It’s called Art of the Deal Sook.

Again, Trump is the candidate, the product, not the negotiator. We the voters are the ones doing the wheeling and dealing, the buying and selling.

So we should stop paying taxes to get better candidates? Did you do the wheeling and dealing between lockdowns, mask and vaccine mandates?

Rolf come on now Sookie . You didn't type that with a straight face did you ?

You're party is making all the decisions for you . They just expect your vote.

The debate is to benefit the voters. Do you disagree?

I personally don't think the voters benefit from a debate in which both candidates don't have the chance to speak on the issues; that comes across as more of a WW Raw show than an intellectual discussion of voter issues.

He's scheduled a date with Biden.

Nice try though

Besides becoming a complete liberal idiot, is there anything Trump could say during the debate to get you to vote Trump?

Neither of them were official candidates. Sept could have been two completely different candidates. But the debate was scheduled.

And he's scared about debating Harris.

Yes. We know. That doesn't change the fact that he has a contract with ABC to appear for a debate on September 10th.

Why hasn't Harris done a single press conference?

So Trump agreed out of pocket then?

Heiress was never part of the equation no matter how you slice it.

But I look forward to your insistence in trying!

Kamalla backs out and you blame Trump.

This is a lie.
Kamala Harris has not backed out of a debate with Trump.
Trump backed out of an agreed upon scheduled debate on ABC, where he would have debated Kamala Harris.

Agreed; Harris has not yet backed out of a debate with Donald Trump. Saying so is not truthful.

What is a fact however is her hesitancy to negotiate a debate with Donald Trump.

The left can spin the ABC debate all they want. But the fact is that debate was between Trump and Biden ... and Biden is no longer running for president.

It's time Harris shows that she can stand up for herself; that she can be president and not just Joe Biden’s vice president. Why are the left so hesitant for this to happen.

I get the cheap political points one can win by going on TV and claiming your political opponent is afraid to debate. But this is a race for the President of the United States, arguably one of the most important political positions in the world, time for these campaigns to put their big kid unroos on.

I understand that Donald Trump is dismissing the ABC debate... nener nener. But that debate was with an agreement between an entirely different campaign. When Biden dropped out and Harris entered (in order to improve the chances of a Democrat victory) the race changed; this simple fact can not be argued with. It would be unreasonable for Trump to be expected to champion against both Democrats. Trump vs Biden is over, it is now Trump vs Harris.

Yes Trump's challenge to Harris to debate on Fox on September 4th does favor Trump, posibley a week move by Trump and he should be judged on that pont. But that fact does not absolve Harris's now responsibility to negotiate better terms in a Trump vs Harris debate. It would be a test of her ability to lead.

lol,
So suddenly he can debate earlier?
And Fox News is what made him more comfortable?
Not surprising. They might figure out a way to make him look like less of a total mess.

What if they moved up the original, agreed upon venue?

The Corvette is in Joe's Garage and Kamala isn't at the Border never has been and never will.
I really don't see how she can Debate anyone nothing but Laughter and Word Salad comes from her mouth.

Biden backed out of a debate with Trump.

Not that I'm aware of. Are you saying Trump would still debate Biden on ABC, Sept 10th, if Biden was up to it? But, he won't debate Kamala the same place, time and date?

That sounds like someone is scared, and it's not Biden or Kamala.

If you agreed to buy a corvette, but when you showed up at the dealership, you were given a Yugo

Trump isn't buying a Corvette. We the voters are. We decide whether Trump or Kamala are Corvettes or Yugos not Trump.

Why should she be negotiating a debate? What's to negotiate?

Trump bought and paid for the network, time slot, the room, the moderators, the audience....

Sounds lie cowardly Trump is looking for a loop-hole to get out of a scary debate with a strong woman.

Knowing about his cognitive decline and his inability to run for president, coupled with the fact that he told the American people he was only going to be a one term president ... "a transitional president" ... it appears that Joe Biden robbed the Democrats rank and file from real a primary with candidate contenders, debates, campaigns, etc, ... I wonder if that will be added to his legacy.

But that wasn't Harris's failing she can't be blamed for Joe Biden’s selfishness and weak leadership.... but I would be interested in knowing how much she herself knew about Biden’s decline.

Conspiracy theory: Did Harris push Joe to run for president knowing he would have to drop out and she would be coronated rather than primaried.

I thought so. Glad you understand. Good job Sookie.

She could try to negotiate the room, or the time slot or the network or the moderators or the audience.

The "Loop hole" is that Joe Biden dropped out of the race in order to give the Democrat party an better chance to win.

Why are Democrats unwilling acknowledge this point?

Because it's a really stupid excuse of backing down from a venue, date, time, and agreed upon rules. It's obvious that the only reason Trump wants to change everything is because he's afraid to debate Harris under the same rules of engagement he debated Biden.

And you guys are waving your arms around and shouting "Loop-hole!" "Loop-hole!" "Loop-hole!"
