An occupying force cannot make a declaration of war on the people they are occupying, it's unlawful as well the occupied people have the right under International Law to resist said occupation.

They stopped counting the dead days ago and that includes in the West Bank too, so once the bombing starts up again we will all be in the dark about what is really going on there.

The fact that so many have died and even more have been injured doesn't seem to be a major issue. Actually the Palestinian people have been slaughtered but you don't want to hear this. But they were...terrorists as the great Israeli Politician said....

The number estimated from this source is 16,413 civilians. Not terrorists...

If Israel targeted civilians there would be much more dead, so Israel is targeting military assets even if 14,000 total have died.

Well, I got to nominate Israel for "The Worst Thought Out False Flag Ever", almost as bad as GW accidentally creating ISIS for oil nobody ever saw.

Might have something to do with the 9000 plus rockets launched from Gaza into Israel since OCT 7 from Gaza neighborhoods. And the fact Israel thinks something like 200 hostages were taken to Gaza after the Oct 7th attack.

Because they live in QATAR. You can't send a missile into Qatar.

And we don't know that '13,000 innocent citizens' of Gaza have died. That number is put out by HAMAS. They lie. (like when they claimed 500 people died in a hospital bombing air strike by Israel, when it turned out to be 10-50 who died in a parking lot when a terrorist missile failed and fell into it). Hamas lies, and there is no way they could be counting the dead and digging through rubble etc etc. The number is bogus. It could be higher. It could be lower.

So. You’re making excuses and apologies for Hamas doing nothing to evacuate civilians or shelter them to turn Gaza neighborhoods into rocket bases and schools into weapons dumps while firing 9000 plus rockets into Israel since Oct 7th. Hamas cowering behind their civilians to launch rockets to kill civilians in Israel.

While Hamas is caught in a blatant lie concerning Al-Ahli Arab hospital blast. The Hamas lie it was an Israeli air strike, and the number of dead was misreported by a factor of two to three times to great. Where Hamas lists the deaths of their terror fighters as noncombatant deaths. So? What supposed Israeli lie reaches this magnitude as the Hamas blatant lies concerning -Ahli Arab hospital and the deaths of their combatants?

Or how about the seemingly now forgotten Gaza incident at Salah al-Din Road that killed 70 civilians that is most likely because of Hamas booby traps?

that's what I said. The number is not the truth. It's IMPOSSIBLE to know how many are dead. The bodies can't be pulled from the rubble AND Hamas lies. The number could be higher. It could be lower. It's just a propaganda number that Hamas pulled out of it's collected butt end.

The bottom line is that Israel is not targeting civilians. To claim this is genocide is absurd. To claim that Israel is 'trying to kill as many Palestinians as possible' is equally absurd. Israel has the firepower to kill ALL OF GAZA, and yet only a few thousand supposedly have died. That in of itself says Israel is not 'genociding Gaza'.
