This case highlights an important issue with these cases. It's nearly impossible to prove that an individual received greater damage (either physical or economical) than anyone else. I have to wonder if the only way forward in these voter fraud cases would be to have a class action lawsuit against a state.
Here is Washington State the guy that against Inslee, Loren Culp, could have done one of these cases and probably had it heard since by running for office he lost his job, and by not winning evidence has shown that Inslee had a hand in removing his job from the county in which he lived. This would have shown that voting fraud had cost him a job, and by running he was targeted by the winner of the election. Sadly though, he never filed a case. This just goes to show that it's not like there are people who couldn't have gotten their case heard, but rather it's that those same people refused (for some reason) to not file a case.
As a side note top this, the day that Culp had taken the subpoena to the state, the Attorney General's office refused it, and publicly stated that they had never received it. Even though Culp had the media with him when it was handed to the State's Secretary (who is now in charge of National Elections).

This was a huge mistake, not spelling out remedy or damage constraints led to the fraud aspect.

The Declaration of Independence is law. But that will only be the case at the convenience of those arguing against it. Like the Bible...I love how people pick and choose what they want from the Bible.
