NHS has nothing to do with statistical analysis in fact it rejects 75% of the current applications of statistical data systemwise. The forces the Oilers were feeling pressure from were catalysed by intuative dynamic analysis. Not by statistical analysis as DarkHorse does for them, they tried to explain away an intuits abilitys by attempting to atribute the NHS accuracy and clarity to statistical analysis through the sourcing of DarkHorse. The NewAge Hockey System was created by an Intuit, a person who can use intuition as a tool, purposefully and accurately and consistantly. Fortune 500 companies pay 6 figure salarys to Intuits who provide a specific and very valuable quantifiable and defined service to them--the relationship is entirely results based. Statistical analysis has none of these attributes and can not be quantified defined or evaluated via results. The 4th question of the Hackathon is really the only question that matters because it is the only one that doesnt utilise statistics, Darkhorse is trying to show the Oilers that there is no majic potient that their statistical analysis they are paid for, ha ha ha, is more valuable than anything catalysed from Intuition. The Oilers know that the NHS exists and exactly how and where it came from but they are more concerned with disproving it out of vanity than they are concerned with validating it with integrity, they have surely identified the sphere of influence but are to stubborn to outsource the asset. Instead they went to a statistical analysis provider which is the polar opposite direction of the NHS and Intuative Dynamic Anaylisis. You can find many companies like Darkhorse out there because anyone can simply read pages of stats and rearrange them, but you cannot just go out and find an Intuative Analyst with a deep sports dynamic managment background, it just isnt going to happen. Intuition is an intangible and so are effective communication skills, not technical skills but effective ones.

What exactly do most people think made Wayne Gretzky such a great player. I think Wayne was a visual thinker, a 3D thinker, I dont think even he knew how to quantify or identify that and certainly no one else has done this except for myself. In fact I created a system of executing competative dynamics based off of this fact which I identified and researched. Wayne used INTUITION on the ice, in fact this is what -- elite vision-- really is. The NHS was designed to quickly and completely teach players how to develop and strengthen this ability we all have to some degree. Wayne Gretzky taught this through osmosis with no verbal communication or description, he did it on the ice so guys learned it but in a controlled manner, they learned it from a one dimensional perspective because Wayne made this possible by doing small things on the ice to teach them hands on, they operated on a need-to-know basis to some degree which is why none of them except messier could reproduce the results and this was because Wayne TALKED to Mark more than anyone else did about what he was doing and Mess learned quickly because he knew what wayne could do and knew wayne was a human being and that if he tried hard enough he could also do what Wayne could, when Gretz saw Mark would bleed for him and the game he took him under his

cont.... wing, the NewAge Hockey System can take an entire team under its wing quite easily.

If there is some professional expectation of a buisness plan or a technically proper presentation of the NHS to satisfy convention by the Oilers, it just isnt going to happen that way. Nothing happens conventionally with an Intuit or with the results they can provide. But the Oilers are presented with an exceptional circumstance with so many elite 1 and 2 and even several 3 dimensional thinkers and players on one team, they need a superior system of play unlike anything seen before, they need something as original and results based as this group happens to be, the NHS offers this to them but they need to humble themselves and come find it for themselves. Or just quit BSing and truly use a results based decision making process which would bring them straight to the NHS. The Oilers are using a conservative and non-aggressive statistical based decision making process so they can back up their decisions with paperwork and BS.

We have a very good group poised to take a big step, but they are being hobbled by organisational politics, this team has forgotten how many people really contributed to the Dynasty teams, and who they were and where they came from, many were unconventional and very influential. Glen Sather wouldnt have sat in the same room with a statistical analyst because he was to busy coaching players to rewrite statistical history and record books at the time using Waynes and Pocklingtons and his own Intuition. Those personalitys were like a perfect storm, you couldnt have bought them and brought them together they were an anomaly that no one could replicate until the NHS was developed, many tried including Wayne himself and ALL failed.

The bottom line is this, if I can use the NHS to make realtime game tactical decisions and adjustments and post them online BEFORE the team can identify track and react to dynamic on ice situations then my system is better than theirs. If i can post the correct and accurate tactical reads and list the correct and timely adjustments to neutralise opponents systems consistantly faster and more accurately than the coaching staff and post them online then its a no-brainer that I am doing something consistantly superior to what a professional NHL coaching staff is doing. So why does it matter who I am or what system i am using, if things are results based then i should be sitting watching the game with a direct line to Ralph and the bench plain and simple based on results. But this is not how it works, not at all. Just pay attention to the GDTs where i utilise the NHS and you will see exactly what I am talking about. You see the crux is this, as an Intuit who played and coached many sports I have experienced the winning formula in many different situations but get this, never hockey as i didnt play. I can feel the game developing dynamicly substantially sooner than professionals, I can identify how and why the dynamics are changing because i key on the dynamics not the specifics, this is how I was sucessfull at many sports using one philosophy. its like reading the future just a minute or two before everyone else, it is the edge that makes you a winner, and it is teachable and reproducable. When I post on the GDT its pretty hard to dispute the results i show using the NewAge Hockey System if you use integrity. If the NHS is right and the coaches are wrong it will be obvious, if I identify and correctly adjust online in my post before the Oilers do the same or dont identify and adjust at all then the RESULTS speak for themselves, you can use the first time i am dead on better as your mulligan to say I am lucky but if you are honest by the 2nd or 3rd game I post on you will admit that the NHS is a superior system and I am producing more consistant sucessfull results than the team is making. After that you can decide for yourself why the Oilers refuse to aknowledge the NHS. But at least you will know they have an option they have been presented with already. Just read the GDTs and decide for yourself

Sometimes its important to review history to keep your perspective balanced and orientated in the forward position.

Just an observation here, the Flames are meeting the 4 goal per game average they should be achieving with their modifications, another happy customer.I wonder how sore the Sharks teeth are after their little spin through good olde Alberta,ha ha ha ha ha.

I am seeing a lot of confusion with the stats people who have all created their own concepts and are now looking to find ways to expand upon a purely statisical perspective. It isnt going to happen, not unless they step out of their comfort zone and learn new things. There IS an optimal method of valuation that incorporates stats but it simply doesnt use statistics as the Primary Driver,as it isnt possible to create an optimal impact using stats as anythihg more than a secondary influence. To be frank once you bring this "valution system" into the public domain it forces traditional perspective into the backseat and this can disrupt everything from player contracts to NHL salary cap structures,it is a very very large can of worms or whup arse to open up on the game of Hockey.I wont do it because the NHL isnt ready yet and the statisticlly catalysed minds "cannot" do it.

The Flames are heating up now which was part of the program, now the Sabers need some nudging. The Blues are doing just fine as they are for now.

Ironiclly the Vancouver franchise was quite open to recieving input a few years ago,but they didnt implement anything,to bad, they sure could use help now considering how they are doing.

I must comment on the 59 save game against the Sharks.

That was a team effort,Scrivins played well,he is a technical goaltender and he did his thing optimally.

What I SAW was a team that had the perfect storm happen, they were accustomed to defending for Dubby who is a big tall goalie with specific body mechanics and habits, HOWEVER what they had in net was nearly the polar opposite of that dynamic, and the result was that the players were consistantly taking away the bottom of the net so there was no shot available, this played into Scrivens strengths which as we can se happen to be the top half of the net,if the bottom is taken away by the defense for him he is in his comfort zone and can take care of business. It was also easy to see that players are now trending towards simply jumping behind the tender to cover the goal line when they see there is no other way to influence the playaction defensively, this is easier to do with a smaller goaltender and it worked out well many times.

Add in the fact that again that shot that kills big goaltenders from high in the zone/middle that hits the net high as they are transitioning down to cover the bottom
was essentially not really there but the Sharks kept trying and the plot thickens.

What I WILL give the biggest pat on the back to Ben for is KNOWING that he needed to be ultra-selective in the decisions he made on whether or not to play pucks and get involved outside of his crease,he was making EXACELLENT read and reacts all night long.I actually was surprised that Bryz didnt get the start simply because he naturally stays inside that traditional sphere of goaltenders influence. But that being said ,excellent display of diversity by Ben.In my opinion I would have started Bryz due to stylistic differences and on that note Scrivens showed me how a Goaltender optimally adjusts himself to give his best support to the team under less than optimal circumstances,he was thinking on his feet and adapting on-the-fly,excellent.To me this takes nothing away from my pre-game assesment to play Bryz against the Sharks it in fact simply showed me that Ben has another dimension to his game that previous coaches may not have recognised.I cannot overlook the fact that the roster was pre-conditioned to use cerebral muscle memory in a lot of their reactive decisions and this played into creating the perfect storm.

The fact that there were "allegedly" 100 shot attempts is no real deal,I simply saw the game evolving the right way,the Oil didnt sacrifice their system focus to try to take the Sharks on in their comfort zone, everyone held the line, yes lots of times shots on net evolved but so what, the KEY issue was that everyone held the party line together as one unit come hades or high water,THAT consistancy and continuity is what is needed.

No need to overthink things from an overall perspective. If this same result can be generated 4 times out of 7 then the Sharks go home early if we are in the playoffs.

