Post in response to Lake Mary "Harmonics" readings
Mary Lake seismometer is burried next to a Ranger Cabin by a HUGE tree. When the wind blow's, the tree carries vibes to the ground that appear as "noise" on the Mary Lake station. Bob Smith (the one who installed it) confirmed this.
I couldn't find weather information for Lake Mary, but at the present time Yellowstone Lake
Wind:
From W at 12 mph
gusting to 21 mph

Isnt it also possible that your just paying more attention to these eruptions because of this thread.Or are these also unusual.I must say I dont follow the events reguly. So if im wrong I appopgise.
I would say its a little unusual. A volcano in Russia, which was quiet for 6,000 years, goes off today. Another near southeast Asia, yesterday. Quakes lighting up charts and seismic alarms worldwide, all in the past few weeks. These are not everyday occurences my friend. Mother Earth is trying to tell us something, and we're all trying to decipher her messages.

... Why is this data all of a sudden subject to "wind"?

The subject of geological processes and earth changes is very interesting.
Rising magma in such an enormous caldera could indicate future activity.
Obviously the scientific community will be keeping a close eye on this.
Like it or not, it's just an unusually large swarm of earthquakes under a super-volcano.
Let us continue to discuss and monitor this anomaly without being accused of crying wolf.

Let us base all future data on a tree's vibrations. Yup, sure sounds like a white house plan to me!
