This case highlights an important issue with these cases. It's nearly impossible to prove that an individual received greater damage (either physical or economical) than anyone else. I have to wonder if the only way forward in these voter fraud cases would be to have a class action lawsuit against a state.

Here is Washington State the guy that against Inslee, Loren Culp, could have done one of these cases and probably had it heard since by running for office he lost his job, and by not winning evidence has shown that Inslee had a hand in removing his job from the county in which he lived. This would have shown that voting fraud had cost him a job, and by running he was targeted by the winner of the election. Sadly though, he never filed a case. This just goes to show that it's not like there are people who couldn't have gotten their case heard, but rather it's that those same people refused (for some reason) to not file a case.

As a side note top this, the day that Culp had taken the subpoena to the state, the Attorney General's office refused it, and publicly stated that they had never received it. Even though Culp had the media with him when it was handed to the State's Secretary (who is now in charge of National Elections).

Most won't understand this, hopefully folks here do by now. There is no REMEDY for voter fraud in the Constitution, frankly there is no remedy or punitive actions listed in it = it is a moral document. This means it is voluntary.

This was a huge mistake, not spelling out remedy or damage constraints led to the fraud aspect.

More importantly, and folks should be seeing this, "the vote is too important to be left up to the people" and, as such, remedy is impossible because the system was set up to create an illusion of choice. That illusion, includes no remedy avenue, which assures the fraud. Consider folks have to go to at least three courts, and hope they accept the case, to "prove" obvious fraud - PA, more mail in ballots sent in then sent out!!!

I expected nothing from the Brunson case for a myriad of reasons, and the most obvious is the Supreme Court isn't the place for solutions to problems, only to resolve Constitutional issues with a one particular case. The Supremes have two avenues to fall into now, they can fall into the "legislate from the bench" if they want, or "nope, not a Constitution issue" if they want = serious problem.

Not the same topic, but it helps illustrate the core problems we see are not new, it is the cancer is being exposed in a big way. Fake News...

Well...that's not exactly true... It isn't covered in the Constitution, but a remedy is identified in the Declaration of Independence.

The Declaration of Independence is law. But that will only be the case at the convenience of those arguing against it. Like the Bible...I love how people pick and choose what they want from the Bible.

Meh, while the "path" is there, for all practical purposes no. The truth is the election issues were MORAL issues, not legal. We're an immoral country, sad, but true.

Let's say that happened every 20 years, then sure. But having never happened in the eneMedia minefield era, we are stuck with the Polarity problem: "yes he can, no he can't."

If everyone in the country took civics and knew of the process, probably. But hell, folks argue over Football rules and those are clearly spelled out... "yeah, but that was interference, see in super slow mo, no way that's a foul."

Even worse, the idea that BELOW the Federal systems have any remedy is the bigger issue. So Pence said, "these States suck..." the States themselves would then go through a mess to figure out how to fix it. That's where the rigging is, and only in small pockets by design, and Pennsylvania just changed the rules before the election anyway.

2020 set the tone "The American people have a right to know who is President today, no later."

We're children, we think all hell breaks loose if we take our time. We're also all experts in legal procedure because Law and Order.

We all think that Morality is the guiding force, it isn't now, which is the biggest cancer.

Theoretically.

The "the government ain't gonna ______, because we've got 300m guns" folks let: Lockdowns, Masks, Jabs, Riots, etc. happen and not a shot fired. Arguably the worst thing to ever happen to the planet, not one gun unholstered, but folks did sue and beg a lot, only to be denied remedy for Jabs, Masks, Closures, Lockdowns etc.

2023 folks will see what happened while they took a knee.

The problem is the "people" are now conditioned to accept the GOVERNMENT as the remedy for The Government. They go to the Government to resolve issues with the Government, using the Government Systems. When trouble arrises, they want to create a Bureaucracy to oversee the Bureaucracy to make sure the Bureaucracy is doing the job of a Bureaucracy.

The DOI is a moral document, not one that fits into the mechanism of monetary or other remedy. Everyone has to agree both to accept it as the guiding force, and, more importantly, agree on the meaning.

For the love of god, this country is so mind controlled they'll disagree on the time of day (they do, day light savings) there is no chance they'd accept the meanings inherent in the guiding document, especially those who went through life never reading it. To say nothing of those who see it as an Alt Right Wing White Supremacist Patriarchal Enslavement System.

The later folks are the violent one's now, not the moral one's, and this makes all the difference. Inversion.

What we are seeing now is the fruits of our labor. The fruits of allowing the State to educate us, control us, think for us, and so on by creating millions of words worth of arguable laws, codes, rules, regulations, systems, and all without recourse to anyone without a million dollars to burn on a court case in the HOPES that morality prevails. One thing I noticed about the court systems, Morality is excluded at all costs.

So yes, the DOI does provide the "solution" but it would also mean the DOI goes kaput within the effort to kick them out. No, sadly for now we're stuck within the vicious cycle of looking to the enslavers to resolve the complaints of the slaves.... for now,,, just now that is.

It just dawned on me while reading this post, that if a whole lot of people started to drop dead publicly (like we have going on now) The sudden appearance of a godlike being showing up could very well cause the remaining people to fall for any religion. Much like that One World Religion that everyone from Schwab to the Pope seem to be pushing.

A false Rapture is a great way to explain away the mass-genocide.
A holograph of a false deity is a great way to get a mass of people under control.
A false religion can be used to keep a population under control.

A well timed casting of this false deity image can be very effective in doing everything that the NWO gang wants, and all it costs us is a few billion lives.

The Pentagon. QTSR is suggesting that they were also controlling not only the development of the virus but also were in control of the development of the supposed "vaccines". Puppet master with the vaccine manufacturers Pfizer and Moderna as the puppets.

This makes perfect sense because I have been wondering for ages now as to where are the whistle blowers from Pfizer and Moderna who were involved in the research and development. I mean there must have been people around this who at this point would have come forward. But as far as anyone knows there has been silence. Only some Moderna senior researchers have exited the company discreetly. They must know the Pentagons involvement.
It was odd how quickly Pfizer came up with the formula for the jabs but it makes perfect sense if they had a helping hand.

Exactly. You word it much better but this looks like the plan. Now it is just a matter of timing and what's a few billion people.
They now have the technology to combine sound with it so people will be utterly convinced.
I don't know why this brings to mind the "Left Behind" Books.

I don't know if this makes sense but those left behind have ben left to continue the fight.

So people can just be hooked up and if they complete the activities that have been set by the crypto currency system they will get rewarded with cryptocurrency. Say if you look at a preselected advert or use a certain internet service.
What could go wrong? What if to get this crypto you have to engage in ethically and morally wrong activities or even illegal? What if someone doesn't want this level of control? Just excluded from the financial system.

Interesting timing, while everyone has been rather distracted with a bioweapon.

I never saw the movies but read the series. But doesn't all of this feel like inversion? Cranky talks about that quite often.
I had some family members pass before this plandemic started and I have thought that they were the least capable of having emotionally and mentally survived this. In some ways spared. I can't imagine how I could have helped them through all of this. One of them was an extreme germa phobe so can you just imagine?
