Rudy Giuliani sued again by ex-Georgia election workers

Two Georgia election workers, who won $148 million in damages from Rudy Giuliani, have sued him once again — this time to stop Trump's former lawyer from repeating claims that they engaged in election interference in 2020.

Driving the news: Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss are seeking a permanent injunction against Giuliani that, if granted, would bar him from speaking publicly about them ever again.

Of the 63 cases filed only 3 went to court. 60 rejected because of standing.
Of the 3 that allowed evidence to be presented, 2 were won by Trump.
/3 that saw evidence presented were won

Trump is a great example too... They tried criminally for years with nothing there, so they go civil now that has extremely lacks rules and then push 100s of millions as the fine. I wonder if the judge says his property is only worth 18 million and a small house on a small piece of land nearby went for 40 million if that means anything. Also, how much property tax does NY owe him back for overpaying in the past lol.

There is no need to convict if there is no crime, no victim, and no complaint by anyone on either side of the loans if the end result is to say we are fining you 500 million because you are running again for President.

Just not allowing it because the Judge says there is no standing pretty much wipes any chance for justice because one person can easily put up a roadblock without anyone doing a damn thing about it.

The same thing to these civil charges, no need for a burden of proof, no need for a victim or anything, and extremely weak evidence is needed for a ruling compared to a criminal case. It's like cheat mode within the justice system.

These women know what they did. To me, this is no worse than allowing people to steal at stores. Pick up 1000's in merch and walk out. Entitlement.

Are we all to believe these are the first two people who were ever threatened? It is insane.

This is rewarding poor behavior to the max...

A surprisingly Interesting Read considering how dull and repetitive it all was .

What do you expect this report proves ? It is simply a consolidation of what has already been said about each and everyone of the Cases brought forward . There is nothing in the Report that WE ALL have not already heard .

The Documentary 2000 mules had a single Paragraph of blah blah that ended with It was " Debunked " ?? Debunked on what grounds and by whom ?

All of the cases , Were either outright dismissed on some legal Technicality , Or were Dismissed on the grounds they were not presented in Timely manor , Or the Judge just straight up said you cant paint these voters with such a broad brush Case Dismissed. yes a few were pulled by the Trump legal team voluntarily but very few.

Rudy has declared bankruptcy. He is currently $500 million in debt and only has $10 million in assets.

This doesn't absolve him of the court's ruling. He will be required to liquidate all his assets and give it to Freeman and Moss and a lien will placed on any income he makes for the rest of his life.

Of course, he also still owes millions to his lawyers and is facing another defamation lawsuit from Moss and Freeman. And that's on top of the Fulton County case and a possible future case in DC.

As I said, Rudy will die a broke and broken man.

This is true. We already knew Trump is a loser. He lost the election. He loses most of his court cases after delaying as long as he can. He even "lost" votes in the Arizona audit.

What is amazing to me is how many people still support such a loser.