The Oil brought their best and S.Jose brought their best and the result is now i the books.Over-analysing things will simply lead to statistical false/positives which is what the team DOES NOT NEED.

The Oils system impacts will look different against every team they play, and a superior decision to stay the course and project consistant continuity has been made and stuck with over the last 12 or so games,STAY THE COURSE SO YOU CAN PROPERLY VALUATE.

PROPERLY VALUATE fellas, dont get caught up in the moments.Ben will likely tell you the same thing.

On that note that WAS one of the best All-in efforts I have ever seen on the ice from everyone.I am not going to push this but maybe its time to ask why things have turned the corner so suddenly in terms of overall roster buy-in?Just saying, not trying to rock the boat or overthink it-- it is what it is.

I have been having a great time reading the stats-heads attempts to rationalise Halls performance, they are trying to make statistical sense if how and why he is creating a substantial impact when he isnt fitting into their statistical numbers game,ha ha ha.Nice job by the coaches and his linemates,I could illustrate these dynamics but NO WAY,I am hands off now,as I said the training wheels are off.On that note I am still available on request and YES tacticlly there were a PLETHORA of things I saw in that game that could have been adjusted, but as we all saw sometimes you just need to but your best foot forward and let the cards fall where they may so you can see how your hand stacks up in the card game,a win is a win is a win.Ha ha ha ha,Dallas you sure are getting full value for your ticket price huh? What a ride man!Steady as she goes, steady as she goes.I thought the post game presser was fine, dont fret it man,the entire roster was wondering why their arses were to numb to feel the horseshoes they all knew were hiding in there somewhere,ha ha ha ha.Just "book it" and move forward.Everyone stuck together from the bench crew to the entire roster to the complete fanbase in and out of the arena,I was actually holding my breath during the last minute rooting for Scriver to get the SO,wonderfull experience ,thank you fellas.

It is sure nice to see Gagner finally looking healthy and to see that 2nd line/1a coming together.Yakupovs game has really taken a step forward in a lot of dynamic ways, now we are finally seeing what we could have started the season with huh?Kassian really screwed the season didnt he?If I had to give one single reason for the horrid start it would be that Sam Gagner wasnt there to provide his leadership and to lead the 2nd line.

One last note,Nuge has really stepped it up this year, and I dont believe he has broken out yet,we will need to wait till next season, but my god is he ever the total package,I gotta say man he is a generational talent.I do believe I anm watching him begin to sink his teeth into the NHL game and into this team. The future couldnt be brighter.

The Bruins showed their system focus in the first 4 minutes and they didnt change it until the 2nd period and that wasnt structural. The micro-adjustments they implemented they maintained until the end of the game .

You have to ask Dallas,I wont give any more to you.The game was yours, nearly every one is yours, but you cannot grasp how critical it is to read and react before your opponent.
I now have empathy for you,I have spoken with some high level hockey coaches about Intuitive Dynamic Managment--- its not your fault Dallas--it really is coming from me,I simply read the patterns faster than NHL coaches do,its that simple.

You arent going to experience any NHS revelations in the read and react department.I can provide you with this during games but I cannot teach you to process things at the speeds I process them at,and your assistants whether they are upstairs or on the bench will not be able to match me either, sorry for your luck man.You know where to find me and you know what happens almost immediatly when you have my data and also what happens almost immediatly when you are lacking the data.Simply post up here and get with the program.

Mr.Eakins, the blackballing needs to stop, you need to go to bat for the NHS,it is that simple,it doesnt matter what personell changes the G.M makes or whether or not the POHO takes a leave of absence,as we know those are not the problems that need to be solved,it is the attitude that needs to be changed, and it is time to step up to the plate.

You,Acton,Buchberger,Smith,Mac-T,K-Lowe,the lot of you know very well how the cards have been dealt, you cant hold onto your hand forever wearing a poker face bluffing with the NHS hoping for things to change, the game was over a very long time ago, just lay down your hand ,take the hit,and move forward so another hand can be dealt.

Youtube "slap scene from Trinity is still my name".The stats catalysed round table and attitude that needs to be changed are represented by the slick well dressed Gambler at the poker table, the NHSs Intuitive Dynamic Managment program is represented by the Hillbilly at the poker table, the results you see manifest up at the bar after the drinks are poured are exactly like what happens every time you try to threaten or blackball the NHS,EVERY TIME,exactly the same result, just watch the video and think about it,the game was over 4 years ago,I wouldnt have sat down at the table if I didnt have the game in hand already-- stats never come out on top, ever.

All you need to do is post and ask for help,it is that easy, pick any game you want and together we will walk through it,you need to understand why no one can hijack the read and react ability I project. It will never happen.Messier if you are out there you cannot possibly be missing this reality, there is no way possible that you could be missing this, playing possum maybe but not missing anything.Dont think for a second you will have any more luck than previous fellas out-performing the NHS,and I clearly say that you have the same option they do to ask for it as a resource, just post up .

I am not going to engage in any theatrics from now on,I clearly understand what it is I am projecting now and realise that it is more difficult than I first anticipated for others to keep up to the speed of Intuitive Dynamic Managment when I implement it even if they have a solid understanding of how it works. There is no point in beating a dead horse,I will not be critical anymore but I also will no longer provide tactical data for you.I can tell be watching the games where I do not participate that you do not even have someone preparing Tactical Dynamic Templates pre-game,even this basic chore isnt being done for you and it clearly shows. There is a basic comparative analysis using stats that you would understand but I cannot give it to you here, you need to ask for the data.

But the last two games since the training wheels came off have been worse than I predicted, much much worse,to the degree that I believe that through osmosis your structure is somewhat dependant upon the "provision" of NHS data.It is what it is I guess,a basic supply and demand dynamic.I hope the incredible lack of offense trend goes away for you,the team really doesnt need any more of a beatdown this year.

The basic adjustment that shut you down was recognised by me within the first four minutes Dallas,4 MINUTES.The game tape doesnt lie ,right?I now realise that even upon review when your men watch the game tapes they arent recognising these things when I do,they simply apply their statistical acumen and write down what they really see,and unfortunately it is simply not good enough, the valuations are not good enough. They are likely making excellent statisiclly based valuations of that I have no doubts, they ARE doing their jobs, but is just isnt enough.

Fare thee well man, fare thee well.No harm no foul.Kudos to Nuge again he in my opinion is evolving into the primary on-ice leader, this man is for real.

To -- Otis Winchester the Third -- thank you for the support and it was placed in the proper spot to generate the most impact, well done.Unfortunately you can see now why it has been such a slippery slope to climb trying to help the team out, just look at the responses from the peanut seats that your single post generated on ON,ha ha ha,I must say it felt fantabulous to read simply because those negative posters ALL KNOW very well what the NewAge Hockey System is and are struggeling to not be assimillated,ha ha ha.

Keep chipping away at them man but be aware that sooner or later you will get bored,I did.None of them ever provide any alternatives after they criticise the team and managment, because they HAVE NONE TO OFFER.I do believe they feel like they are being kicked in the Velvet Crown Royal Bag every time they get the NHS shoved down their gullets.

I kicked that ON hornets nest [among others] to pieces long ago simply by de-valuating statistics and disenfranchising their traditional "lock" on overall conventional hockey perspectives. There nas never been a valid reply to the NHSs concepts and philosophies by the types of posters you encountered on ON,in all fairness to the dunderheads[not that they deserve it] it was as much of a shock to their stats based mindsets to encounter the NHS as it was to NHL coaches and managers. They just havent accepted that the fight was over long ago and they have been cloudwatching with their backs on the ground for a very long time,KOed they have been ha ha ha.

There is no gentle way to RIP the statistical perspective away from them and you must literally RIP IT OUT OF THEM or they simply try to rearrange their statistics to fit the moment. You need to Snuff the stats right out or they cling to them like a lifeline. It really isnt that difficult to do,statistics are hollow representations of what happens out on the ice and in the players heads.Stats suit the traditional[but changing] fanbase as well as coaches, managers, contract negotiators, accountants ect ect.Statistics are the path of least resistance to understanding the game from a traditional perspective, however once EveryFan is exposed to enough NHS data they begin to understand that the traditional stats based perspective is actually labor intensive and the long hard path.

The NewAge Hockey Systems Intuitive Dynamic Managment program is what the team needs to utilise,I designed it to help simplify the game for both players and coaches,to REMOVE AND REPLACE statistical inputs which are a built in achillies heel that they cannot identify or self-valuate.

Remember two things --- #1 No Man is a Prophet in His Own Land,it is simply to much for the status quo and the majority mindset representing it to handle when something new and superior suddenly stands up in their wheelhouse and turns them and their traditional mindset and comfort zone inside out.No harm no foul,it is a natural knee-jerk reaction to being figuratively kicked squarely in the Velvet Crown Royal Bag.

#2 -- "Albert Einstein" - "The thing about really smart people is that they seem crazy to really dumb people." Again no harm no foul, there is a tough learning curve associated with breaking away from the "status quo' or the mainstream perspective, not everyone does it at the same speed.

No one ever wants to be the First Penguin off the Iceburg.Ha ha ha.For the record when penguins get hungry and it is time to jump into the water to eat they are all keenly aware that there are sharks lurking at the edge of the ice just below the surface waiting for THEIR lunches,so the penguins all begin to slowly push forward starting from the backend of the group, taking tiny baby steps slowly pushing the entire group forward as the fellas at the front push back as hard as they can trying to pervent themselves from becoming Shark bait.

