People are running from California. Most of the country looks at California as a cautionary tale.

I think CNN did a good job. The only thing I saw was at times I think CNN cut Biden short off his minutes when he would start to ramble.

I wouldn't be surprised to see headlines tomorrow about Biden being hospitalized for 'unforeseen medical issues'.

This wouldn't surprise me at all. The democrats have lost their collective minds putting that poor man out there on stage against Trump. It's actually quite sad and disturbing.

Right now he's sitting back coming down off of whatever drugs they likely gave him and watching news reports talking about how terrible and disturbing his performance was tonight. If the debate itself wasn't stressful enough, then the after affects of seeing the responses must be devastating...when his own corrupt media is turning on him (AND his handlers).

Really pretty disturbing if you ask me.

No clue why they doubled down on him. This wasn't some OMFG surprise for them. They should have replaced him as the front runner last year.

I agree. But I also think they had two scripts, because there was a pretty clear change-up in the line of questions when Biden really started tanking. It was like they switched to a 'Plan B' script, but that didn't work. I think it was probably just a couple of questions to let him get some momentum, and then they went back to the original script.

But I agree, I thought CNN did a surprisingly good job...especially for...CNN!

Candidly, I think CNN's ratings will actually go up. That is, UNLESS they step on their collective d!cks with their post-debate commentary. If that's the case then, there's no bottom.

Ahh good point. I was kinda confused why their extremely biased anchors would do that.. but they didn't want Biden to keep looking so feeble.

I also think they banked on Trump to keep interrupting etc, but Trump did not take the bait. He actually acted quite professional throughout the debate. This backfired bigly on CNN. Now they, and the Dems have a lot of damage control to work out. 😎

I watched the debate through Timcast, and they said there are people in his party saying he had a bad cold...He had been locked away for a week, he was about as good/bad as he has been for the last year.
