He deliberately with intentions -- went to the fight.

The fight did not come to him.

If you choose to see it that way.

I see a 17-year-old high school dropout from a different state -- who should not have been there.

Why should he have not been there?

He defended himself.

Just in case you happened to miss how the jury decided....

He put himself in harms way.

How so?

Did he originate the "harms way" for instance?

Didn't he get in some serious trouble for abuse of his ex or something like that right before all this?
If true then I would guess he enjoys causing trouble and will find a way to try and get away with it. What better way then to go to a riot armed with the intent of possibly discharging said gun.
Why was he walking in the direction of all this? I believe he was going to investigate something but it's been some time since I read all the testimonials.
Either way he shouldn't have put himself in that position, and it doesn't matter what anyone say he acted irresponsibly and sure seems like with the intent to disrupt and antagonize.

So your judgement is predicated on a question you've not come to the conclusion to?

Funny how this one kid is the only one called out for "not supposed to be there" or "acted irresponsibly" on like day 3 of riots.....

Let me stop you there.
I do believe he acted in self defense and I agree with the courts on this one.
The audio time stamp proved that he turned around after he heard a gun shot and he believed it was at him. That part is clear as day.
His intent was to help.
His actions unnecessarily put him in a position that no 17yo should be in.
I think he is abusive and enjoys the rush from action.
I also think the kid is absolutely stupid.
But it's not illegal to be stupid.

This whole thing shouldn't have ever happened and I blame the authorities for not being as proactive in preventing the riots.

You've not the ability nor the fortitude to do so.

Simply responding to the words you chose to post.

Yet, I'm not sure where you're getting the notion that he is abusive however...

The Kenosha Triple ?

He would of been better off to stare at an Indian with a drum.

PS...Never argue with Annee, I once argued 40 pages with her.

I found the video but I am not going to post it.
The video is supposedly Kyle punching some girl repeatedly July 1.
If that actually is him, kinda hard to say. But if it is then I would say he has no problem getting into crap he should not be in.

edit on 27-11-2023 by Allaroundya4k because: (no reason given)

Very sad when you think about his age. 17-19 yr old males are a scary age…

Well, good. At least you went out to find what you were talking about.

FWIW, I think it's him and if memory serves it was him defending his little sister from some bullying.

I think we can all agree that someone higher up needs to be held accountable for the crap that was going on at that time.
Actually multiple people in every precinct in any state that had riots. I don't ever agree with excessive force but it seems like the police failed and the national guard didn't do enough when they could have used non lethal measures to stop the riots. I know they have the means as they have done public demonstrations on the tech.
There is a conspiracy in that somewhere but it's late.

Bottom line, jumped a girl, wished he could shoot random CVS shoppers, purposely armed himself and put himself in a volatile situation. Ended up shooting 3 people. Found not guilty. The guy needs to sit down somewhere. Get his high school diploma and get a job, and stay under the radar. And I hope he no longer "wishes he could start firing on people" or he'll be back in the news again and may have a different verdict.