Just consider the buffoons who criticise the NHS to be the penguins at the front of the line ,they are being pushed forward by something to powerfull for them to stop, they are pushing back as hard as they can but the battle is meaningless, evolution pushes progress, just as hunger pushes the penguins, nature is unstoppable. The NewAge Hockey System is evolutionary progress and Intuitive Dynamic Managment is the cutting edge of that evolutionary sword.

To keep the record straight, all the Oil need to do is ASK FOR HELP,right here or exactly where the NHS began and they are fully aware of where it all began 4 years ago,in their own wheelhouse,I designed the NewAge Hockey System and Intuitive Dynamic Managment specificlly for them,it is TAILORMADE for the historical system influences and current roster that they have.

@ Otis Winchester the Third -- keep hammering away at them, there is a solid core of online posters who are united on several popular sites, they are an informal cadre of statistics freaks and will always react defensively whenever you post NHS data ha ha ha,there are fiscal motivators behind their push to make their stats based perspective popular and to suppress anything that proves how backwards the stats focus really is in anything more than a supportive role. There arent as many detractors as you may think, you are just hearing from the vocal minority which is why the responses to your post were immediate and negative,ha ha hah ha,sorry but I have to chuckle because I do not post there and their arses are still burning from the huge can of NHS whup-arse I opened up on them.Keep posting and you will find these nitwits dont have any rational rebuttal to the NHS,none whatsoever, they never have.

Sometimes I wonder what popcorn degrees some mainstram media sports writers manage to pass off as credentials, considering the horribly off-base comments I read today by David S.,intentionally inflammtory and baseless comments directed at the Oilers youngest gun.The blame game is not one that MSM sports scribes ought to be getting involved in at any time, their job is to make astute and relevant observations of the team that can and will connect with the majority fan mindset.Attempting to write weak-kneed articles which pointedly place unfair and improper blame on individual players because the writer lacks the simple hockey acumen to identify anything more complicated than a number on a Jersey is bush-league journalism. The overt attack on nail Yakupov made by David S.. was one of the most amature hatchet jobs I have ever read.Nail Yakupov thinks the game of hockey at a higher NHL level than average,he is constantly ahead of the playaction and has to slow himself down to match his linemates on many nights,Yakupov is a very very talented youngster with a tremendous upside who barely has one full NHL season under his belt.Nail is one of the three core players who will carry this team into the future of that there is no doubt. This dunderheaded writer suggests that managment put a young player of his pedigree and value to the club in front of the net in the NHL so he can be taken to pieces by veteran NHLers, what a bush league idiot of a writer. It is time for this writer to find relevant issues to put on his bosses desk and quit wasting the readers time.

The teams last few games have been a shambles due to inadequate read and reacts by the coaches, the system focus and presentation was fine over these games but the ability of the coaches to make NHL level counter- adjustments was basiclly non-existant,they were barely able to keep the system focus on task for 60 minutes in both games. There is no lacking of players willing or able to go to the net, there is simply so many coaching breakdowns in terms of failure to read and react that it doesnt matter what the players are doing because the coaches constantly have them one or two steps behind the opposition tacticlly. This is not and never has been a player issue over the last decade +.

There is no lacking in net presence, there is a failure to properly utilise the assets the team has assembled, this is a functional breakdown not a talent drive or motivation issue,if the coaches dont know how and where to utilise the assets then the team will keep losing it is that simple.

As I said the coaches have managed to put together ten+ games of consistant system focus, and they have won some games because of this, however in the last 2 games they have failed to ADJUST that consistant system focus adequately,THIS has been the catalyst of the last 2 losses, not the players or the system itself.

I said I would not offer tactical data because the training wheels were off and the coaches had stabilised the system consistancy and focus because they had and it was time to see if they could properly adjust that well presented focus that the players were giving them, well the jury is in and they sucked badly in fact they let the players down.

Last game there were two very very simple adjustment that the opposition made that completely confused and discombobulated the Oils coaching staff, simple basic things that any NHL crew would normally identify and read and react to.The consistant system focus that WAS PROVIDED BY THE PLAYERS was wasted because the coaches couldnt do their jobs adequately or in a timely manner it is that simple.

The irony is that had they made the read and reacts the coaching crew has the acumen to have made the proper and timely adjustments and the players have PROVED they can and were providing the effort execution and focus to do their parts.

This blame game will not stop unless there is an intervention ,and I dont see one in sight.

The only thing to do is to keep things going forward, the last two games are not the end of the world considering how the entire season has gone.

The players are not to blame, the system isnt to blame. The coaches need to make better read and reacts. With proper managment ANY system will produce wins at the NHL level.

Last game it was 1-0 going into the 3rd,but the terminal adjustments that lost the game were made by the opposition much earlier than the 3rd period they simply hadnt paid dividends untill the 3rd period, the fact is that these terminal adjustments by the opposition werent read and reacted to on time.It is that simple.

It seems that the best the coaches can do is keep up to the opposition coaches some nights, this is understandable as it is the NHL the best league in the world employing the best hockey minds in the world.

The causation of the losses isnt complicated,it is a read and react inability,it can be remedied with experience or a superior managment program like Intuitive Dynamic Managment. Simple pre-game preperation of a higher level would support positive forward growth.

I AM NOT breaking it down for this group any more, that wont solve anything at all it will just give them free data and more free passes. It is time to sink or swim. The players are out there doing their jobs, the system is NHL caliber, the coaches have enough acumen to manage the system,BUT there is one simple ingredient missing and that is the Intuition needed to make NHL level read and reacts.

All season long this issue has been overcomplicated leading to all kinds of unneeded moves on many levels. It is time to simply lock down everything and make things work with the assets that are available.

Dont change the way the system has been applied over the last 10-12 games, that isnt the issue, dont hammer on the players as that isnt the issue, dont fire the coaches as that isnt the issue--get them some help, whats wrong is the piggy bank empty or what or maybe no one knows what could help?

Had I posted game day data over the last two games there would be a template to refer to,but I did not do that. And I will not do that.

Suffice to say that it is small simple details from a coaching standpoint catalysing the losses. It is NOT A HUGE DEAL,it is simply a lacking of Intuitive inputs during the games that is preventing the coaches from identifying danger in time to take proper actions.

The lopsided shot differential wouldnt matter had a few simple things been executed last game ,in fact going into the 3rd there was an excellent chance to rip the game away from the opponent.

The coaches were able to maintain a saw-off until the 3rd period, but there was no push forward,it was a hold the line situation for a large part of the game.Had the proper adjustment been made coming into the 3rd period then things would have been different.

This is not as bad as it may seem,it is just a lack of Intuitive Dynamic Managment.

If you dont understand how and when the threats are catalysed and how they grow then you cannot anticipate how and where they will impact your own system focus,it really is that simple.

You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink.

It is exremely painfull to see this team self-destructing on such a regular basis when it is obvious that everyone is working hard and has the ability to get the job done but for a lcaking in one critical tactical area of the game,it is am embarrasment that the GM hasnt correctly identified the causality of this weakness and taken steps to correct the problem.

Change the Head Coach.
Change the asst.Coaches.
Change the Players.
Change the System.
Change the GM.
Change the POHO.
Chance the Stickboy.
Change the Goaltending coach.
Change the Janitor.

Why not simply ADD SOMETHING.Add Intuitive Dynamic Managment and ever single asset listed will produce optimal results.

Add something that can be applied to every single asset in a curative manner across the board.

As I said I will not critique this team to pieces anymore, this is not the way to correct things.I will not be critical.

I have said it many many times, the people, the assets that are needed to produce winning results are already in place, but for some unknown reason there is an inability on someones part to identify and retain the needed support, the NEW resource that can be ADDED ,because as we are seeing if this isnt done ASAP things will start to be subtracted from the equation, and that will cause an even greater disconnect.

You could add a top 5 NHL Head Coach with his crew,I will agree,BUT you could also give the existing group an advantage that will be collectively more potent and powerfull than even a top 5 Head Coach .When you have Scotty Bowman identifying and utilising only a part of a resource that you have available you had better pay attention, there is no better lead to follow in the NHL today. Is it possible that the current managment group doesnt believe that this has happened?I guess anything is possible man,Scotty TOOK SUPERIOR TACTICAL DATA FROM YOUR OWN "BOOK" and implemented it ,please explain to me just how a managment group could miss that?

I just dont understand. This is like a nighmare man ,a real nightmare.

An NHL team can retain any type of resource it chooses to support its operations,so why isnt this one doing just that?

NO MORE FREE DATA AND FREE PASSES. The data on the NHS is limited in its scope and applications, having an NHL mind action it IS NOT the same as having its creator actioning it,is this not clear by now?You cannot duplicate or replicate pure unadultered Intuition, the NHS is catalysed by this level of intuition, but to much is lost in translation for any NHL mind coach or otherwise to simply learn it and apply it as the mind that conceptualised it can do,this isnt rocket science, you cant create the degree of impact on your own and you never could, exactly how long are you prepared to keep trying to do this, how far are you willing to fall and how many assets are you prepared to blame and then sacrifice to maintain this charade?I guess only time will tell. Why not simply post up and jump on board the NHS express?

