generally speaking when you keep your sticks on the ice your feet move more, because it changes your perspective of your own sphere of influence, keep the sticks on the ice then you will force yourself to skate a bit harder at the most critical times.

Now lets see those shots from the half-wall,no top left corners though,we dont want the rebounds ringing out,I say go 5 -hole,then upstairs, then back down, turn this beanpole into a bobblehead. If he goes down early when you have possesion on the half-wall then make a fast pass behind the net to the far side and have the man over there bank it in off those long legs that are butterflied open, nice and low,and bank it in off the back of his legs.

You have to get shots off faster on an NHL pwerplay man this is pitifull and a true waste of PP time in a game where there might not be that much to go around.

Dont listen to the color commentators, they are called "color" commentators for a very good reason.

You need to help Nuges line open it up,and because Brodsiack is playing the body close, the defense needs to step up and help that line,Nuge is a very good playmaker so get him to start setting up the d-men,seriously dont let them shut down that line on us,just bring the d-man in like a forward.Just bring the d-men in,let them lead the zone entrys maybe and force Brodsiak to cover different guys, mix it up on him.And try to use Halls speed,in upspeed tactics with him coming late and diagonally into the zones and recieving passes from the d-men or even better coming in right behind them and taking short 3 foot relat past them as rocket speed ,not straight N/S and no head down stuff but a diagonal upspeed playaction where he can slice the defense open without committing fully to the middle.

You know brodsiak is playing it close and that he likes to turn pucks around on guys and go to offense if he can,so just use this against him,go right at him and pick him out of the playaction, fake evading himthen at the last second go straight at him and let your support man coming from behind you pick the puck up after you pick him out body for body.

Stop taking top corner shots off those hard angles from the wings on early zone entrys because it is resulting in ring-arounds that are killing us and catching us out of position.

Two goals down to these guys is embarrasing but not insurmountable.

Why you dont change your lines to better ones, now that you are down 2 goals with 20 minutes to show or go.

The bad part of this game so far is that you are not generating ant offense, you arent even adjusting what you are trying to do to them, you are simply banging your haed against the same old wall, this isnt them beating you it is YOU beating you.

Jesus if you just implements the simple tactics you had to start the 2nd you can still save this one.You guys are really just bad at your jobs, there are no excuses for this type of derelict coaching.

Lob the puck over their n-zone mob.
OR
Use the bank pass off the boards just over the middle of the ringk in the n-zone,to hit a man streaking in upspeed through their middle ice area.

Or use the optimal method gainst this team and stack 3 men in a row,the first 2 tight together with the 3rd man coming in ten feet behind them. Then just headman the puck, picking off one defender by taking him chest to chest at full speed and have the support man picking up the relayed puck do the same thing to their next checker then relay to the 3rd man in and you will punch through their n-zone coverage every time. The bonus is that you will have a numbers advantage in the middle when you hit their blueline with all of your forwards collapsing to the middle ,their weak spot.

It is a modified or Mini-Flying-V formation. If you toss in one of the d-men and leave one man back deep, then it tangibly becomes an NHL Flying-V formation, and it is very consistant and effective if executed properly. This is the best way to defeat the type of n-zone clutter a team like this creates.Just stop thinking so much and keep up to me,and just do this already.Breaking the Trap isnt exactly rocket science.

Start using Hall as an upspeed weapon and give him the puck later in the rushes, let someone else lug it out of the defensive zone, and bring the defense into the offensive playactions ASAP however Nuge wants them implemented, ask him where he thinks the opponent is weak.

For a team that worked so hard to establish a competative faceoff structure that was simply embarrasing, come on already gentlemen.

You are still only down 4 goal,GO WITH THE 4 MAN FLYING-V and you will have a chance, they will also take penaltys on you, make sure you REPEAT THE FLYING-V every shif and on every play, why mix up the crap you have been throwing at them any more than you already have tonight, just ONE play from here on in.

The Flying-V.

Just do it and stop screwing yourself in the foot again. All you need to do is break their n-zone clutter, its that easy. What is the problem?

I give you the lob play,I give you the bank-shot off the n-zone moards,I give you the Flying-V.You are just idiots. For gods sakes you cant even manage the n-zone tonight, this is a very very bad game for the coaches.

You need to go to a full on hard contact center of body mass playactions in your defensive zone coverage and knock more pucks towards their net.Less sphere of imfluence managment,it isnt always the optimal tactic to use in your d-zone,it is an offensive concept.

Tell your d-men on the PP to lure their coverage out then make one move outside and around on their strong stick side and run it in to the net,not to shoot but to skate it and stuff it in,dont shoot and risk getting caught on a bad rebound just skate it all the way in after one 100% committed move, they are taking a big risk coming so far up to challenge that formation YOU MUST MAKE THEM pay or they will keep shutting you down.

If you dont use the Flying-V you are not a very good group of coaches, when you ARE gaining the o-zone cleanly it is NEVER with a numbers advantage.

You refuse to use the most simple and effective play know to kids all over the world. You guys really are dum-dums.

If you dont understand how to implement the Flying-V then at least start cheating men high every shift and go for the long breakout passes,do something for gods sakes.

I would appreciate it if as a fan I could simply see EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GET POSSESION OF THE PUCK THE MAN TOOK IT 200FT,or until he runs out of gas, seriously,it is a statistical odds thing,we cant be this crappy at everything for such long time periods.

So EVERY MAN go for the 200foot sprint NO PASSES,make dipsy doodles and run for the cure, you cannot be doing any worse than going end to end for 5 minutes.

The post-game presser was accurate and well structured and honest and integrity driven ,it was to the point and it really showed progress.

Hopefully when this game is reviewed the emphasis falls upon the line combos not optimsing our individual skillsets. The Oilers never built or planned on having a plg-and play roster, the organisation was NEVER looking for clones to build a robot team. This was why the focus of the defensive input was incorrct, the emphasis on defense was not incorrect. The ways the defense is actioned are the key,our defense MUST start with dynamiclly compatiable line combonations which illustrate and build on our individual players strengths.

Size across the board means you can action that defensive execution in different ways.We CANNOT project defense the same ways as St.Louis and other team with bigger or more experienced rosters.

We must build our defense out of our offensive projection. We must backcheck in ways and at times other teams do not,we must focus on a new type of transitions, lightening fast ones that arent built out of defensive structure and arent finished off out of structured playactons.

The game last nigh was all based in the n-zone and we couldnt find ways to breal their n-zone dominanace, they were building system structure out of the n-zone and we were just making zone transitions. We let them play their game and they let us play ours and we lost.We were suppossed to prevent their n-zone managment and still project our own possesion/transition offense.

Many many teams are holding over and actively using specific components of the "Trap" system focus, this means they are dead in the water if they cannot dominate in the n-zone.

Traditional System.

Hybrid System.

Adjusted-Hybrid System.

NHS modified Adjusted-Hybrid System.

