Things like this are done in steps.
From Israel's actions, it looks like they are going for slow deaths from lack of food, water and medical care.

I like to call it anti-Israel for whatever reason people think. If not then why didn't they protest in the 100,000s in London for 400,000+ civilians killed in Yemen? I guess real genocide is OK when it is Muslim on Muslim, and many protesting Israel most likely approve of what is going on right now in Yemen.

Leaders often claim that “if we don’t kill them, they will kill us,” disguising genocide as self-defense.
That's because there is no 'gaza health ministry' ... that's just a fancy word for HAMAS.
The men, whom Israeli media disclosed as 31-year-old Hamza Mabarech and 29-year-old Azzam Joabra, were accused of being involved in the death of three Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists earlier this month, according to the N12 new outlet.
Videos on social media appeared to show one man suspended from an electricity pylon and a second hanging upside down from a wall. A large crowd gathered to chant "Allahu Akbar," and many appear to be filming the bodies.
The self-proclaimed "Resistance Security" organization claimed responsibility for the executions by firing squad, emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy for informants or traitors, said reports.
The two men were accused of helping Israeli security forces target Hamas in a raid that killed three key terrorists earlier this month, a Palestinian security officer said.
Tulkarm Brigades statement said anyone who had been working with Israeli security services had until Dec 5 to come forward and repent.
The family of one of the accused informers sought to distance itself in a statement, calling its disgraced relative a “malicious finger that we have cut off without regret”.
“We affirm our complete innocence,” the family added, “and we won’t allow anyone to blame us for his guilt.”

Regime change is cool, now?
What "crusades"?
Amalek was "the foe that God ordered the ancient Israelites to genocide", and scholars have described the verse as an instance of 'divinely mandated genocide'.

From genocide watch:
"They indoctrinate the populace with fear of the victim group. Leaders often claim that “if we don’t kill them, they will kill us,” disguising genocide as self-defense. Acts of genocide are disguised as counter-insurgency if there is an ongoing armed conflict or civil war. There is a sudden increase in inflammatory rhetoric and hate propaganda with the objective of creating fear of the other group. Political processes such as peace accords that threaten the total dominance of the genocidal group or upcoming elections that may cost them their grip on total power may actually trigger genocide."
"Sometimes they are even segregated into ghettoes, deported into concentration camps, or confined to a famine-struck region and starved. They are deliberately deprived of resources such as water or food in order to slowly destroy them. "
