It's a clip from a "mockumentary" called Top Secret KGB UFO Files [and variations on that name since 1998]. Around 31 mins in.



Three years ago you posted another thread about a different clip from the same documentary.

There was a clue in the opening credits.

The problem with Robert Salas' story about UFOs shutting down the nuclear weapons at Malmstrom AFB in the 1960s is that his "story" is in direct contrast to the findings of an investigation into what happened.

Salas is another "witness" who didn’t actually see anything for himself. He was in a control bunker below ground. He claims UFOs were reported by guards at Malmstrom Air Force in 1967 before the nuclear missiles started shutting down one by one.

But the conclusions of an investigation were that mechanical failure rather than UFOs caused the missile faults.

My guess is this is why Salas was not asked to provide evidence to the hearings.

Ufology continually recycling spurious stories, pics, videos and documents as if they were brand new like this is just a waste of time.

You see, mm, this field has a self-perpetuating meme inside it where it can never end.

The gov itself can always doctor any official gov. documentation to cover up this ufo phenomenon further...

It gets into convoluted facts of he said she said this or that on this date or that date and becomes as reliable, clear, or as certain as ufos themselves.

Just as disclosure also has an infinite aspect to it where it's virtually an impossibility to ever really happen with the ability of the gov to hide behind its classified...

Following that hearing a group of lawmakers asked the House speaker to form a committee to investigate government programs involving UAPs. Specifically, they requested "subpoena authority" to collect information to "discharge our constitutional, legislative and oversight roles."

The subpoena authority is HUGE…..

They could start by subpoenaing the leaderships of Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon!
