So Joe Biden (paid ally of CCCP) elected NOT to shoot down the balloon for fear of safety of people on the ground? IN MONTANA? The odds of hitting someone with a shot down balloon in Montana is about the same as getting struck by lightening twice on the same day.

Me's thinking Joe didn't choose to shoot down the balloon is based on the money that China has been paying he and Hunter to commit the treasonous acts to bring this country to our knees.