A coach needs to have a baseline.I know this one is different than anything traditional and these definitions are likely difficult to discern and to outline based on the massive and intentionally un-coordinated data posts you must work with to achieve this.Putting things in traditional statisticlly catalysed numbered order would have meant that no traditional hockey minds would have taken the time to LEARN anything, they would have just skimmed everything and let their current traditional mindset overpower anything new and optimal .If a man wasnt willing to do the work putting things together himself out of the NHS data provided then he doesnt deserve to learn .The path of least resistance is just that for some very good reasons, for example for me the primary consideration when travelling on the past of least resistance is the fact that that is where PREDATORS hunt ,stalk and take their prey.

A Top of the Foodchain Predator will always be within functional striking distance of the well beaten path but you will NEVER see him on that well beaten path ,because he strifes it he doesnt linger upon it.

You are trying to cover yourself with defensive armor, get into a defensive arms-race,which translates into creating a more and more gigantic roster. You are doing this so you may stay on the common path.It is a decision,no one is forcing you to take the path you are on,The question is wether or not you are making an informed decision with ALL of the possible options on the table.

LA and the Blues were bigger rosters BEFORE they made the NHS System modifications that catalysed their improvements. As the Hawks have shown ,size IS NOT the defining factor until both teams are using the same system in the same ways, which the Hawks and Blues will both be doing in this years playoffs. There will be immediate Sytem Checkmates in play and the team that wins will need to have more System knowledge across the board to break those Checkmates.

Keep everything the same as you have been executing ,dont get jumpy yet, simply put together the best line combos you can using the men you have.Create lines based on a single line catalyst and managed by the best line manager who FIRST is the optimal dynamic fit for the line catalyst, this means surrendering some CONTROL and trusting Intuitive Dynamic Mangament long enough to see its results manifsting or not.

The line catalyst means you are optimising your strengths and the line manager means you are optimising your smarts.By utilising this format you remove some more work and pressure from the bench and from the players as a whole. You begin to use an optimal managment system. But the fact remains that these men will have to be determined by optimal application based on Intuitive Dynamic Managment concepts and tactics, this means that the individual VALUATIONS of players must be accurate and system-suitable.WHO is a line catalyst?WHO is the optimal line manager on every line?WHO best supports each line catalysts strengths?

These are all critical decisions which were suppossed to be done in or around Training camp. But there was no plan prepared to properly make these decisions.I made my own and applied them the the optimal NHS structured combos I preach.I am not picking favorites, and I am not using statistical drivers to make my valuations, and I am accurate and effective.

Statistical Valuations were made during Training Camp to show Dallas and his men were doing some type of work, they were simply working to support what we now know was an inferior stats based defensive system focus. Many decent adjustments have been made to this point,a screwy evolution no doubt but it has still taken hold, now to properly valuate and validate these adjustments the optimal line combos must be put in place. You are doing the first step last in trying to put the right men in the right places, what can I say you are a backwards hillbuilly bunch so it is par for the course.Ralph was right here on the cust last season,he fought through all of the same dynamic quicksand and the same dramatic learning curve, but at the end of the day optimising his lines brought him to a playoff slot but then getting nervous and tightening up the defense catalysed the creation of inadequate lines which sandbagged the teams momentum and belief and caused a losing streak that effecitvely torpedoed the entire season over a six game stretch.Ralph was trying to de defensive to and all it did was punch his ticket out of town faster, the cappry thing was that HE HAD FIGURED IT OUT ,he knew hwere he had steered poorly and would have had a running start this season with this roster and his system. Now we have Dallas who has been beaten and abused and dragged to the precipice of a nervous breakdown until he dug his heels in and forced mimself to start learning new things and making non-traditional adjustments, and now he is where Ralph was facing the same final hurdle, the one that Doomed Ralp, the optimal line combonations.

Dont miss this one Dallas,it is a no-brainer,Intuitive Dynamic Managment always presents the OPTIMAL path, not always the path of least resistance. It cannot be picked apart using an inferior statistical perspective, not ever.

It is like comparing a glass of freshly squeezed Grape Juice with a glass of concentrate. The NATURAL choice is ALWAYS better ,even if you were raised on juice concentrate you will recognise the Real Thing immediatly and re-set your lifelong preferance.

I did a fly-by of Lowetides ctber-haunt.

Boy oh boy ,have you guys created a mess for yourselves.

There was an excellent article about the possible causalitys of the Oiler woes, titled what the he_ _ is going on out here?

These were the potential candidates for primary causality presented for analysis by the readers.

There’s only a few things it could be:

•A fracture
•Quitting on the coach
•They’re just not that good
•Injury
•Systems

I took some time to stick my big toe into the comments section just to test the temperature of the waters.

All I can say is thank you to the contributors, but jeepers talk about a textgroup case of "collective delusion".

The crux of the primary challenge is related to option #4 which I could find zero comments on or related to,a few peripheral references but no head-on dialog exchange.

Someone had causality and impetus to LIST THIS correct option for specific and supported reasons, but NO ONE bothered to comment on the possibility of this being the primary causality of the death spiral over the last decade.

No one can correctly and accurately develop and post a Tactical Dynamic Template that illustrates the historic evolution of any Systems challenges that could possibly carry the strength of longevity to caus this much organisational discord and disconnect.

This by no means proves that System issues are not the Primary component of the problem.

It just means that some of the fanbase has learned to identify the Systems dynamics well enough to be identifying it as a Potential primary cause of historical challenges.

Fans are finally using simple math and common sense.

There are not many influences strong enough to suffocate an NHL franchise single-handedly.For that matter very few influences have constantly and consistantly been on-board for the entire length of the Deat-Spiral.It has ALWAYS simply been a matter of time and technique in terms of fans seeing the true causality for themselves, and the only non-traditional option we see in this article happens to be "Systems".This is because in the past NO ONE analysed the "systems" accurately enough to even consider it as a potential primary istorical problem.

Coaches and players and owners NEVER talked about "systems" in the mainstream media, and there was no internet on which to provide group data and insights.

Today we have the Internet ,a bigger fanbase, and the NewAge Hockey Systems Intuitive Dynamic Managment program to utilise in our search for causality of the epic disconnect.

"Systems" DO NOT confuse and befuddle fans anymore, the actions of the coaches are now being viewed and understood on an evolved level by a solid % of the fanbase. This is all that was needed to create an environment of accountability for managment of the NHL and Franchises.

The Oilers have coveted and protected a Dynasty System ,this was actioned by a Defensive minded man who evolved into the POHO position,he didnt fully understand how to engage and initiate this Dynasty System but he knew enough about it to keep key men who also had this knowledge around his side while he prepared to defend this Holy Grail for as long as it took to re-birth it into another Dynasty level potential roster. They did Yoemans work of fighting tooth and nail and risking careers and reputations holding on for the special types of players they knew they needed to make this historic and SUPERIOR Dynasty System fire on all cylinders.

The defense of this Holy Grail System has left a long and epic trail of ashes and corpses,as any good defense should do.The Franchise has been rocked and riddled with challenges but now the worm has finally began to turn for these stout defenders of Oilers history, pride and Identity.