I just heard that the Denver Broncos have lost the Superbowl game 5 times, maybe I have heard wrong, but if this is the case maybe they need to learn about the NewAge Football System, yes there is a NFS, in the 90s I worked on the same Triple Drilling Rig[caddilac rig by the way] and on the same crew as a Hand who was dating the owners daughter, who knows maybe they are married now,but back then I turned down a free flight and tickets to go see the Broncos play,my my my what if I had decided to focus on the NFL that long ago instead of the NHL?After spending so many years building the ship maybe its time the Broncos upgraded the software and added some NewAge influences? After this long of a run of futility there should be no doubt as to the causality if the NFS is added and they finally take what should have already been theirs.

How about those Oilers huh? Well it looks like the "Brawl in the Basement" is set for tonight,it doesnt get any more down and dirty than this,I wonder who will rise to the top of the heap after 60 minutes?I also wonder what the vegas odds would be on the Sabers outshooting the Oilers tonight?Just saying.

The BS will never end it seems.

"The team is finally developing a Defense first Philosophy",ha ha ha what a load of crap.

The only changes have been, one, a proper focus on extended backchecking from the forwards which was CONTRARY to the defensive structure they were being taught all year via the coaches party line, without direction externally, here, that development would not have happened,it wasnt given room to grow in the structure being taught. And,two, again EXTERNALLY the direction to properly optimise the newfound faceoff strength by intentionally dumping the puck out for an icing call instead of trying to defeat high pressure forechecking and in the process getting caught and making small system errors that had been resulting in terminal goals against with regularity.

The inability to manage the first defensive zone exit was covered up by simply dumping the pucks out and relying on the faceoff improvements. This doesnt mean there has been a renewed focus on the "defensive" crap at all,it means a band-aid was applied.

The weakness catalysed by the inability to manage thae first d-zone exit transition was causing trouble in the n-zone and hampering the o-zone transition execution, but the externally directed focus on a LONGER EXTENDED backcheck again covered up this wart or inability to bring the 3 zone transitions together optimally.

Yes, things are getting better, but it IS NOT DUE TO THE BS THAT WAS SPEWED EARLY ON ABOUT THE "defense first" being validated --- that mantra was regressive then and still remains regressive today, the coaches had to or were forced to abandon that focus, they will not admit it but it is still reality.

The DEFENSE FIRST philosophy is NOT being implemented today as it was pushed down everyones throats all season long, not at all.The recent successes are NOT happening because that original erronious BS is finally paying off as certain people are trying to make it seem to support their earlier choices and focus. The DEFENSE FIRST BS is STILL BS.

The refusal to aknowledge this is a very bad sign.In fact all it will take is a few teams with better faceoff skills and a simple structure of reversing the impact of the extended forecheck to illustrate this reality.

A balanced structure is what creates a winning impact, spouting off this relentlessly silly "defense first' crap is simply a way of trying to defend the decisions to project it in the first place, which was LIKE IT OR NOT a mistake to some degree.

By refusing to aknowledge this the infection is NOT CURED,is has simply been knocked down for a short while.

Sorry for urinating in your soup there fellas, but try being honest for once.

I am all for seeing games won in any way possible, but I dont like mis-reads especially when they are related to causality.

Keep harping on the defense first crap and when the rubber hits the road as I illustrated all you will do is naturally believe your own BS and you will instantly try to tighten up the "illusionary' uber-defense first focus. That would be BadMedicine, but would also ensure a higher draft pick, and be fun to look back on in a few years when I review my predictive posts.

Things are ALMOST on the up-and-up,but this insistance on defending that defense first stuff will be an Achillies heel if it isnt corrected and buried with the rest of the garbage we have piled into the deep hole this season, god help the team if this mantra survives into next season.

Just saying.

One of these stats groups fits this years Cup Winner and another fits a non-playoff team, what does this reflect?

Seeing as things will be winding back up soon heres some interesting food for thought, what do these numbers reflect when you consider that the offensive/dynamic structure of the forwards paralell numbers are similar.

This is for you Dallas,I am not breakng it down, just showing you how it looks and where you might want to focus. What I am saying is that you need to consider how you can get your horse to put up these numbers without changing its colors.I am not saying to change horses,or colors, just application.

The difference you see is catalysed by a proper application of the NHS Tactical Shooting Program.Nothing else.Ask yourself why the d-mens goal differential is so low and the assists differential is so high?If the d-men arent shooting to score and they ARE shooting, then exactly what are they shooting for?And how are those shots being translated into so many goals for the forwards? This isnt rocket science so dont overthink it.

I am posting this as much for the other team as I am for you.It is time to get things rolling and fine tune for the playoffs.

KS, you need to focus on how the goals are being scored by JS,the system presentations are very different but when the rubber hits the road in the playoffs you will find it difficult to generate the same scoring dynamics, seeing as there seems to be a gem in the goal scoring numbers generated from the lower performing stats it is more than worth investigating as an option come playoffs.I suggest this only so you can consider some TSP adjustments, nothing structural system-wise,just micro-adjustments of the TSP,and nothing you show very much in games at this point in the season-- keep it under your hat in practise.

This is a very grounding point in the season , Players will be moving after the break as playoff dynamics materialise and evolve. The current roster contains some very versatile players and more of them than the status quo fanbase may realise carry enough value to be aggressively pursued by the right teams at the right times. The funny thing about a losing season is that certain types of Players simply go out and give the same level of effort and production on a consistant basis through the season winning or losing type .

This dynamic seperation from the Players who lag and roll through the season is what attracts the Sharks to the scent of Blood in the water,it is a time to be thinking from a position of if not equality then power in negotiating Player moves.Thee happen to be some very very consistant producers and performers on the roster current league statistical results aside the individual stats on many fronts show some very sellable assets present and accounted for. These are the players that Playoff-Bound teams can correctly valuate and imagine plugging right into their own rosters to make definable and supportable improvements, the consistancy that these few players provide makes them very stable assets to negotiate with.

So take some extra pictures of the group for olde times sake and prepare for the major parts of next years reconstruction to start right now while there exists a consistant position of negotiating equality or power from a dynamic perspective.

There is an extraordinarily high number of NHL ready players coming up and they all deserve their opportunitys to make the roster, players like Moroz,Kleffbom,Nurse,Marincin, and a few others that could very well step into Dallas Eakins compete/performance/slash coaches disgression player managment system, this structure in all fairness DOES force a results based self-analysisi from every player,no one can leave his office feeling ripped off or claiming misconduct, because the results speak for themselves and you will be bringing the exacts same data into the office as he already has in his In-Box on the desk.

If you can properly complete the fitness and endurance standard requirements and can play a competative mistake free brand of hockey then you will likely have a coach supported shot at making his roster,I believe Eakins would push things to get a man who was ready be the established standards and contractually available onto his roster if the man passed Muster in all areas.

We have seen a lot of players come through over the last ten years, but this is a more stable time in the Franchises history, our offense is set for years to come,we are really waiting for defensive prospects to emerge, but now we have an issue we couldnt have expected,to many men are ready early and would benefit from playing on the NHL roster next season.Toss in a few forwards we cannot hold back anymore and we have a lot of leverage on the trade front to be frank,Players like Lander and Arcobello cannot really be held back now as they have already developed NHL resumes, and they are performing at NHL standards.Guys like Mitch Moroz like it or not deserve the chance to snowball their own growth and evolution into some opportunity in the NHL early in my opinion.

The real defining factor in how the decisions to promote will boil down to toughness, because the lineup will require a high degree of energy and edge toughness is a primary concern in any tweaks to the core or roster in general,we cannot lose a single pound of grit at this point,it can only be addition from here on in to maintain a correct developmental focus.Moroz can be tough,he fits the bill perfectly.Out of the D-Men there is skill but not the maturity or size to carry the grit component unless there is a surprise or two out there we dont know about. We have big kids but they are very lean and more skill types or undersized right now and only time can cure that enigma. We also need knuckle busters on the blueline as well so there really needs to be a grit quotient that is maintainable offered by anyone hoping to crack the lineup. The willingness to fight opponents if needed to enable you to fight your teammates internally for a job is a solid driver towards excellence.

I see the potential to lose Ference[exp],Hemsky[exp, impact],Smyth[exp],Gordon[exp, impact],elder Schultz[exp],Jones[impact],either Goalie[exp, impact],players who carry definable and consistant impacts. There are others but there are also standards set around certain assets unlikely to be met by other teams right now.

What NHL Playoff team wouldnt want an Eberle available from the 3rd line to step up and score a triple-overtime winner? And who in their right mind thinks that anyone on the ice BUT Eberle would score under that type of pressure? But who can afford his high price? There are a few teams who could.Same with Gagner, who wouldnt want his offense, his years of experience, these things are now tilting because he is very much a veteran player and his mistakes are calculated risks most times,he is not being caught unaware of danger,in a specific and limited role he would be a gamechanger in the playoffs because he will produce somwehow with his instincts experience and creativity.Hemsky can score anywhere at any time and has proven it,he thrives under pressure and it elevates his game.Gordons Faceoff abilitys are established,so show me one puck-possesion type team that going into the playoffs doesnt want him on their roster right now getting comfortable? He is a very valuable asset right now both to our future and opponents playoff hopes.

