Proof? The testimony is dubious so we can't rely on that. What were they fundraising for a used car lot again? How were some kinds going to aid with that?

Cars were already damaged from previous fires from riots, read that last part.
A lot of businesses that were damaged were getting money to rebuild ie. Fundraising, which goes along perfectly to their testamony.

Doesn't explain why they wanted Kyle to help with fundraising, which is something never brought up by Kyle and company.

Also, as I already stated, the used car owners testimony is dubious....not that we are drawing from the colloquial "used car salesman" trope.....

Khindri said his business has suffered $1.4 million in losses and damage. He doesn't understand why the Fire Department didn't try to stop the first big blaze on Sunday night.

From the story it appears the dealership was talking about before the fire, after the fire what is there to protect?
I do agree there are two ways to read this kind of thing.

Why would they want Kyles help on fundraising? It sounds like that is what Kyle mentioned. From what I recall Kyle helped clean up other places or something like that. Just my speculation, but perhaps that is akin to the conversation that transpired.

Again, why would a dealership with burn out cars need protection. Have you seen a photo of it. Take a look, and seriously ponder why would that need any protection.

I don't recall Kyle bringing up anything to do with fundraising. He was cleaning a high school earlier in the day.

Also what you quoted is from the Lawyer not from the actual owner of the business.

It’s a he said, he said argument of which only those involved will ever know the actual truth, we can only assume.

I'm aware. Point being as the testimony is dubious we are to look at surrounding sentiment and actions taken.

Also, they had roof access. How did they get that without being permitted?

Another action that speaks to the car owners not being honest:

At one point that night, Black said the group of armed people at the business heard that another Car Source location was being vandalized. He said he saw Rittenhouse running towards that location and sometime later heard gunshots.

So we are no closer to believing the car lot owners testimony in comparison to Kyle and companies actions.

How about you present proof? If you have proof they perjured themselves, bring it. His lawyers didn't. Jag noted their testimony for the things you claim are lies.


Your post regarding Kyle's friends testimony, notes that 3 of the dealers are on the same street. Black never said the owners told him the other Dealer was being vandalized. Are you saying they told him to go to the other dealer? Alone?

Huh? I never said he shot people. I said the video he took of people leaving a CVS, in which he can be heard wishing for his AR so he could start shooting at them. From just before the time of the protests. The one the judge refused to allow played in court.

Did you see the people in the video? They were black people, exiting a store. Why did he assume the people were shoplifting? CVS reported no shoplifting that evening. But 17 year old Kyle thinks he knows better and shoplifters should be shot with an AR? You really want to try to make this about me? I mean actually, yeah, you probably do. I get it. Hard to defend something indefensible.

I have been. Go up and back a page. All the actions speak directly against their testimony, even so far as to a motive.

That being perjury is much cheaper than the liability.

No, it was Black's 1st person testimony from the rooftop of one Car Source......

How are these simply facts evading you? Especially since it was your assertion in this thread that I responded to where the only proof was shaky testimony.

How do you get around Kyle's offer to help text, yet no call, no deleted reply, nothing telling him to do so? Who told Kyle he had to go defend the other building? It stated other armed men mentioned the other building and he went running. Black next heard from him after he shot people.

And as for getting on buildings, me and the neighborhood kids must have been about 8 when we used to climb to the roof of a local elementary school. And I'm a girl. Some buildings are scalable.