The System is still here, now the roster of core elite skillsets is here, all that is needed is a Coach who can engage and ignite the Dynasty System for the roster and Organisation. The men who DEFENDED this system DO NOT understand how to run it optimally, they simply never did,and this fact mattered not to them until now.Now that the core is here and in place and the clock has run down by 2-3 years already, the critical questions are being asked. Why hasnt this roster put up proper results? All of the myriad of excuses used over the last decade+ have been recognised by the fanbase and are no longer accepted as currency by them.

The real core question is,WHY CANT THE COACHES TEACH THE PLAYERS HOW TO PLAY THE DYNASTY SYSTEM SO WE CAN SEE THEM RUN RAMPANT OVER THE ENTIRE NHL?

Or,why cant upper managment find the right man to help the Coaches understand and implement this Dynasty System.

There has been a terminal lack of Intuitive inputs on every level of the Oilers organisation since Gretzky-then Messier, left town with the entire stash.

I am saying that these two men WERE the DYNASTY SYSTEM,Wayne CREATED it and Mark learned how he did it.

There was never a "book" on that Dynasty System and it was run from the ice not the bench,so traditional valuations of the causality of the teams success will always be false/positive unless you understand this reality.

The Dynasty System was engaged and initiated using Intuitive Dynamic Managment protocal, there was no available terminology or data available back then to even quantify the intangibles Gretz and Mess were operating with,Intuitive Dynamic Managment wasnt formally defined recognised or taught anywhere. Now with the creation and evolution of the NewAge Hockey System and its INTUITIVE DYNAMIC MANAGMENT program, everyone can learn how those two elite Hall of Famers thought, planned and executed the great things they accomplished on the ice.The proverbial Cat is Out of the Bag.

The NewAge Hockey System was created by an Oilers fan to be this exact and specific and ONLY existing KEY to starting the Dynasty System again. The NHSs creator has an above average level of naturally catalysed Intuition and a competative Amature sports background, including Amature coaching.

It is a mathamatical Anomoly to have an above average top 5th%tile source of Intuition also be a successfull Athlete, coach, and analyst. To have that immensly powerfull Intuition focused on creating an actual System of Play is simply an astronomical perfect storm.

The creator of the NHS watched nearly every available Oilers game since the Franchise was created, its entire evolution. This makes the Storm more than perfect, this make it the Optimal Storm.

If you do not realise that the "Systems" option for causality of the long term disconnect exists them by default you will choose another of the traditional causalitys and continue the viscious cycle of the Death-Spiral the Franchise is in.

I have discovered exactly how rare Intuitive strength is,it is the professional Sports managers who are afraid of its power that suppress its true potential from the fanbase.

They dont have it,they cannot reproduce it,and they cant control the market on it,they are powerless, the commodity is rarer than a blue diamond. The NHS is this Blue Diamond and there is ONLY ONE,and the market demand is rising quickly while the market supply can not increase.

One source under several psudomyms has hinted that Doug Weight is a potential candidate for an Oilers re-vamp.

When I first created and released the NewAge Hockey System one specific man instantly rcognised its impacts and potentials. That man wne tthrough some serious serious stress trying to not endorse and promote the fact that he had identified and connected with this NewAge Hockey System.I watched him do televised Analysis and bite his tongue many times when he wanted to attribute specific on-ice impacts to a controversial and unknown unproven "System",presented by an online poster,as opposed to an NHL Professional.

The key to focus on is that this man HAD TROUBLE not giving credit where he KNEW it was due,he HAD to bite his tongue to suppress his urge to DO THE RIGHT THING.

Doug Weight is a man with an unusually high level of Intuition,it showed in his game when he played and it showed in his personality when he dialed in to what I was doing with the NHS immediatly.I am saying that Doug Weight IMMEDIATLY recognised what the NHS was doing,he CONNECTED faster than anyone outside of players who tuned in at the beginning.

If Doug posted here I would help him out, call it a Gut-call,I would extend an open hand to him.I wouldnt hesitate for a second, simply because he is a quick study, and would be easy to work with, maybe not negotiate with but definately to produce results with.He WILL NOT ignore the importance of Offense, ever, and he knows that good solid offense creates good solid defense.

The saddest thing I am dealing with right now is that Eakins HAS taken some NHS concepts and successfully inegrated them into a defensive posture on the ice,and that is something i DID NOT design the NHS to do,so really he is a ground-breaker in his own right. The problem is that Dallases emergence at the AHL level co-incided with the NewAge Hockey Systems emergence.Add in that there is no such thing as The Swarm System and we have a big problem. When and from where did Dallas learn to implement NHS concepts into a defensive posture? If it was from the source of the NHS itself, then it was from me.

Did Mac-T find a Coach who was already implementing the NHS concepts and selling them as his own?Or did he find a coach with high Intuition and represent the NHS as the Oilers?

Or was the AHL coach scalping NHS data off the internet and freely implementing it into his own system?Did Mac-T who was already aware of the NHS want to find a placebo source of Intuition and was Dallas the best one he could muster up and the only one who was openyl and successfully using NHS data defensively?Did BOTH of them already know the true history of the NHS and were BOTH of them simply sharing a free-ride on the NHSs back and refusing to validate the source of their data?Did they sit down and discuss it and have agood laugh at how they were both fleecing some random internet poster>Jeepers that would be horrible wouldnt it?There would be an epic dose of Karmatic static coming their way if that were the case now wouldnt there?

If you can formulate new and acceptable defensive tactics by utilising and implementing NHS concepts which you were only given partial and intentionall broken data on then exactly WHAT could you accomplish if you were sitting across from the creator of that data you successfully understood and utilised? You could immediatly and optimally execute the full and complete NHS with minimal teachings, even though there is an epic sized overload of statistical influence in your perspective.

Doug Weight would start at an evolutionary point 25-30% further down the NHSsevolutionary path because he isnt statisticlly catalysed as a thinker.

Dallas is a statistical thinker who discovered limited defensive applications for an Intuition based philosophy and concept. He had to work his butt off to get to where he was even at the AHL level. But he DID understand the concepts enough to apply them in unique manners, partial applications in unexpcted areas, but the UNDERSTANDING is there and can be worked on,it will be hands on and heavy lifting, but he can be taught based off of this small start, his statistical perspective can be tempered, but it will take a lot of infighting in private to get him to fully consider making changes that stray from a statistical baseline.

I would have been so much better if Mac-T had signed the NewAge Hockey System to another 4 years BEFORE he signed Dallas to 4 years. Then things would be rocking instead of rolling downhill.Instead of putting out a fire,Mac-T threw fuel on one that was already scorching his breeches.

Karma has everyones number on speed-dial,remember that boys?

If those two colluded to disenfranchise the NHS and shared open knowledge of its true history then they have a lot of splaining to do,nothing is unforgivable, but this is close.

Just meet the NHS demands with no negotiating, you built yourselves into this corner you are in,you already know the way out.

I watched 5 minutes,I started at the 7 minute mark, then I was taken out by the Sandman with a blindside Nap.

Before I went down for the count,I saw a few adjustments, that were interesting, but alas I didnt watch long enough to critique anything productively.

I trust Eakins post game pressers more now,so I assume the Jets did exactly as he said, pressured the middle overwhelmingly.