Yes there could be some very big changes just around the corner, but as the olde saying goes.Same horse, different Rodeo".

I dont see any major assets being traded after the break, those will need to come from Free Agency pick-ups,but I can see the current roster being gutted and Mac-t really letting things open up roster wise.Any Player who gets a sniff from the bottom two lines will be gone in a heartbeat and only the core is safe now, this must be done because of the weaknesses needing to be addressed and because of internal pressure for roster spots nobody anticipated accurately.

When a G.M is in an overall position of equity or power from a negotiating perspective, there is the potential for sweeping moves or sweeping inaction, but drastic swings in structural components can certainly be actioned under this circumstance.

What few fans are considering is the progress made this season that is not given its fair or due attentions.

It took this long, but dallas and the roster have finally defined what is to the group considered basic hockey, together coach and players have come out of the deth-grip they had on each other and have defined basic hockey under their own collective terms and parmeters, this has been great nes to see over the lst 15 games. Now that they have a ground zero basic platform to rely on and work off of I can see the potential for great progress in terms of communication and implementation of what the coach wants to try out.The team has established a fall-back position within their system execution and can ow begin to build their own identity and basic building blocks within Dallases frme of thinking.

The entire roster now recognises danger and identifies the same pressure relief opportunitys, they are adjusting to their coaches perspective and style, which as we are now seeing has great dividends to be collected if you stick with him long enough and dont chew him up.All he was trying to do this season was in short"teach everyone how to recognise and reat to danger the same ways at the same times".That is really all the poor ellow was trying to do,but he got caught up in the olde "defense first" bandwagon/quicksand cycle of events.
And the entire band started playing to their own tunes trying to get back onto his page of music. No harm no fould, everyone can be friends now,but jeepers what a hard way to get the job done in a lot of ways, its just communication and clarity man not rocket science. You could have talked this into the men in the first two weeks of the season.

The constant system adjustments were playing havoc with the players abilitys to read and react to danger instinctively and at high speeds,NHL speeds. No harm no foul,it was the learning curve for the coaches.

Kudos to Eakins for being able to hold onto the reins of all of the raging horses with both hands and stop the speeding Stagecoach just before it tipped over the Cliff edge.

A baseline has now been established,so lets everbody recognise that and begin a fair charting and assesment of just what Eakins and his coaches and the roster can accomplish working under more normal NHL circumstances. Now that everyone is on the same page and of that there is no doubt,we have witnesses consistancy displayed for long enough to be confident that communication is there, now the assesment and examination can really begin, the honey-moon is over for the coaches and the players,we will finally see what they can accomplish together as a group when on the same frequency.

It doesnt matter how many players move in transactions post-break because the entire room understands the baseline they have reached with the Coaches System and intentions, they can teach newcomers quickly as a group and Dallas is still frothing at the mouth from the first half-season go-round so he is all warmed up to keep the Welcome Wagon rolling.

My personal pet project is Moroz,he looks like he is ready to step in and have an impact right now and I would like to see him get the chance,I believe he will perform like Arcobello did, very very well.He will make it tough to not play him.He will turn potential into a coaches decision which should be every young players dream and every players goal.

As I maintain, toughness that is natural or that can be manufactured every night is required from here on in,and that is a major part of competing in the NHL with motivated men playing for their livelyhoods and familys. It is serious business and not everymen is ever ready for it mentally,it is more serious and dangerous job than a game in the NHL.If you cannot handle the rigors game in and game out you are not ready, there are no spots available for trial runs, every time you play an NHL game you are auditioning for your real lifes work,in the moment,no free rides, there is a tremendous amount on the line and the opportunitys needs to be taken seriously by the rookies, coaches and veterans, the ride should not be all cherries and cream, the vets should know their jobs are directly on the line and be deadly serious and businesslike about their behaviour around the rookies, and the coaches should know that they are derelict if they do not promote a deserving rookie over vet who cannot match their production.

There must be a decent level or respect shown to the career aspirations of all players in the organisation,Arcobello for example,he has established solid NHL baselines and is of the age where he can make solid career choices if we are not going to play him in the NHL,he has earned a trade or to be played, there are others like this who need to know there will be a timely and fair reward for their extra efforts when they make and maintain and NHL pedigree for themselves through effort and consistancy of results.Their collective goal should be to play in the Big League not simply on the Big Team. They need a bigger horizon then just the Big team to look at as they run through their career paths.

It will be an interesting end to the season, and i am sure we will see things surprise us all,I pesonally predict another huge offensive night for an Oiler soon rivaling or bettering Gagners Big Night. My money is on Sam again, but now that there is a solid system baseline being followed the potential is again there to see it happen,as long as the roster can play the same way for 60 minutes these nights can happen,it is system consistancy first that makes it all possible.Someone has to take at least 4-6 shots and make 4-6 scoring assists. So PP time is critical.Hall could maybe pull it off before seasons end just to show how valuable his explosive and relentless offense would have been for Team Canada this year.Taylor can bring it for 60 minutes with lethal intentions.Gagner is a balanced attack cerebral and physical for 60 minutes, but Hall is a literall NHL caliber force of nature out there and he can do it for 60 minutes.

I see it coming ,and it is the system execution becoming consistant that will be enableing it to happen.Once the coaches figure out that the dumping out of the puck is a placebo for the old fastbreak zone exits they will probably re-institute them due to Dallases familiarity with the tactics. If you are winning faceoffs consistantly then you can use set fastbreak plays with consistancy and bust games open from your own end.Or you can simply dump pucks out and control the games momentum that way,its a matter of taste I guess.

Faceoffs catch everyone collapsed at once, this is the dynamic breeding ground for speed demons to thrive in,every time you can get players bunched close together then flat-out footspeed becomes a MAJOR determinant in who gets pucks and control of critical ice surface and lanes to the net.Faceoffs are as good a set play offense based on speed as you will ever get, considering opponents have no speed of their own and no time to guage or react to closing distances and times.

You dont need to change your entire defensive posture to fast-break thinking to expoit fast-break set play opportunitys catalysing from face-off wins if you are practicing them and are prepared.

Just something to work on after the break, faceoffs are an exciting part of the game and there has never been enough attention or credit given to them or their intrinsic value to the game itself. They are as close to the true definition of a gamebreaker as there is in hockey considered in its purest form.

There isnt much time left to set huge standards this season, but there is enough time to sort out the PP and the PK.

The PP is anemic and the PK is also anemic.

A static PP is an anemic PP,this means that more guys need to be moving around in incidental manners into and out of the spheres of influence of the opponents as they are PKing. The guy with the puck needs to take a 100% shoot first by taking it to the net as soon as you are in their zone like any other zone rush/entry,the benefit of the extra man on the ice comes from the ability to go get those rebounds and loose pucks first.

So lets have the floater going in and out of prime shooting areas, lets have the halfboards man come in hard and challenge because those rebounds off of the low far opst kick save always go the the backdoor and the wrister shot hard on the way in puts enough juice on it to use it as a forced play on the tenders. There are always plenty of prime times to shoot the puck the key is to do it ASAP,a PP should be like a shooting gallery until the puck goes in.

Every shot needs to be taken when and where it will generate the least accomodating rebound for the goaltender, the idea is to use him against himself, when you have a man advantage in covering prime scoring spots around the crease then as long as your support gets on the inside of the defense early to take those rebounds right back into the net the scoring % will increase dramaticlly.Either side backdoor is a PP gimme because all you need to do is force a directed rebound across the crease to your open man watining in front of an open net.

Ask yourselves why gretzky stayed behind the net like he did,and you will see that is was simply because he always had the defense in no-mans land when he was back there,as soon as the defense committed to him he simply adlibbed a pass out to a prime scoring lane and he already knew someone would be there for it.the d-men knew their skates were a weapon for wayne as they cut to the net to attack him and that he was a master at dishing saucers through them or deflecting pucks out to scoring areas. When you have support attacking the net every time the man back there gets the puck the ice will eventually tilt in your favor. If you run your PP from behind the net it is hard to stop for the opponent.with the shooting talent on the roster there should be a lot of finish available for Nuge, and eakins will need to really structure the proper waves of support for those passes Nuge will be conjuring through to the front of the net.J Schultz will light it up like Coffey did if he is getting fed perfect passes for his deadly wrister.

The real advantage you get from running the PP from behind the net is the double give and go advantage that is so deadly when it is used a lot.One give and go to move the d-man and the second to exploit him and score, done lightening fast.

The goaltenders will always have to pick a side to cover when a man is behind the net challenging them, and it drives them nuts when they are forced to go post to post,if they overcommit once they will get burned. It is surprising how fast you can cycle the puck along the boards to the man behind the net if he is always looking to park himself there, the second greatest advantage is that as long as your spear-tip man goes to that spot, anytime the puck is recovered it can be delivered to him in that area from anywhere on the ice very quickly.

