I agree but for different reasons....they can't disclose because we would all storm D.C.....because we would realize the technology that we could have been using all this time!

Bad, Good, We only differ by degrees of perceived behavior and what we align ourselves to. The same premise would hold true for behavior as well.
Take for example the earlier post about cattle mutilation being an evil act. Well, evil to whom... We slaughter them by the thousands every day, yet we don't see ourselves as evil for doing so because it serves our purpose. We perform test on animals all the time that leave them maimed and mutilated not to mention the CIA experiments and military experiments on our own guys, but we justify it by saying we are doing so for the higher good, (end justifying the means and all).
I hear what your saying about technology in the hands of those that would do us harm but at some point these feelings of fear of the other guy need give way to recognizing that the other guy we perceive doing the harm to us... is us. Maybe when we do the other guy will fear us a little less

I have to admit the position you hold is a very smart one. Believing in unreliable and questionable evidence can be dangerous, one example being the Billy Meier cult. The UFO ET culture has become a religion, if you want to be part of the club you have to just believe and have faith without any tangible evidence. I want to believe too, but I agree, its hard to worry about it when tyranny is closing in on us.

I went to Topanga State Park (LA, CA) today and hiked with my family. After two days of rain the view was just incredible. I was thinking that there is so much beauty on our planet no wonder "they" travel across the universe to see this.

Could you possibly make a fool out of yourself anymore.Maybe if both sides who think everything is alien ufo's an the side who think it is all fake stopped to use common sense they would learn that around 15 to 10% of cases of UFO's are either covered up or explained away by awful analysis and investigations and proen covered up lies and covered up investigations,from the CIA,Air Force and military.In some of these cases it makes no sense that it could be our own technology.

Do you really think any interest in us is BECAUSE of us? I'd say any interest in us is because of our planet, for one. And our ability to kill mass amounts of people for another.

How interested would we be in another planet just like ours? Incredibly interested? Then I wouldn't jump to conclusions that there is no point in any other species visiting us.
