I'm going to have to call them out. To simply say that they work with partners to ensure that there is labeling on the produce is simply not good enough. Whole Foods had a small sign notifying customers and then took it down. None of the produce that I have bought there has any sticker indicating Apeel is on it. Totally unrealistic to expect consumers to take on the produce manager. Can you just imagine the chaos?

At least they give us the store locator so that we can avoid the product. I'm continuing my produce experiment and I just can't wait to open the avocado. See the tweet of the woman who bought a bag - they all looked fresh but were rotten on the inside.