I dont really have time to watch the replay of the game as I am presently designing a Tactical Dynamic Template for the St.Louis Blues that fits the LA kings, and also one that fits the Blackhawks, playoff time is approaching and its time to begin to instill the cerebral muscle-memory that teams want clicking as they engage their playoff foes, things are beginning to shape up in terms of structure .

This WILL be a St.Louis year, for the record.Regular season games only define playoff entry positions,it is the system influences specific teams are perfecting during this final run of games that need to be accurately valuated and then used as the catalyst for proper pre-playoff planning. The early bird doesnt always get the worm, many times teams will be tweaking things now and as the season winds down injuries and general wear and tear will begin to take its toll on all teams. Some systems run the players down more than others when the records show an equal number of points,it is important to recognise and valuate things like this now and not later,it is the evolution of things you need to closely chart now so your evaluations pre-playoffs are full and accurate. You need to know their primary, secondary and tertiary HABITS,and that isnt always what the system they are playing immediatly pre-playoffs projects,it isnt untill the roster is under specific types of pressure which opponents will likely use that these "habits" will rise to the top, really come playoff time the coach that understands his teams and the opponents habits best will be able to create the most optimal dynamic situations for his team.

You need to have a superior and reliable way to valuate and compare the systems of evert team you "could" meet during the playoffs,it is really a tremendous job if you cant use Intuitio as your primary driver.I do use Intuition so I can do these analysis in hours instead of weeks or months.

Ultimately it is the accuracy of the cumulative data how you use that data
that create a Stanley Cup Championship team.It is less about knowing what you can do and more about knowing what the opponent is likely to react to and how they are likely to react.Teams that are in the playoffs already understand their own systems and what they can and cannot do,their strengths and weaknesses, winning isnt enough, you need to know how you WIN and LOSE,that is called system familiarity, and it is yet another component of the NHS focus.I dont want my charges trying to do a Vulcan Mind Meld to predict which link of their chain is going to break,I want a team of men who has already repeatedly broken and repaired that weak link,no system is perfect and focusing on perfection is regressive, but focusing on consistant projection of influence is progressive and it is the never-ending path towards perfection. The key is familiarity with your own strengths and weaknesses and finding ways to turn the tables on your weaknesses and to inflate your strengths against each playoff opponent in individual ways. There is no System being utilised in the NHL that is capable of simply playing its own way and dominating opponents, there is an unusually high degree of Parity in both Conferences for very different reasons.

A very good coach looks at repeated mistakes in the same areas in losses as a tactical data set that is critical to valuate his system.

As long as mistakes are not happening ALL OVER THE SPECRUM of gametime dynamics then it real is NO BIG DEAL.Mistakes are part of the game and n a system check-mate like you WILL be seeing a lot of come playoff time,it is the object of the game to create these mistakes intentionally to lure your opponent into false/positive reads and untimely and incorrect djustments.

This Dallas is what i have been trying to teach you the last ten or so games,to just keep an even keel and start to chart log and analyse the errors your team is making consistantly, you need to define the exact areas NOT PLAYERS,you are hard to teach sometimes, like a hard-boiled egg is hard to spin.I have been encouraging you to NOT change anything major system wise. This was so you could recieve consistant results to make accurate valuations from. You need to use the exact same system focus on each opponent long enough to make optimal valuations. This is an on-going process in Pro-Sports and your organisation is so stupid they cannot see that they need s superior managment system to help the .

Eakins,it isnt Perron making an error,or it isnt Petry or Yakupov or Gagner making an error,it is YOUR SYSTEM MAKING ERRORS.You are mistaken in a lot of areas because you are handicapped by such a strong statistical perspective.

It is your jobs as coaches to see the errors being committed, ignore 100% bloody percent the names attatched to the errors unless the same name is making errors ALL OVER THE BOARD,which really I havent seen yet so that is a non-issue.

Your reponsibilitys are to look at the errors, chart WHERE they are happening against each opponents system focus and then after defining the error correctly and the opponents system focus correctly you can begin to use the data to make analytical valuations of your own systems functionality.

The PLAYER is very very very rarely the problem, this season you my friend have roasted some men who I respect greatly when you had no business or right doing so,I endured it and so did they and you will never show remorse or apologise so to me you will remain an arse-hole until further notice.

You NEED men to make errors so you can make proper and optial system valuations, you ARENT VALUATING THEM dum-dum,that has been done by many many people over their entire careers and trust me Dallas these men arent making it all the way to you and then suddenly developing core deficiencies in ANY areas, that doesnt even make basic common sense.

You are trying to valuate your system based on results against opponents via the scoreboard after 60 minutes. You are missing all the juicy stuff that happens during the 60 minutes, the causality of the result is lost in translation.I am not going into the timeline and cumulative group urgency areas again,i think you fellas all have a selective memory issue.

Ha ha ha ha,you dunderheads, you have actually been proceeding as if a player making consistant errors in the same places during multiple games is LACKING in some area as an individual link of the chain???Ha ha ha ha.

When a player makes consistant DYNAMIC errors, there is a clear and critical causality that needs to be optimally valuated.

I could take Nail Yakupov,Hopkins,Gagner, and J Schultz,as well as Ference and a few others and show you exactly how your sytem works and where it is strong and where it is weak.I could do this from your stats page as well.

Dont you get it,do you really not understand these concepts?I can use you errors OR your successes to make equally full and accurate valuations of your system intentions, focus, strengths and weaknesses.

Statistics are only supportive data man, come on already,I can use your stats on success or your stats on failures to come to the exact same sequential dynamic points ,or template.

Reading the statistical data doesnt do anything for your except point the direction you need to go in like a compass.Once you need direction the compass gets put away. However you are continuing to be traditional and conventional and are trying to use statistics for ALL KINDS OF APPLICATIONS which they are no good for. This is a historic issue for your team and I bask in your failures.I love it when you get hammered to snot over and over and keep trying to use the same methodology to solve the same problems over and over and over.Dum-Dums.

I clashed with overloaded statistical thinking 4 years ago with the organisation and also online with fans,it has been a long battle, but the tide is turning faster and faster every day now.

I dont care how hard or long you hang onto your statistical life-line, you cannot see that it is the main causality of ALL OF YOUR CURRENT CHALLENGES,statistics have been bastardised and misused to such a degree it is like heroin or crack addicts in thw franchises main offices when stats sheets roll off the presses every morning.

Managment has fallen into the regressive destructive and terminal habit of using statistical valuations as a placebo for managerial currency, managerial currency normally comes from winning results, but when NO ONE can create winning results then everyone needs to make a cumulative group valuation which hides true micro-causality.

Your Round Table has created this destructive Dynamic, they have only been trying to protect each other not to take the team into the future, the Round Table was suppossed to be simply a holding pattern until things became clearer, but it has turned into an Institution and has manifested the worst season in Oilers history,it has been THAT effective.

The Round Table must go,remember Moma2 fellas?Your shelf life is over gentlemen, the tactictical dynamic template of the Round Table shows what you men have been doing and why and it illustrates the cumulative group protectionist flavor of your focuses.Your group dynamic has been hurting the team in every area,ALL of you have had your ability to do your jobs diminished tremendously and have also been producing consistant false/positve valuations.

