Al Jazeera reporting that they shut down one of the nuclear plants but the one in Tokyo is still running.

Hopefully just shut down as a precaution.

Insane wathing live on CNN evertime it looked like it was slowing dow it would get a big rush again! Looks like lots of casualities, really harsh, hope many of the people can keep safe!

....that refinery on fire will blow, theres to much debree in the way for fire crews to get to it....unbeleavable!

I don't know...I watch a lot of movies...lots of disaster movies...and nothing prepared me for seeing this.

I guess it is just the knowledge that these are real people...and I can imagine the fear they are feeling...and it is making me extremely sad.

Sitting here watching this unfold with tears in my eyes. My heart and prayers go out to the people there. It might be a good idea for all of us to prepare, as anything could happen now.

Not every earthquake can be caused by HAARP (I don't think any of them can really).


But is this really the time to try to promote your crazy theories??? People are dying...a good portion of a whole country is in ruin. How about you just stop and focus on that for a little bit.

The lady being interviewed said that just before the quake she heard all of the crows crowing loudly.

We should all be prepared for extended power outages

Neither do I. Couldn't stop me crying for the past half hour. I just turned on the tv on my way to sleep, had a feeling and there it was.