Do not cycle the man out from behind the net,and dont let him go into the full corners, the pass must get through every time becuse the support will be hovering through every time looking for a set-up.As long as there is a committment to the support in front for the pass from the backboards then the d-men will back off and stay off because they will instinctively know that if they commit to the puckcarrier they allow the support to get inside position on their goaltender, this is why Gretzky use that position,it was to catch defensemen in no-mans land.Basiclly just get the rest of the line to cycle from the blueine to the low circle but never go deep,it is the way the NHS is executed,a spear-tip man behind the net and a half-rink cycle with everyone moving, hitting zones for the pass from in deep constantly, moving the defense around constantly.

It is nearly impossible to stop a player with good hands from getting some type of pass off from the backboards beacuse he is facing the entire 200 feet of ice everyone else is in.

I believe Nuge would make this work in 1-3 games, and it would free Hall up to be a power forward on the PP and take if in from the half-boards with his speed EVERY time it is open and be ready for nuges seeing eye passes. With Nail cycling around into that same halfboard spot with the same orders of taking it in full tilt every time he can and to shooting at will you have the kind of shot pressure top 5 PP units have, add J Schultz and his deadly wristers and net pressure in close and you are really talking top 5 potential, throw in Eberle and you are winning games with the PP suddenly.

If you use the same setup with Gagner behind the net and Jones and Hendricks crashing the net with Fedun coming in to replicate J schultzes impact and Perron snipiong at will and you have a combonation punch 2nd unit.

The key is to keep cycleing the half-rink cycle so you dont get caught down the middle where everyone likes to toss it and push it looking for a footrace the other way.

Anytime a player gets possesion while they are in the half -rink cycle they can immediatly relay it behind the net and look for a pass back as they swoop across the netfront in their cycle, the give and go,with the added benefit that there is automaticlly a second man swooping in cycling behind the passer in case the give and go doesnt fly, this means that the man behind the net always has a shooter ready on both sides of the net swooping through with speed and motion. This is the basic NewAge Hockey System focus. The cycle is gapped strategicly and there are a lot of small details you need to adjust, but the general ideais the same.

This is simply the reverse of the PP setup that I liked but was abandoned ,using one man on the blueline in the middle, and mobilising it by finding a new way to implement and utilise the cycle game..

Now if you simply work on this NHS PP set-up and also on the Flying-V formation for deep n-zone penetration things will begin to improve dramaticly in terms of games won off of the PP.

Nuge better be ready to shoot fast off of yakupovs feeds and Hall better rethink his swoops through the zone after he rushes the puck as he will also need to be ready for the short fast passes that will coming with rebound control and puck retrieval ,the general idea being to immediatly covert the possesion to a shot with maybe one pass then bam.Shot.No twinkletoes three passes, not even two unless there is some major positional reason defensively.

Hemsky needs to time his off-wing rushes to coincide with Eberles backdoor upspeed attack coming in late behind everyone eberle isnt part of a set play as he picks his spots to come into the backdoor spot from anywhere in the zone to cofuse the defense and to pressure them, all he has to do is time his arrival with the shots coming from Hemmer or the passes coming from Hemmer from behind the net ,Gagner will need to be hitting Hemsky in flight in the early n-zone if possible to give him space, they dont need to time it to beat the d-man just to relay the puck to Hemmer every time so he can use his speed consistantly to control the defensive posturing as we enter their zone. This line should be making repeated tic-tac-toe plays ending with Eberle collecting at the backdoor.

The 3rd line has the potential to be a gamebreaker, Perron is a puck carrier who attacks deep and hard,Hendricks has a nose for the net as well and goes in a tad later than Perron so he should be an excellent cleanup man if Perron goes 5-hole on 25% of his rushes counting on Hendricks to be shadowing him looking for those rebounds. This line is all about perron carrying the puck and also being the triggerman on nearly every playaction, this tilted dynamic will allow Gordon to snipe goals more than usual.

The 4th line should be humming if everyone focuses on just getting the puck over the blueline and getting a hard snapshot off , hard enough to force a rebound, maybe a half-slapper but no big slow windups.Just drive the puck on-net as soon as you gain the zone and hunt rebounds, just remember to keep the man who shoots the puck first from the blueline up high, dont let him drift in making the shot on net.Immediate shots and the man shooting is the only one who stays up high in the middle planted on the blueline. As soon as possesion is lost with this line bodies need to be hit hard dead center with intent to knock players down and out of the playaction. Not only hard into the boards, but also hard on the edges of their skates to drop them on their arses legally.

All I can say about the 1st line is ,everyone listen to the Nuge and you will be alright,in fact you will dominate, just do what he says when he says it and trust him 110%,his instincts are more anticipatory than anyones ,even Yakupovs and Eberles.
Taylor Hall simply needs to keep putting an offensive exclamation mark on his season to send the right message to the olympic committe ,after all Team Canadas offense was anemic.Taylor simply needs to keep ensuring his possesions turn into shots on net every time, that is his next evolution fine tuning the pass/shoot decisions to maximise shots on net of a superior type,to be pickier--he already gets lots of respect from defencemen and goaltenders. Now its time to shoot for less directed rebounds on the first zone penetration and its time to focus on terminal and clean passes for higher % shots.Nuge and Nail are top notch shooters each in their own ways,Nuge is a step and you are toast shooter or a redirecter and Nail is an auto cannon who is willing to shoot from nearly anywhere and can score from nearly anywhere with his heavy lightening fast release. If Taylor simply takes a few more rushes right to the net as he has been lately then he will open up those passes back against the seam when he has the d-men in transition during the end of his rush as he hits the low faceoff circle area, the passes to the open backdoor,we have the support to hit those spots at the right times if everyone is talking out there. This line shold be scoring 2 goals per game ,every game, all they need to do is make a "terminal"shot first decision but this takes trust that the possesion will not be wasted and there is only a micro-second to decide if you trust your teammate to finish or not, well with Yakupov and Hopkins,Hall can trust them enough to make those terminal passes and know they will finish off his hard zone transitioning and entry work with goals. And everyone needs to be awake out there when Nail has the puck because he processes the game faster than anyone on the line and his passes will be abrupt and out of the blue,BUT DESIGNED TO SET YOU UP FOR AN IMMEDIATE SHOT,so you MUST shoot after Naill hits you with a pass, his instincts are top notch and he knows where to hit you to give you the best chance to score,he is a scorers passer if you will,it is his mindset and biggest asset,he doesnt make positional passes,he makes immediate shooting opportunity passes,he will rag the puck and ALWAYS find someone if everyone is cocked and ready to shoot.Nuge is also like this,he ALWAYS hits someone with a pass somehow, you need to be ready to shoot at all times,as Hall will need to be.This line should not be making more than 2-3 passes in the offensive zone before they make a high percentage shot on net, ever. This isnt a dump and chase cycle line, nor is the 2nd line. The cycleing is for rebound retrieval, but off the entrys this line must be surgical and terminal and shoot to score on high % shots ASAP,this is where the mass of skll comes to play, this line needs to recognise together those higher % shots and as soon as they recognise each other there, pass, and everyone NEEDS to be prepared to release the puck immediatly if they are in a high % scoring area,no relying on that overall skill to relieve shot decision or executing responsibilitys, everyone is responsible for taking high % shots in the NHL at all times no matter what their role on the ice is.With3 elite players there should be very few wasted passes and a lot of ti-tac-toe goals--notice tic-tac-toe is representative of "2" passes and a goal? These 3 fellows need to sit down and define on a chart where and when they will all agree to be taking shots from, determine as a group what they all agree are the juicy spots shots must be taken from, then let everyones favorite spot plus more be on that list, and as long as they all think on that page the write for themselves when they are on the ice together they will be working in syncronicity.Just set line specific definitions they all agree on together.

There is all the homework that backed up on you fellas over the break.

I think St.Louis is looking for a very experienced d-man to support their Cup run, maybe we cold get MPS back under the right circumstances.

Say MPS and our pick back for Nick Schultz and Ryan Jones who is more of an energy physical scoring type of fit than MPS is on the Blues roster.Thats a fair hockey trade. The Blues get a more physical scoring winger to replace MPS and Schultzes experience as backup during their Cup -drive,we get MPS and his tactical cerebral defensive mentality size and speed back along with the pick we could sure use now.It is really a fair trade.

See what you can do to catch up on the homework and consider the advantages of reaquiring MPS seeing as he is obviously being underused in St.Louis where they were looking for more scoring, they mis-read MPS he is a thinking defensive player not a bruising one who moves first and thinks later,he is extra-anticipatory,Jones is a way better fit and has solid NHL scoring numbers.MPS is still a perfect fit for the roster.,I dont think Eakins had a chance to understand Magnuses way of thinking the game defensively. He was one of our most consistantly solid defensive focuses for many games. He is a player who gives more by the things he refuses to give up,his efforts can easily be overlooked, but he is a Platinum fit to play with skilled smaller teammates, his speed and size allow him to pressure defenses on the rush and his defensive instincts enable him to recover very quickly into a defensive posture. All he needed was another year of maturing like the rest of the roster did.Shultz and Jones are an overpay for the pick and MPS on paper, but it is a reflection of MPS natural fit in the skilled lineup that makes it feasable and doable.

