Yes I am aware.

NATO Airstrike kills more than 90
-"With the trucks stuck on the riverbank, the German commander of the NATO forces called in the airstrike around 2:30 a.m., the German military said."

Irrelevant.....NATO forces = USA, UK, German, et al.

I'm not having a go here mate, I'm just trying to make the point that all of the NATO forces are involved here, and no country should be singled out, yes the OP's video showed US troops, but they fall under the blanket of NATO, therefore NATO should answer the charges.

Not meaning to sound condescending here but that is a very shortsighted viewpoint. Everyone will look down on us? i don't think you truly understand just what high regard - at least the people - of the united states are held in around the globe.

There are always going to be differing opinions and thats what keeps us unique, but if I had a dime for everytime I heard someone from abroad tell me just how inspiring the Constitution is and just how near perfect it is in their estimation.

We are not "largely" hated. Most of the world is just wondering when 'We the People" are finally going to take back control of the lands our fathers fought and died on and put an end to all of this Global empire crap.

All we have to do is reclaim our Constitution and we will return to our rightful place shining a light from the hill.

O f course there are others that are just plain tired of our crap and have abbandoned all hope of us pulling our heads out of our....you know what.

Now you know how the majority of the NATO troops feel

Wow this post is swarming with anti-american sentiment.

You know this is a compilation of specific isolated incidents over a long occupation often perpetrated by individuals. Its not like a 5 star general went down to this one checkpoint and said "well boys tonight we're gonna put the fear of god into these alquaeda scum by raping a 14 yr old girl and setting her on fire"

the grenade thrown at the kneeling men was a flashbang not a frag

maybe that one soldier just hates dogs. "Yes Stan, eat all the puppies until you are full."

I do see something seriously wrong with the whole use of nuclear waste as munitions. Back in the day the armies would just salt the earth but now we irradiate. its really terrible.

I think America is pretty bad about a lot of things but seriously if you buy into this propaganda then your just as bad as those fools who watch Fox news all day and believe its the fair and balanced truth.

So, what is thread about again? In all that has been discussed here, what is the purpose of this thread? To remind others of the acts committed by a few troubled soldiers?

I just sent this video to all my contacts. This video speaks wonders about why we're in Iraq. It isn't about freedom, it's about stripping nations of their resources! I think everyone should watch this video... Great Find S&F

The other day i was in a chat room and the Canadian hockey team had won the gold medal, many cheered and many boo'd and patriotism was going crazy from both sides, then one person piped in and said "well it doesn't matter cause we could invade or just bomb Canada and there is nothing they could do, we are the best and strongest country in the world"

I wasn't surprised as this is chanted from many, many US citizens over and over again, every time a debate comes up about countries it is always the same, some are smart and discuss or debate, then there are many who will go off on this well we can just kill you all and take what you have.

I have come to the conclusion that those who do not value life, have not experienced it to its fullest, are brainwashed that they have the best of the best, but if they dont get their way they will kill others to achieve it. This is what we the world have come to understand. The fact that if we dont agree with the US or do as they say, or give what they want, they will kill us. Kill our children kill our way of life, kill us all.

This is what will destroy your country, as after a while we will no longer fear death, after a while we will be desensitised from it, and the world will turn its back on you, not kill or threaten, not attack or terrorize. We will simply turn away from what was once the beacon of hope shining so brightly the stars could see it shining back at them.

And when that happens and trade shuts down, and money runs dry, the US will crumble in upon itself, and the shining light will change hands and move to the next great empire.

I hope the US will turn this around, will make right its wrongs. I hope the people will water their "tree" I hope the US will regain the light of hope, for your country has brought together the greatest minds, the colours of humanity, the sounds and the sights that the whole world has offered it.

I would wish you peace, if only you wanted it.

You are allowed to be anti war. The soldiers give you the ability to be anti-war. Anti war activists in China/russia/Iran...are imprisoned.

china and iran lied to start how many wars?? with anti war protests? and the troops dont allow for protests, the constitution does. These days troops are called to assist the police in brutally putting down and imprisoning protesters and people the govt don't like.. seattle, pittburgh, waco.

That is when the troops aren't too busy spying on US citizens..

US military spied on Planned Parenthood, civilian phone calls:
rawstory.com...

US cities require permits to protest making them "govt sanctioned", gee.. just like china.. one more thing in common besides show trials, torture, extrajudicial murders of innocent people and indefinite detentions of people the govt calls "bad"... irans leaders haven't cause a fraction of the human suffering GOP & DNC (voters) are responsible for.

The day also saw the first officially sanctioned demonstration in China, where a crowd of 200 made up mostly of foreign students were allowed to chant anti-war slogans as they marched past the US embassy in Beijing[51]

en.wikipedia.org...

Also last I checked, iraqis, iranians and afghanis were hardly a threat to our freedoms compared to the DC mafia run federal govt.. let me know when president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad votes for the PATRIOT act, eh?

The Saudi's and ISI were responsible for 9/11. Have you seen the hundreds of hours of footage of Osama admitting he was involved in 9/11 by any chance?

Actually, no, I haven't seen even one MINUTE of footage of Osama claiming responsibility for 911. Why don't you post even ONE of those up here? Maybe because they don't exist?

Some despicable acts, but like someone said it is wrong to paint all soldiers like this.

It is not wrong to paint every US Soldier as despicable. If they were not despicable, they would refuse to follow orders.

Let me tell all you bedwetting liberals something. 99.9% of these guys are just doing their jobs, placing their lives at risk for the country that sent them there. They are trained killers. I don't have a problem with that. They don't decide where they get sent, they just do their job when they get there. Yes, there were some unfortunate events in Iraq, but we've been there for 8 years. Quit crying and support those that serve.

The video was very disturbing.
Some of you may not understand, but I have a problem with the repeated tag "no justice, no peace". This is a loaded phrase; don't really understand what it is intended to mean and so I am not buying into it. Make no mistake it carries some "agenda" of its own.

Why not just a simple: "get out of the wars"; no other agenda implied?
NO "nation-building". Bush promised in a debate with Al Gore that he would not "nation-build". Period. We all knew what it meant or he wouldn't have said it. Neocons love to "nation-build" and so we have and con't to do so. And Obama....well we know how the hope 'n change is working....

Let me tell you dear bedwetting-guy who uses the "left vs. right" rhetoric, compliance does not waiver away guilt. Period.

Stop eating up all of the American media's propaganda. Those soldiers were not sent to war by a "Country." They were sent to war by a handful of Corporations and Politicians.
