So, at that time, after the subpoena,he's now on the job and stated publicly that there were still classified docs on the premises. I posted the link numerous times.

You and others still do not understand all this... The President is outside of the system with full authority to do at their will. A President can never break classification rules or laws no matter what they do.

You're confusing the USA President with The Pope. The USA doesn't have a Pope or a King. The President is the head of the Administrative Branch of the US government and Commander in Chief of the US Military.

Honestly, I don't think that is realistic.

No one is above the law.

Eventually, we will know for sure.

With respect, the president is the ultimate authority with respect to classification.
It’s how the process works.
All he has to do is say it’s declassified and it is.
Even if it still has a (c) on the document.

I doubt that.

Eventually this will be settled by the SCOTUS.

None of that has to do with the topic at hand. Documents exist showing Trump is aware of the classification protocol. Those documents were subpoenaed. The Archivist sent a letter to Trump stating this occurred and that she will be handing over the documents.

So what part is made up?

"Documents exist showing Trump is aware of the classification protocol."

LOL...too funny. Documents exist for every single person granted a security clearance that show they are aware of classification protocols. If you don't sign that paper....no clearance.

It’s the law.
It’s not in dispute.
You denying such makes you look looney.
It’s why I prefaced my post with respect.
Please take a moment, you are not a flat earther.

Obviously -- it is in dispute.

And will be settled by SCOTUS.

Leaving something that you neither packed nor unpacked, untouched for years shows intent?

So now Joe had no involvement with where the docs were stored or what they contained?

Sounds like a REALLY secure garage.

Maybe we should start a thread called "Biden Did Not Know the Proper Protocol for Declassifying Records"?

Do you know how important Joe's vette is to him? It's hard to believe he would let anyone just throw boxes of classified documents around his garage that he stored his CORVETTE in. But then, I suppose the question of how did classified documents make it out of the SCIF would also be a question. Seems like it would take "intent" to shove them down your pants, no?

Denying facts while deflecting incoherently is a sign of a serious mental disorder.

But you guys wouldn’t know that because it’s happening to you.

The first step to getting help is admitting you have a problem.

You say as you deflect from the fact that Jack Smith has built up a pretty strong case against Trump.

That would be the Executive Branch.
Not administrative.

When it becomes another Democrat nothing burger, will you come back and apologize?

We are still waiting for all the other apologies from you for being wrong.

You can say that all you want but Biden and Pence didn't try to hide documents from investigators and then have their lawyers lie about them.

That's where the major differences start.

Im surprised anyone is repeating nonsense from the WaPo and other DNC media, after the revelations this week.

Its a SCAM! You've been lied to!

There's been enough evidence presented that not only did a judge order that attorney-client be pierced due to the crime-fraud exception, multiple times, but also ordered the former VP to testify before a grand jury.

None of those actions would have been taken if Smith had nothing.

And that's before we get into the number of Trump lawyers that have jumped ship (the latest was yesterday) or been required to lawyer up themselves.

Oddly they don't bend to your will.

Is the president of the United States of America also the commander in chief of the military?

Classification authority is in the Executive swimlane. POTUS is the top dawg in the executive. He can change the entire system with a change of policy. There is NO classification process authority which can overrule a POTUS.

BTW, VP and Senators do not have this authority unless it is material they themselves classified. So what is Joe's excuse? Intent is NOT involved, even tho' Comey lied to you and said it is.

🤣🤣🤣

I feel like I am watching Liberals getting grilled by the Republicans in Congress.
Can’t answer a yes or no question.

First of all, when have you been right?

But I’ll play and I’ll give you a straight answer….if Trump gets convicted of a crime, I will apologize.
