Biden was out of office for 4 years. He had possession of those documents during those 4 years.

That's correct. And if he had done it with intent to keep it and had obstructed justice in the attempt to investigate his keeping of it, he would be in deep doo-doo. But he didn't, and neither did Mike Pence. That's why they will both be treated differently than Trump.

Everyone is treated differently than Trump. We just got a 300 page report about it.

Speeding falls under general intent which means the intent is derived from the act of commission. Unlawful retention of classified documents falls under specific intent which requires preplanning and predisposition.

Ask Joe about that. Keeping them in a box next to the Vette must have took some planning. And the one's left in the Penn/Biden center as well. Not sure about the document Hunter copied and sent to Burisma.

Leaving something that you neither packed nor unpacked, untouched for years shows intent?

So the letter sent by the Archivist to Trump doesn't exist?

The archivist is simply another BAMN person, who in no way has any authority as to any kind of classification.

The pra IS NOT A CRIMINAL STATUTE.

This is simply more of the same, BAMN.

None of that has to do with the topic at hand. Documents exist showing Trump is aware of the classification protocol. Those documents were subpoenaed. The Archivist sent a letter to Trump stating this occurred and that she will be handing over the documents.

So what part is made up?

You keep backing dnc backed political persecution.
It is simply lies, in service to liars, as documented by recent government investigations.

So you have proof the documents don't exist even though the Archivist is about to hand them over to the special counsel?

Won’t be the first time documents were invented by BAMN people to use against trump.
The archivist is a liar.
There was cooperation.
The pra has no time limits.

So in other words you're plugging your ears, shutting your eyes, and crying "It's not true!"

What I posted is true.
It’s why you chose to sling crap instead of refuting facts.

You provided nothing. Where's the proof these documents exist. It only exists in your fantasy land.

What documents?
Truth: cooperation was in place
Truth: there is no time limit in the PRA

More of your slinging crap
It’s all you BAMN people have

So, at that time, after the subpoena,he's now on the job and stated publicly that there were still classified docs on the premises. I posted the link numerous times.

You and others still do not understand all this... The President is outside of the system with full authority to do at their will. A President can never break classification rules or laws no matter what they do.

Remember. CNN reported this. That's the first problem.

I wanted to have everything consolidated in one thread. Apparently a certain admin didn't agree. So now you guys get a new thread for every tiny development.

Honestly, I don't think that is realistic.

No one is above the law.

Eventually, we will know for sure.

With respect, the president is the ultimate authority with respect to classification.
It’s how the process works.
All he has to do is say it’s declassified and it is.
Even if it still has a (c) on the document.