I dont want to think the Blues would rather have a Belov type d-man with less experience but more size and upside but who knows huh? They definately need to get ready for Mr.Murphy with the playoffs looming.Reliable experienced d-men like Ference and N Schultz are hard to come by and both carry high value to a serious playoff team trying to cover their bases.

I see Ralph K has taken his hockey perspective to the pro-soccer pitch.Excellent,he has really become a student of Intuitive Dynamic Managment and I am sure he has witnessed as I have the tremendous room to grow that has existed in the game of soccer for a very very long time now.The offensive potential that lies dormant in a soccer game is epic sized, soccer games should be 8-7 on most nights. The traditional excuses must be banished and the game must be invigorated just like hockey has been evolved ith the NHS which is the mother of Intuitive Dynamic Managment.

I have been tempted to get into the soccer side of things myself, simply because the dynamic paralells between hockey and soccer are so much the same.

The scoring efficiency from Pro Basketball is the bar that has been set for other Pro sports, the finishing ability of those athletes is optimal on average and epic when in the zone.

If you want to be the best then you need to learn from the best, you need to find ways to transpose dynamic managment aspects of the optimal execution into your own dynamic, you need to find methods to translate the winning formula from the optiml execution and then implement it into your existing core values to create an impact with your own specific optimal degrees of execution .

Every time a transition has been made into an offensive zone in a sport the optimal finish is to score points, the % of terminal execution defines the degree we can assuredly call optimal.

System execution that is focused or dependant of defensive thinking and posturing will consistantly come out on the losing end of things.Defense must always be considered a byproduct of the winning process and nothing more,a notice to reload is all it can be considered at all times.A competative dynamic is similar to a war,and the faster you can overwhelm your opponents will to fight the sooner you can minmise your own losses in the trenches.Traditional scoring parameters define this breaking point more than anything else,if a team believes they can come back on you then they will find ways to do that.

If you think the game from a minimalistic perspective you will see that any team willing to surrender possesion without converting it to a goal as a PRIMARY driver at all times is at a distinct disadvantage in a competative dynamic.

The ultimate goal is to reach conversion %s and numbers that mirror NBA numbers.Replicate the dynamic finishing ability of the players via the systems analysis and execution.

It is the cohesiveness that is created by the cerebral muscle memory catalysed by a system that enables a team to minimise wasted action and increase its possesion converted to scoring %.

Less really is more.

You produce less wasted efforts, convert possesions to shots MORE times and score more goals because of it.The more consistantly an entire team thinks their system no matter what it is structured as the more minimalistic their execution will become, the less wasted time and energy they will surrender and the more they will win. This is called the Moma2s NewAge Hockey Systems Winning Formula.

Because things are considered from a MINIMALISTIC standpoint, any wasted motion not focused on offense is a detriment, defense isnt given a name or a role in the process, simply because when the dynamics are actioned in a minimalistic way there can be no wasted passes or time in the defensive zone,it must be remembered that when you digress from considering defense in totality you stop referring to the playing area as "defensive zones ect",anyways the passes and movement must be kept to a minimal and this means a greater reliance on optimnal decision making, which leads to a need for player perspective continuity they need to all be thinking on the same page all the time, which leads to basic system committment and execution, which leads to minimised offensive thrusts repeated more times than the opponent. The only way to fortify the "optimal decision making process" for players is falling back on the instincts and cerebral muscle memory when under stress that sticking to ANY system really is looking for.

These are the basic building blocks you need to work towards before you begin implementing accurate Intuitive Dynamic Managment impacts. You need to get your base settled down system-wise,and only then can you begin to fine tune it,once those cerebral muscle memory instincts are built in across the roster and everyone RECOGNISES DANGER AND THEIR SYSTEM PRESSURE OUTLETS the same ways then there will be an opportunity to evolve things further from an analytic and strategic perspective.Things are just setteling down now,and as the season ends the execution will get better if the consistancy of system focus remains as it has been for about 15 games or so now.

The players and coaches are now dialing in to the same page with consistancy, this was the missing link to the season in large, the most impactfull growing pain we witnessed, which in a lot of ways is a good thing because other than that Eakins has held his own to this point.

Communication is the most complicated to quantify but quickest to fix challenge a team can encounter. It is one of the few things that carries optimal impact in an optimal timeframe,as soon as you apply the proper catalyst the curative impacts are immediate, with little to no lagtime.

Some people who move away from their geographical birthplace seem to pick up the new language they are faced with immediatly and others struggle in large part. Some players and coaches struggle with the conceptual impacts attatched to the verbal terminology they utilise and perceptualise, the real challenge is in finding common ground in the basic definitions everyone will be falling back on cerebrally and attatching them to a dynamic action/reaction sequence that they are able to attatch their own tangible muscle-memory sequence to.The choice of words do not matter as much as the level of agreement or understanding the group has of the impacts behind the concepts.

When this system is perfected the coaches do not need clipboards or sketch boards, they rely on verbal adjustments, they utilise a more optimal data transfer method that allows the coaches to make the optimal read and reacts consistantly and to action their intentions through the players in a more optimal manner.

The core value challenge in creating this optimal communication system happens to be an ability and willingness to step away from conventional thinking, terminology and strategising long enough to write the story the best way you can for YOUR GROUP to collectively understand it in the same timeframe.A Head Coaches real job is RE-DEFINING how everyone involved views everything, this includes himself,he must also find a fresh start for himself that is paralell to his groups in every way, remember that everyone is learning a NEW language together at the same time creating the interpretations as they go to optimally fit the group,so NO ONE gets an advantage, everyone must start fresh and do so willingly.

The Head Coach has obviously changed the way he quantifies and expresses his interpretation of what basic core value hockey impacts are described as,and the players have learned to dial in to his newly focused attention to dynamic interpretation and expression.Instead of expecting himself to be able to wrangle everyone onto is page,Dallas took the wise path of least resistance to achieve the impact he was seeking. This has in fact been what must fairly be considered rather fast evolution for a new NHL Head Coach,so kudos to Dallas Eakins for taking a huge evolutionary step in his understanding of NHL hockey players and their mindsets. Now that all the pee and vinigar has been washed away by the seasons stormy evolution we can see that Eakins is still standing and has evolved and adjusted his thinking and executions in a serious and concerted manner , one befitting a properly evolving NHL Head Coach.

This group has now began to understand these core building blocks,so I say that things are progressing in the right directions.Communication is a core value component of the Winning Formula and must be streamlined and refined as much as is humanly possible to generate optimal impacts and results.

Something to work on in practice, when you are transitioning a zone at a specific speed the passiing and shooting lanes evolve and devolve at a relative speed, this means that the guiding concept behind how many passes you make numericlly can be assigned a value or a number,if you are looking for OPTIMAL shooting opportunitys then there is a definable number of ways they can be generated.Your zone transitioning and entry speeds will dictate the optimal dynamic tactics you should use from your system execution basics. This CAN all be broken down into numbers if it is easier to grasp that way.But at the end of the day your speed and its managment will dictate the optimal system execution and focus for the group, this is why there is so much group upside on the roster, everyone can execute at such a high speed with so much skill that few NHL teams can compete in a footrace. The next step for the coaches is to learn to better manage those changes in speeds in a tactical manner, they need to begin to recognise the whens and whys of adjusting this speed factor in their overall system execution and managment.

When using a Minimalistic approach, speed is your biggest ally, your managment of it is the crux, not your top end,it is having the full spectrum of levels or degrees of speed that define optimal ability to execute at 100%.

The words Minimalistic and Speed dont seem to jive until you remember that we are simply minimising action and intention with the puck to maintain optimal offensive direction and impact,we just arent wasting anything on the olde school "defensive" mentality.

We just use our speed in different ways more times than in the past to score more goals.

What I really see coming is a focus on utilising zone entry specialists properly.Hall on the 1st line,Hemsky on the 2nd and Perron on the 3rd,possibly Jones on the 4th line.

This is a very good indicator of structural implementation of Intuitive Dynamic Managment concepts, this is a very very good sign. This finally illustrates a workable level of NHS conceptual understanding.Keep taking these proper baby steps and you will find yourself at the doorstep of Moma2s NewAge Hockey System.

Here is a comparable dynamic to help you speed things up,if you take your 1-3-1 execution and bring one half-wall influence in sharply to support an inverted pressure focus then you will develop seams you will see which will let you score more goals from both sides. You now keep the half-board influence wide to support the 1-3-1 defender high on the blueline and danger recognition is constantly focused high in the middle the hardest spot for established half-wall deep support can get to to defend.

Invert your tactics and adjust your half-wall execution to support the man behind the net by giving him an option from the halfwall in the seams every single time, and have the d-men looking to sneak in for rebounds behind this dagger-like half-all run into the seam.As long as Nuge is behind the net passes will consistantly be getting into the right spots for the shooters if they are ready at all times to instantly release the pucks.

