That's not really a fair representation. I think it is actually a majority of OWS that are on top of it. I mean the same could be said about people ripping on OWS. Rather than complaining, eternally, online; they could be out there helping to focus and educate some of the people in the movement that are off the mark.

Adbusters, tide, acorn. Those have no power or control over the movement. They may have had a hand in the original one, but they have no control or power in the hundreds that have popped up in small towns and are isolated. Those are the real movements. They are far out of the reach of any of the groups trying to start/hijack the movement.

I suggest everyone read "The Socialist Phenomenon" and compare what it's saying about other civilizations and our own and realize what a blessing Capitalism has been.

Capitolism is a con. It just makes the rich richer and the poor poorer... It's not that different from paying taxes to a monarchy or a dictator only big business and corperations are raping the people instead of kings, queens and dictators.

Did you learn about the horrors of Capitalism from your college professor or from Barack Obama?

You might try reading real stuff about the communist revolution in Russia and learning about the bread lines and other awful manifestations of communism if you want to get rid of Capitalism.
Every time I log into this forum I see people whining about denying ignorance.

It doesn't take a genius to see the short commings of capitolism just as much as it's easy to see the short commings of communism and socialism.

Perhaps your time and superior intelect would be better invested in comming up with a NEW system that works better than all of them, Rather than taking issue with people who are annoyed with the clearly obvious flaws of capitolism.

How would you know the difference between real flaws and flaws that you are programmed to see? Subversion involves creating an atmosphere where everything in your enemy's nation looks like it is not working so people will embrace revolution.

Enter global economic collapse here...

Duh...

Explain to me how a photo from the event in question is from a 'biased source'?

I think there are enough 'fringe' people now assocaited with the movement and, coupled with the fact that there is no established leadership, have begun to co-opt the message. It started out in the right direction; no corporate wellfare/bailouts and crony capitalism, but there are enough instances of people calling for the end of capitalism alltogether and/or a move to socialism/communism and other, eually as radical, sentiments.

I feel it is somewhat naive to think that Adbusters, unions, acorn, et al are not still peddling their influence in the larger venues. They have the capital and the network and they would be foolish not to utilize the opportunity.

By encouraging frivolous government spending you are increasing debt and inflation. But anti-capitalism thrives on such spending. So do the logic here.

Really a simple question at this point. 'Death to Capitalism' and then what?

I know, how about...a Resource Based Economy?

No there really isn't. It's just overblown and touted by the media.
Of course.

Capitolism has almost brought about global econimic collase and we aren't out of the woods yet and still, Capitolism is supported by intelligent people even though it's useful life span is comming to an end because of a lack of new markets to EXPLOIT!

So do the logic on that...

How did Capitalism bring about the collapse if the government passed laws forcing bankers to lend even though some people cannot pay?

A: If you can direct me to proof of your statement than that would be a valuable and informative peice of information to me.

B: A capitolist government, instructing capitolist finanical institutions, to lend money to a consumer driven capitolist society, money that said capitolist society can't afford to repay, to stimulate a capitolist economy that is in it's death throws?

Which part of that did I not understand?

Also, the economies are inter-meshed. Bad credit circulated.

And do you understand that regardless of how those countries performed,it's not really their fault, considering all the faults in the system?

Yes that interconnectedness is one of the problems, because if one country like the US falls,it takes the hole world with it.
