Looks like an entirely fabricated argument to me. Can you put a number on that, and bring it in perspective with examples from the war on terror to substantiate the claim?

I know you're trying to excuse and downplay what is happening in Gaza but it doesn't really work and it's far from convincing. Excuses and excuses and more excuses on what are simply war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinian people. And everyone has seen what is happening in Gaza apart from those who unequivocally support Israel, some Evangelical Christians, some ultra right wing fascistoids, and some lunatics.

The reason they are killed it's because they are bombed. Bombs don't discriminate between civilians and combatants and they kill pretty much everyone or in the best possible scenario injure them badly.

Even when they are forcibly displaced they are still bombed on their way to the southern parts of Gaza if they are able to make it.

The intentions and acts are clear and that's why the ICC has plenty of work to do. What you think about the ICC is irrelevant to be honest.

I never said there was no clear intention. Israel has shown clear intentions not only when they acted by killing thousands and thousands of innocent civilians but also through their many politicians and officials who have used genocidal rhetoric to argue the destruction of Gaza and erasing the place from the face of the Earth. Intention is clear.

Just as Mrs Suzanne Weiss said, who is a holocaust survivor, Israel has committed crimes against the Palestinians and has occupied their land and oppressed them for over 70+ years.

A declarion of war was made by Israel and the civilians were given a timeframe to evacuate. Regardless of terrorist interfence in this process the vast majority should have upped and left. Those deaths are the responsibility of Hamas and the stupidity of the civillians who made the choice to stay put.

So are they evacuating now, while they have the chance again during this very temporary ceasefire?

A holocaust survivor argues that Israel is turning Gaza into a death camp and you try unsuccessfully to dismiss her. She knows much more than anyone else what a concentration camp is and what a death camp is.