If you dont respect this dynamic observation you will define your own fates, you will or you will be gone,I am never wrong, templates dont lie, people and statistics do.

Daryll Katz if you are lurking out there anywhere, you need to do a serious self-valuation here man,no one cares if you support your choices managerially for your businesses, but you yourself know very well that once people, fans, customers, friends and neighbors, see something that is wrong they naturally expect you to see the same thing and react to it.

It isnt that difficult to accurately diagonose your organisations challenges and the causality of those challenges. There is a distinct possibility that you are not employing the OPTIMAL resources to make these analysis and valuations on your behalf.

I am quite sure that the Oilers have tried to hire some type of Intuitive resource, you likely employ one somewhere within your business empire. Why dont you see the obvious need for this resource within the scope of the operation of your hockey team, and if you have alreadt sourced this asset for the team then you need to seriously re-evaluate wether or not this input is providing you with any real tangible impact at all, because in terms of results produced in a results based business they are failing miserably in the eyes of the stakeholders I listed earlier.

You need Intuitive Dynamic Analysis inputs. You need them immediatly,You need the source to come from a competative sports dynamic background and you need it to have competative sports coaching experience. This package is NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ON THE PLANET ACCEPT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR TEAMS NOSE.

The Intuit who helps the Fortune 500 companies are showing clear and defined results, they earn 6+ figure salarys. This Intuitive focus would help a Hockey Team to some definable degree, but ultimately in a results based business you want the OPTIMAL asset in place and a sports competeing and coaching experienced natural Intuitive source is OPTIMAL and the more winning the better. There is only one source of this asset and its the NHS and I.

No one has done this before, this is the very definition of groundbreaking,to intentionally subvert your business from evolving into something this epic as you have had happen is derelict and actually regressive and contrarian, and none of those things are components of a successfull business plan. The first time that the NHS was recognised as an positive influence it should have been treated with respect, the delivery method isnt important the impacts are.Hockey managers and people are a whiney spoiled bunch up snowflakes, they are defensive and protectionist and think their excrement doesnt waft odor.
I didnt WANT to use a conventional traditional respectfull kiss-arse approach from day one 4 years ago,it was a cognizant and tactical decision.I produced superior reslts against so many elite hockey athletes that I got tired of dominating them and actually considered them to be second rate practise material,so many little issues they carried,oh my shoulder,oh my knee,oh my groin, nothing but whining,oh I cant do that I might get hurt and I am going to be drafted one day,oh blah blah blah.Just a bunch of Snowflakes.Anyone who thinks that I would bend over for these guys when they are managers is insane, they cumulatively manage no better than they competed, fragile is the right word, very very fragile.

Oh,yes Sir,this is my Buisness card and these are my statistical references and blah blah blah...How about, your methods suck and I have better ideas,so change or keep being losers. How does that strike you huh?How about I give you bits and pieces and when you spit them out I give them to your opponents to wake you up huh?How about if that doesnt work I Cake-Walk an opponent to a Stanley Cup to stir you up,huh? All you can do in reply is cry and whine and try to stab the NHS in the proverbial back. You spend resources trying to duplicate or replicate the NHS.You guys simply suck and deserve to lose and to keep losing until things begin to break off in bigger and bigger pieces.

You do realise that I wouldnt work for or with this group under any circumstances without total and complete disclosure of this ugly stunking dynamic they have catalysed by trying to screw the little guy.I just enjoy giving free support to the needy based on the Pity-principal,I mean really everyone has some type of rock bottom when you are dealing in pride.Sooner or later everyone becomes accurately self-conscious.Not this dysfunctional group, they just keep that open hand out there taking and taking and taking with a crap-eating grin on their faces.Takers are takers not Championship makers.

My gut tells me this group as it is structured are a ticking time bomb,I see the fires they create and are constantly having to put out,I see the attempts to bring a more integrity based focus, but soon after i see a fallback, their is no progressive path to that Winning Formula mindset,Some overwhelming level of power is simply a dirty player and this influence cannot be masked anymore.Lower levels are always trying to sort out problems that this singular upper level mindset is catalysing,in terms of wasting resources and energy defending misrepresented principals and following personal crusades or group defenseive crusades. That is a dangerous environment to become a part of.

Anything can be optimised and so can this group but the epic size of the challenge makes me shudder and I have such a tangible degree of animosity towards what the group represents that I am beginning to believe that this dynamic is being taken into such deep waters that is it no longer a fire drill, this is getting serious.

it is impossible to say which direction a Rudderless Ship that is constantly firing broadside cannon volleys in defensive posturing will drift in.It is impossible to anticipate consistantly what this managment group will do at any given point in time. The words state of leadership chaos jump to mind.

Dallas I am getting sick of repeating myself re-read the posts if you need to.
The "Sphere of Influence" focus MUST BE ADJUSTED as your men collapse towards the middle and net front and the focus must seamlessly switch to a physical focus predominantly, you now have men trying to project a full scale Sphere of Influence in those areas and it is resulting in opponents simply doing successfull fly-ys through these critical areas.Dallas I said a stand-up defense was needed and I can support that 4 year projection, but you also need to become stand up in these critical areas not only the blueline,I would have advised against moving Smid for this reason.

So to sew up the middle with your roster size or strength NOT BEING USED IN AN EXCUSATORTY DYNAMIC all you need to do is show the men where and when on the incoming playaction dynamic timeline to recognise danger and switch to those proper sphere of influence executions.Different areas of your zone require different managerial primary focuses with the players use of their sphere if influence to creat optimal impacts.

YOU AS A COACH need to tell THEM when and where and how to make these optimal adjustments. If you can do this then you are one step closer to dialing in the system projection you have so nicely and consistantly created lately,Use this consistancy to make proper valuations. If you dont do exactly as I am saying then you will continue to experience disconnects in the same area and will eventually over react and make to large of adjustments and upset the consistancy you are developing finally.

Dallas put it this way man, if you sit in a room with your entire roster and play them a sequence of Wayne Gretzky going through an entire roster of opponents 200 feet end to end circleing the o-zone and net 1 1/2 times with ZERO contact and then show them how to do the same thing then you can do what I can do.

I could show every man in the room or rather they would show me how to reproduce the same impact on demand.

That is what an effective coach does,he can transfer one mans tactics to another mans arsenal,he makes those interpretations.

Just because you and other head coaches cannot do this optimally doesnt mean it cannot be done.

I think I can simply communcate what you want to the men better than you can under ANY circumstances.I think the young men have a different way of seeing things that you do not understand but that I do understand and I think it is nature not nurture that put them and I on the same page and excluded you and most of your peers.Dallas I have 23-24 year olds from your opponents rosters contacting me because they CLEARLY see the things I am asking them to do on the ice in their minds.

Things always boil down to two defining perspectives a statistical one and an Intuition based one.I am 100% Intuition catalysed and believe that a statistical perspective is optimally a supportive resource for a Championship level focus and that Intuition is the Primary driver behind the Winning Formula and winning Championships.

