The only way the situation changes is if ufology moves away from believing US servicemen and former intelligence agents and anyone else with a good story.

Grush might well have believed the stories he was told. Subsequently, he then told stories himself. But this just falls into the hands of both the US IC and the UFOtainment industry. Where are those supposedly who had hands on the craft or inside the alien corpses?

After nearly a century of rumour, whispers and a million YouTube podcasts what do we have?

Verifiable evidence is the only thing that counts, and we will shortly see if Grush has been able to deliver it.

Although I suspect this might all be a charade and the UFO topic has been used as a metaphor to achieve other objectives.

He said absolutely nothing in that. He could call for anything he likes, but the proof is in the legislation they must craft.

How about some legislation requiring the IC to kick it ALL out or else?

That is the only thing with teeth enough to really get them to tell all... otherwise, it's all a show.

Even then, they have to have a caveat for classified material, and they can put anything they want in that which won't be touched.

The question is this. Can they craft some legislation where they can get a third party, like a judge to determine what is really worthy of being classified?

Other than that, they can hide anything and everything they want.

Kudos MM…….you found what I was looking for!

I only got as far as the congressional record master website…..and then lost from there. To many search criteria fields….and thing that led to other things then other things….finally nothing.

What I don’t see is “The List” of good and bad contractors Grusch was to give Congresswoman Mace…..that he said he would give her after the hearing.

It was my assumption since Grusch didn’t mention about having to give it to her in a SCIF. It would therefore be considered…imo…as available for public viewing.

Where oh where is “The List”…pray tell??

I also don’t see the letters of Corbell and Knapp listed….I wonder if there’s a subsection of other evidence documents somewhere.

Aha, some politicians aren't going for this ufo stuff.

The guy on the right is a GOP congressman from, of all places, Ohio. Some Reddit poster suggests he's protecting the Wright-Patteson base, where all those alien bodies are stored...

More likely the Defense lobbying groups are putting pressure on these guys to chill on the alien/ufo theme.

I do detect media aversion to Grusch; the politicians may follow suit.

Russian state media TASS reported aliens landed there in 1989, but I wouldn't believe everything I read in Russian state media, back then or even today. This 9 year old article says it happened 25 years ago so that means now it would be 34 years ago:

Interesting choice of wording. Either the new opiate will keep us distracted from government activities (military) because there is a 'new enemy in the skies' and thus giving us the false sense of being protected by the military. Is this all about keeping the war machine alive and we don't rise up and try to end wars, again, like in the 60's and 70's?

Considering the wording of "non human" "biologic", couldn't it also be (without being a perjury) a lab animal inside an experimental craft, whatever the country of origin on earth.

Wouldn't be the first time someone use weird terminology to let people imagine many things by themselves then come up later with "I never said that, I just said non human...".