The key is to structure the half-wall tactics to ensure that a man is in position in synch with Nuge,if everyone is focused on the same patterns then this formation will be deadly,Ryan Nugent Hopkins has not broken out yet in the NHL and is poised to do so.If he is given this system to work with he will put up epic numbers,he is in my opinion the best overall anticipatory passer I have seen in Edmonton since Gretzky. If he is given system support to have the confidence to turn and face the 200 feet in front of him like wayne did he will sho us why I say this.I see Yakupov or Eberle fitting the shooters piece of this setup perfectly eberle is simply shifty and elusive and Yakupov is powerfull and darting or penetrating and both are dead-eye shooters.Once simple support tactics are implemented and the action of rotating the half-board stabs into the shooting seams to fit Nuges options are down pat this is a very safe system to use.The use of the half-board man who stays high as a pressure relief valve is critical and shots and tactics must support pucks outletting to this area for us,either side is supported the same ways with suited tactics.

This system relies heavily on one man behind the net,and as we saw with Gretzky in his era,no one else could do it as well as he could,I believe that no one else can do this as well as RNH at this point in is career. If Nuge can incorporate a few things that Wayne used like that slapper he terrorised tenders with to keep them thinking or some effective close in shots to mix it up he will make even more room for himself out there,Gretzky was a deadly shooter,he was the King of Swing and one of the reasons he did this was to keep goalies paranoid at all times, his intentions were like Yakupovs are to score with every possesion and manufacture dynamics to make this happen. If you have the juice to make this happen which a few men do then its for you to utilise.

Wayne understood as all great players do that there are only two options with the puck movement in the scoring areas and zones and they are shoot to score or pass to a SHOOTER,not a pressure relief spot.

This is a minimalistic approach and it creates optimal impacts and results.

Extended and selective o-zone puck possesion is needed to action this system and this means that there can be no pressure relief actions, there must always be intent for a high % terminal shot in net.

Seeing the zone entry specialist evenly distributed throughout the lines on the potential list for the upcoming game tells me that this focus is showing through in these preliminary correct adjustments.Just remeber that the penetrating puck possesion man must 100% of the time be focused on only one thing and that is a terminal shot in net,he is the General as the puck enters the o-zone and will always get first crack at that terminal shot due to his speed and dynamic entry, but it is critical that he not waste the puck o on a less than optimal shot,so if the lanes close on him he needs to have an agreed upon and predetermined pass to make immediatly. And that pass MUST be to a SHOOTER,not a broken play hail-mary waste of a possesion. So what we should be seeing is set plays up the ice untill the o-zone entry at which point 4 men will go to preagreed positions or areas and one man will make the critical decisions for them, either he will score or he will look for his scoring outlet pass,NO PRESSURE RELIF PASSES TO EXTEND POSSESIONS AS A PRIORITY AS WE HAVE SEEN IN THE PAST.A terminal shot in net or a pass to a SHOOTER with the same intentions all the time.

No one gets hypnotised by pretty or snappy or accurate passes at the NHL level, they get hypnotised by speed changes and by puck possesion net pressure with scoring intentions combined with cross seam passes to open backdoor shooters or to trailers on the playaction.

On one hand you may value an o-zone entry so much you wish to burn up clock on them making 4-7 passes and attempting to hypnotise the opponent into an error,on the other hand you may wish to simply shoot the puck on net ASAP and make the clock work in your favor with rebound pursuit attempting to keep the puck upice for you. There is more than one way to use the clock and system tactics when considering zone time expenditures. But at the end of the day the puck must be converted from a possesion to a goal ASAP,60 minutes is a long time and goals need to be generated consistantly.

The game of hockey carries a built-in specific degree of scoring urgency and it is normally dictated by your opponents acumen and skill levels, the very nature of the game simply screams out scoring at least 7 goals per game.

So here is the question, is the optimal measure of a Head Coaches acumen discovered through immersing him within an unknown and foreign system and then valuating his ability to manufacture winning dynamics out of his situation.

Maybe experienced NHL coaches who have experimented and tried more systems have developed an inate ability to "drive any System" out there,in the same way you can drive nearly any type of motoer vehicle once you learn stickshift and automatic driving basics,It is the adaptability of the Head Coaches perspective and relative skillset and acumen which make him able to defend opposition systems adequately enough to make his own system come out on top consistantly facing varied systems from many teams.

If this is the case and you are a Rookie coach one would assume that you might consider reaching out for some help in this area of dynamic read and react ability as catalysed by experience executing and defending against the many NHL CALIBER systems being used today.

The managment need to bring him in a veteran long-toothed ex-Head Coach who has faced NHL level systems for at least the last 15 years so he is on the right spot of the NHLs evolutionary curve.

The current Head Coach of the Oil needs someone to read and react for him ,to walk him down the Garden Path so to speak enough times to create a cerebral muscle memory for the man.

Any very successfull NHL team will have an elite degree or ability to read and react to the oppositions system focuses as they eveolve through each and every shift and period of every game.

There is only one currently peer-defined and valuated option to gain this level and degree of read and react acumen and it is the olde school method of simply hiring the Grizzled old Veteran Head Coach who has simply seen it all already and recognises danger faster and formulates responses faster, this is the current method being used with the most success in the NHL today.

The one Primary skillset that can allow ANY Head Coach to consistantly win games against any opposition system focus on any given night is the mans Read and React ability, his systemic anticipatory acumen. This can be supported by an old experienced assistant.

Or you may find any source of the tactical read and react pattern recognition that translates into an elite level of anticipatory acumen and use this to support the same Head Coach. There ARE sources of tactical pattern reading and structuring that are optimal or BETTER than the olde Dog NHL experience, methods which incorporate more usable data in a more compact presentation. It is only rational to expect that once you break down the tactical realitys of on-ice performance that the core values will transltate onto a larger canvas which will contain the core values of all other sporting or competative team dynamics. This means that it isnt only an NHL learning environment which produces elite read and react acumen, this ability can be catalysed in many places. To assume that only NHL sources could impact the game in the area of read and reacts would be an injustice to elite sports teams everywhere and an illustration of delusional vanity at its best.

What team wouldnt want a Plug-and-Play tactical advantage in the most critical and Primary area of the game itself?

You have a reality based choice between and NHL borne and bred source of read and react impact OR an optimally impactfull source of read and react acumen which has been catalysed in a non-Hockey environment.Once you accept that OF COURSE there are Master Tacticians out there at any given moment working for Pro Sports Teams who could walk into a Pro Hockey Coaches meeting and immediatly catch on to how things are generally working.

I suggest that the team turn over the proper stone and discover this type of non-Hockey and Optimal influence to assist the Bench Crew, even if an experienced ex-Head Coach is recruited and added this additional Tactical Perspective originating from outside of the Hockey womb will pay high dividends.

There is in existance a System created that enables anyone to make optimal system adjustments in an abbreviated process which far eclipses in terms of speed and accuracy the abilitys of any of todays NHL coaching crews old and experienced or not none can match this System approach to on-ice real-time Read and Reacts. It is Moma2s NewAge Hockey System.

Moma2s NHS is a Plug-and-Play influence,if can be implemented into ANY existing System focus and produce better or Optimal results or consistant winning.

The System being utilised is far less important than the managment Strategys being utilised to execute it at any given moment in time. The blade is less important than the manner in which it is weilded. The System is the Blade, but the Managment program is where the Head Coach earns his bones on every team.

The System choice itself is optimally supported by looking at the roster options and makeing a group valuation of their cumulative strengths. This is why it is ALWAYS better to be LOADED with highly skilled and above average athletic performers of ANY sizes, they could all be Smurfs and still drop the Hammer on the Legion of Doom line, provided the System and managment program suit their group strengths whatever they may be.

So once to valuate your amount of steel or skil and talent then you decide what type of Blade or System to forge out of those assets to optimise them cumulatively as a group.
After you have Valuate materials and forged a Blade you must learn its individual characteristics and where its center of balance is and what its sphere of influence and breaking points are.Once this familiarity has been found and can be consistantly executed ,ONLY THEN can the OPTIMAL or best managment program be decided upon for the application of the Blade or the fighting technique that is optimal or best.

Once the Fighting technique or the Managment program of the System have been decided upon then its time to find the best Warrior to weild the blade using these techniques. This means the best MIND for the Job,nothing more and nothing less.Anyone can be this person,ANYONE willing to get involved and give things a whirl.

Many are Called but Few are Chosen, there are many men who can play and manage themselves and NHL teams to a professional degree, but very few can have a DOMINANT AND LONG TERM impact on the game itself. There is a reason that the word BEST exists, and in every locker room the men know who is BEST.

Results define BEST.

When everyone is competing at their highest level at what they determine is 100%,only then will you see who is able to elevate themselves higher than the current real-time status quo.

In my opinion there is no reasonable explanation for a team being shut out for 60 minutes.None at all.

A high level tactical dynamics specialist will manifest scoreing on-the-fly during games even if the players are not able to execute his gameplan at 100%.

This means that even if you are down 3 or 4 goals,a good coach can manifest adjustments that expose the opposition and create enough offense to get back into games.

Your players dont always need to be executing the gameplan at 100% for a team to win, this is where the Coaching staff earn their bones,it is their job to elevate the on-ice impacvts of the job the players are doing in real-time to a level where they score goals, via anticipatory Tactical Read and Reacts.

A team can only be as offensive as its coach and his system allows it to be,no more and no less, the closer they stick to the coaches system the freer they are of guilt when things break down on the ice.The Oil are an OFFENSIVE team through and through.