You fellas have millions of dollars worth of statistical support and not a pennys worth of pure Intuition, and you dont get the point that it is higher than normal levels of Intuition that keep quality assets from coming to help you out, intuitive players avoid bad dynamics like the plague, they dont always bother to search out causality,as soon as they sniff a bad dynamic they boot-leg the heck out of there ASAP.

The reason you cannot attract top level players is the same reason you cannot retain the NHS and its Intuitive Dynamic Managment program.High levels of Intuition catalyse positive change and your organisation is designed to fight change at all costs and only allows the Round Table to define what is positive and what isnt what is progressive and what isnt, results are not allowed to catalyse and quantify these critical definitions .So your most powerfull assets fight to the death against Intuition based inputs which ROCK THEIR BOAT.

They run from the NHS cure, they spit out the BadMedicine, the dont but they should listen to their Moma2.

This is the one single condensed answer to the core value rot within the organisation,it comes in the form of a question.

How can you realisticlly INSTALL a Captain within a room of men who are expected to fight bleed sweat cry and build their futures together and expect that dynamic to produce a Winning Environment built on mutual trust and respect?

You see some things just cannot be done.Leadership needs to evolve naturally, and leadership needs support,ANY leader needs support a core group that have his back,he can pick these men and every leader knows how to do this.If things are allowed to evolve naturally then CONFLICT cannot ever be present, only growth can be present.Coaches and managment keep their noses out and focus on results on the ice and adjust as per that alone.I could walk into that locker room and create a tactical dynamic template of the current situation and then take dynamic control of the entire group in one day.

No one knows what to bring to the office in the morning and no one knows what to leave at the office when they leave at the end of the day.

I am beginning to think that the working man perspective is missing here,I mean the REAL one not the philosophical version these men dont have to tangibly experince.

Just give me one man at a time and money and support and we can mature him and evolve him in record time. You just need to immerse these young men into more difficult circumstances and let them learn how to problem solve for themselves.

It is possible to manufacture optimal learning dynamics if players are willing to accellerate their own maturity from outside of the game itself.

But for a managment team that cannot even properly utilise the learning dyamics they have access to every 3rd night this is not a feasible option they need to outsource.

It IS POSSIBLE to create a template and to bring these men onto an acceptable group level of NHL maturity, but this accellerated process must happen externally to the game they play together.

It just isnt possible to try to coach or lead a group this diverse in maturity levels conventionally when they are ALL being given the ball to run with and exceptionally high expectations and are learning on-the-fly.

Seriously, think about it,our 1st line is made up of still slightly green NHLers, think about that alone, then toss in all the other men and their individual spots on the maturaity learning curve and you have a real mish-mosh you need to sort out.One you cannot simply tweak one you need to dig into with both hands and feet to create balance.

Bringing in veterans is the traditional approach, working with individuals in non-traditional hands-on tangible ways is what is needed to expedite this process, the veteran presence is simply a band-aid solution that works through osmosis over time. There is no time.Si what is needed is Maturity innoculations to boost individual evolutions to individual degrees.

I am trying to find common ground here so bear with me please.

Sports arent hard to play ,anyone can do it,its all cerebral and confidence based.

Some of the most awkward and uncoordinated teammates have been the best of the lot.

If you believe you can have a positive impact you WILL be able to manifest a way have a positive impact.

I dominated in every sport I played,I wasnt just a little better either,I could manage ANY team to consistant wins in any sport.I used to choose the weakest side to play on since I was a kid, better communication potential with players who had a clearer definition of their own limitations, this allowed me to easily show them how to exceed those self-imposed limits.

I found it just as rewarding to smash the "marty pants" who though they were the best, even if they were my buddies before and after we competed ,when the chips were down I was all over them.Overconfidence is the primary cause of failure to win when you have a superior platform to work from, this meant that obviously my primary concern was always to find ways to exploit this overconfidence that loaded teams always seem to naturally have, this "belief" in statistical advantages manifesting just because all the best players were together on one team.

I was the basic to many cooks in the kitchen issue, but as a young kid I identified the dynamics and learned how to utilise them to my advantage EVERY TIME I competed. If it aint broke dont fix it ,and that perception NEVER broke or let me down,so naturally I kept using and refining it.

You see I COULD always burn opponents and score points, always, and always be dominant, however in the scoring department I learned that there were always some opponents who managed to end up with stats close to mine after hard games,to colse, closer than they had earned in my opinion,so I analysed the dynamics and realised that it was really a time vs skill issue,if I had the ball or puck or whatever the majority of the time,as much as the opponents top 3 guys I could consistantly outscore them, but then they had the opportunity to physiclly take me out and shut my team down,I quickly realised that it was better for me to be a dagger than a sword, and I began utilsing MOST of the game time to orchestrate scoring opportunitys for my lesser skilled teammates, then depending on how we were doing I would pick a time to open up my own guns and put the dagger in the opponents heart,IF I could do this early I WOULD DO IT ASAP,many teams can be borken very very early and lose spirit quickly.

I carried this Winning Formula over to Amature coaching and consistantly put together Palamino Practice Squads forcing players to learn how to optimally manage themselves together ,I did this by creating intentional imbalances and by always pitting my Alphas against each other in practise with weak links to support on both sides, this bred a territorial protectionist attitude because these CATALYST players knew they were in 100% and had to use more than just their own skillsets to win,and they learned that to do this they needed to PROTECT their teammates from danger as much as try to generate offense,I didnt ask them to REDUCE their offense,in fact when the weak links are shooting you need to create more opportunitys, but remember that id you have you studs trouble shooting it isnt as bad as it sounds.

This system allowed a healthy results based pecking order to evolve,it allowed the players who needed more opportunity and who were willing to work for it the chance to become Mini-Me coaches,micro-coaches,what I call Line Managers ,I created a method to teach NATURAL CATALYSTS to become LINE MANAGERS.

This harnessed them with more responsibility that they WANTED MORE AND MORE OF,and it forced them to respect their own skillsets and become humble in terms of self-generated expectations, they became better players and teammates. At the same time it allowed all of the other players the comfort zone of not facing as much direct pressure, and this small degree of comfort created EXPONENTIAL returns in terms of their individual performance capabilitys and belief in themselves.

As soon a the average skilled players recognised TRULY RECOGNISED that the Catalysts were number one NOT hogging all of the attention and playaction time, and two were protecting and saving them from BadMedicine during games with consistancy, they began to bond with and rely on their more skilled teammates to support them and they became more pliable in terms of being willing to follow the Catalyst -turned-line manager on the playing surface.

We all know Taylr Hall can score a Hattrick if we focus on only him for 60 minutes, but we also know that in the NHL that is a one-trick pony .

We want Hall to use his skillset help other players excell on demand,we want him to be a tool for us,the only way to create better results than hall can create on his own is to teach him how to support teammates so they can reach his personal level of results,he just has to TRANSFER his EDGE to a teammate optimally and maintain an above avaerage level of production himself instead of a superstar level.

Hall should be a dominant force one game,Nuge the next,Ebbs the Next,Gagner the next,Yakupov the next,J Schultz the next and so on and so on.

Ideally you always want your system to focus on your strongest weapon and you want to be able to switch weapons without losing any advantage at will to out-manage opponents.

You keep the system the same but you micro-manage the focus of it to suit each specific man when you need to use him as the Dagger.

Jeepers this is monotonous to have to explain.

What I am saying is that OPTIMALLY you would take 6 men in practise and run ONE playaction that suits the SYSTEMS STRUCTURE,then we want to see that designated SYSTEM DEFINED tactic taken to the next level and we need to see each forward execute the playaction finish or terminate the playaction. We run it once with a primary finisher, then we run it again in our secondary pressure relief posture and our secondary man finishes the playaction off, then we run it a third time with our tertiary threat terminating the playaction. The key is defining what the secondary and tertiary playaction finishes will be now isnt it?

How do you know what your OPTIMAL secondary and tertiary playaction terminations are? Easy, you watch tapes of the playaction and note HOW and WHY your PRIMARY termination doesnt work,EXACTLY why it doesnt work, and the top FIVE reasons it doesnt work, you need to define the MECHANICAL drivers behind this primary playaction failure and then BUILD your secondary pressure outlet OFF OF THOSE DYNAMIC FACTS OR REALITYS.

Then you rinse and repeat to define your tertialry outlet playaction termination dynamic.

THEN --- you do it all over again with a DIFFERENT PLAYER REPRESENTING THE PRIMARY DRIVER AND TERMINATOR OF THE PLAYACTION,and you identify how HIS failures play out dynamiclly and then you simply create a TDT to structure your secondary and tertiary outlet tactics for his linemates,in their OPTIMAL FORMAT.Because each time you switch PRIMARY drivers you WILL recieve different statistical results you MUST run all 3 of your forwards and even your 2 d-men through this template building process. If you dont do the legwork you will CREATE YOUR OWN FALSE/POSITIVE reads and valuations by proxy.

This may seem like a lot of work but remember that you only need to do it once, ever.

When I was a competitor i used to have an on switch, just before games I switched on 100% full bore,20 minutes pre-game i wasnt anywhere near competition,I was supremely confident that I was always 100% prepared because my success was always defined by things my opponent would do that I would capitalise on ,I had the abilty to throw knockout punches accurately and early but because I intentionall forced myself to switch out of my comfort zone as soon as I felt it my counter-punches were as impactfull as KO punches because of the damage they caused.

We have at least 3 men who have the raw ability and can do what I did.

I was a catalyst first and a line manager second,I needed players to be willing to trust me so i could help them score,Wayne was a Line Manager first and a Catalyst second,he needed players to turst him so he could score. My natural minset was Line manager but i self-policed and forced my own evolution, and became stronger as a Catalyst.

Hall is a Catalyst first,Nuge is a Line Manager first,Yakupov is a Catalyst,Gagner is a Line Manager,Eberle is Balanced better than the rest of those men so will fit in easier with all of them,he is a wildcard and it is reflected in his on-ice performances.

Every man can be assigned a spot on this basic template.

Cant you guys just teach your men these simple concepts? They are all very bright and just need a nudge to make accurate self-valuations.

I expect any of the men I listed and a few more to be able to equal Sams Big Night of 8 points, there is no reasonable explanation why this team shouldnt or couldnt reproduce those same results with a different man being the Catalyst.

It wasnt what Sam WAS DOING on that night that catalysed the 8 points ,it was what his teammates WERE NOT doing that created that perfect storm, they werent overthingking things, they were ALL focusing their exceptional skillsets on setting up one man as the primary scorer and then they were ALL happy making secondary shots ONLY after they all saw he was covered, but the key was in the dynamic template that this particular focus and behaviour created,it created and NHS impact,an absolute NHS impact,a superior impact.

I simply do not understand why you cannot put these simple concepts to optimal use every night, but i am forced to face the reality i have and that is that you just dont have the COMMUNICATION ACUMEN AND DATA BASE TO DO THIS.

Yall just aint bright enough to flip the switch and to turn the bulb on.

Maybe my expectations have been to high and all of this just keeps going over your heads or between your fingers.

At the end of the day,I am afraid that there is no majic wand that i can give K-Lowe or Mac-T or Eakins, they need to be under the spell of the Winning Formula in the exact degree that the roster is under it.EVERYONE needs to give it up and LEARN SOMETHING NEW AND SUPERIOR TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME.All of the men really do need to find a way back to a cumulative level of group respect, and this isnt happeneing artificially, the best way to bring a group that is fractured together permanently is to have them GROW BACK TOGETHER like a bone that heals stronger than you first created it,these men all need something POWERFULL and NEWAGE enough that none of them currently know and understand it,so they can really truly LEAR AND GROW together at the same time.

To date every single challenge your organisation has faced has had a simple solution manifested by the NHS on your behalf. Why your group cannot make these timely and accurate valuations is your challenge to solve. It befuddles me.

Like I said my expectations may have been to high from day one and I may have underestimated the degree of my own Intuition, but the fact is that LA,Chicago,St.Louis, and others havent had more than a hiccup implementing these tactics,so NOT,it is you numb-nuts who just refuse to learn anything, you take it as a personal insult when someone best you at your own game, there is no competative spirit left in you fellas, only escalating levels of desperation. You justify dirty lowball thinking by rationalising it as a survivalist right, maybe after this much losing that tag finally fits who knows.

One MIGHT think that a group that has been losing so consistantly for so long would be EAGER to learn and embrace new and superior tactics and philosophies.

So is this a large part of the overall causality of the losing record? Is this death-spiral continuing for so long because Managment refuses to LEARN anything NewAge that isnt statisticlly based?

Is Vanity the cause of this epic Franchise level NHL nose-dive.

Simply vanity? They actually think that there is no one out there external to the Hockey World as THEY define it that has the Upper Hand on them? That there is no superior way of thinking to those that they have listed and catalogued?

Yes that is definately Vanity at its worst.

Or in a politiclly correct manner of speaking, there have been within the Round Table an overriding number of innacurrate internal self-valuations over an extended period of time catalysing a sub-par level of performance on a results based curve.

Translation--- We arent as good as we all kept saying we were and now we need a backdoor exit strategy.

Ok,so who wants to be the one to stand up and say that the witchhunt has been wrong and that it is time to do the right thing?I mean isnt this the same problem you are having in the lockerroom,a disconnect, why isnt anyone stepping UP with a core group of support and redefining the status quo, trying to reach higher, willing to face and force change for the betterment of the group.

You see no one is willing to identify or do the right thing here,so only one of two dynamics are occuring,#1 no one understands or values the data.#2 there is an embargo on the data

Because the last 2 and soon a 3rd Stanley Cup will be won by teams using NHS modifications the data has historical value,I have presented the data in as many different formats as I could think of constantly switching directions to keep everyone tuned in to some degree at some time,so anyone eventually can understand it.This leaves door #2.Now that is not a very flexible perspective now is it?

Whatever the case may be with you Ya-hooeys,start tucking yourselves into your couches nice and tight because the St.Louis Blues are going to SWEEP their way through the playoffs this year, not just "make it" they are going to sweep their opponents because they will be 100% dialed in tacticlly from game one on in.You are all going to get to see magnus become a Playoff veteran, and he will prove to be a true Playoff performer this season, mark my words,he already understands the NHS and every adjustment I reccomend he will immediatly grasp and be able to implement and communicate to his coaches and teammates.I believe there will be injuries and MPS will end up becoming an integral part of the system and he will score some really big and timely goals.Just saying. In fact for future reference and spits and giggles,I will say that he will become a 5-hole specialist,we will arrange that as a self-inspired micro-challenge.

I heard MPS is now 6'3 and 215+ lbs,MMMmmm,he is beefing up pretty fast isnt he,I remember predicting he would play at 220 or over when he broke in to the league. He is turning into a beast as he matures,he MUST be hitting the gym hard, god knows how big that kid could end up being.I heard he hasnt lost any speed at all either, that he is definately rugged enough for his coaches and is now focusing on more aggressive pressure backchecking.Just wait till he sees the TDT he will be working with,it will support his recent evolution into a two-way offensive threat via the high pressure backcheck.Hall and Nuge recently focused on the same area for 5-10 games, and it paid huge dividends for them when they focused on it.

Wait till you see the ways Magnus will be scoring his 5-hole goals, soon before the Playoffs start, you will love it,they will be NHS generated and unstoppable.

Nice to see MPS scoring his 4th goal.

I read Daryl Katzes letter, fairly well done and factually accurate.

It was nice of him to give us the rationale behind his acceptance of this losing season and take accountabilty for the teams progress since we drafted Hall.

This however doesnt address the issue of the toll the incredibly long streak of playoff futility has had on the fanbase, this has been the complete scarring of 7+ generations generations of Oilers fans.

I understand that Katz feels no responsibility to answer to the fans for that streak of crud, fine by me,why should he,however it was remiss not to mention a degree of understanding that the fans are feeling the accumulated impact of the losing before his tenure and the consistant losing since his tenure began.

I absolutely understand the parsing of the losing duration into two parts,pre-Katz and Post Katz. But I cant afford and dont pay for tickets season or otherwise and thousands of dollars in peripheral costs either, maybe those stakeholders have a different view than I do.

I believe that this was a well timed statement,if slightly derelict in failing to define the reasons for not considering the totality of the losing duration the fans have endured,it would have been tricky to broach the topic and not seem to be accepting responsibility for someones else failures.I said tricky, not impossible,I see yet another lack of Intuitive Dynamic Managment acumen present in the structure and execution of the intentions projected in the open letter.Someone simply didnt know how to work the Intuition side of things again, the letter is a study in statistical perspective in itself, that is not a criticism simply an observation,I felt like I was reading a stats page,or a facts page, and truly the letter was essentially stats and facts, with very little Intuitive Dynamic Managment incorporated to address the ways the ownership and the fans "feel".We already know the stats and facts.

It was very nice to hear that mac-t is calling the shots and is accountable for building a team that will compete for years to come and it was reassuring to hear that there are no plans to mess with the core, kind of an obvious connection there but still nice to hear the core was relatively safe and that the moves shall continue until some type of goal has been reached, nice to get the feel there is a plan to keep moving forward constructively and in small steps. The rebuild schtick isnt very reassuring anymore, even if there is an accurate observation of the last 4 years it is hard not to see the last 7+ years as one long rebuild. But it is nice to hear that we are planning on staying on task with the development of the core long-term,that is really the only true and primary mandate this group needs to follow.Use money and hockey acumen to work the bottom 6 into shape .My only fear was that managment might get screwy and begin to think they can find justification to move one of the Triplets, the #1 overall picks, they are not currency for a team that has lost for so long,we are past the point of no return in the losing department, any fool can already see that the core catalysed by the Triplets NOT one of them and NOT two of them but ALL THREE OF THEM will definately be taking this team into the playoffs soon, but you just get cocky and remove ONE of them and we lose several years from our Championship timeline,we are growing chemistry and long term relationships here,we have the money to do this and it needs to happen,it was an incredibly fortunate series of events to EVEN GET the Triplets,so before anyone EVER considers breaking them up they need to get a reliable Vegas Oddsmaker to calculate the odds of an NHL franchise holding those type of cards, add in the next high pick we have coming and things look pretty good as long as we play the hand out properly. If we refuse to make knee-jerk moves and remain committed to the Triplets and if we KEEP our high pick this season and develop him,we will be posturing from a position of strength, and other NHL teams will begin to get a solid read that we ARE NOT WEAK and that we are optimally valuating our position and assets. This message to the League of internal solidarity will take 1-2-3 years to solidify and by then we WILL need to make a Blockbuster just to keep things growing,no roster has an unlimited expiry date in todays NHL but we need to invest another 3 years minimum on the Triplets before we make any core decisions on them.We cannot consider them as individual assets ,even though other GMs wish we would,WE MUST valuate the triplets as per the Vegas oddsmakers, because their close ages and overall value makes them an anomoly as a GROUP, the INTANGIBLE VALUE of the Triplets is epic in degree, toss in this year pick and things look very solid.

All managment needs to do to keep the fans happy is ask Daryl katz to use his MONEY to pick up an ELITE IMPACT player from any team in financial difficulty,we can SCALP the best players and I mean BEST players from any team that has managed themselves into
a fiscal corner. It starts with one player and then builds as we use fiscal strength to stockpile an elite man or two we dont plan on keeping long-term and can within 2 years flip to create a bottom 6 manned by above average NHLers. We cannot make trades to improve the bottom 6 without screwing the core,we cannot build through the draft because the triplets will always direct our parameters as per their ages,THEY are the core of the rebuild and we need to do simple math and note the timeline we need our higher quality bottom 6 men to come in on.We dont have the time to build the bottom 6 from within ,from the Farm,we can only convert cash to ELITE players and try to manifest a value based dynamic that will end up being tilted in our favor, cash for an ELITE man or two depending on opportunity--then a flip or two for the bottom 6 men we need, very very good NHLers but not ELITE ones.

Mega-Cash for an Elite player, not overpayment just bucking up-------is a seeming loss and a decision made from slight weakness, however later trading an Elite player to a team in great need reverses the dynamic and from a strong position we can get 2 pieces we normally couldnt get together for one piece we attained with cash, not a trade or internall growth.

We MUST protect the core group using cash money.it is the only way to keep them together in todays NHL and this business tactic MUST be valuated as a cost of doing business, you know the old saying the rich get richer?Well surprise ,it isnt because the save money it is because they invest money.

If the rebuild is a serious one then this core preservation dynamic MUST have been considered, how else did this group plan to keep the core together long enough to create the perfect storm?

The NHL needs to know we are NOT touching the core and that WE will spend money to help teams that find themselves in a bind, and we will be fair.Once the NHL sees we have a solid plan in place to protect the Core and that we are willing to use a Fiscal Sledgehammer to make the moves we need to make to PROTECT THEM for as LONG AS WE CHOOSE,then we put ourselves in a long term strong bargaining position.Once the Triplets are off the table and opponents know they arent going to rock the boat ,they will become more reasonable and will be looking for cash money instead of our Crown Jewels.
