There were like 50 other oddities today, including Team Joe's twitter feed. But I'll leave you with this...
They actually issued Churchill talking points, ChurCHILL, to prop up actor Zel.
Thereâs no denying the magic of the holiday season, whether it be the look on peopleâs faces when you give them gifts, the twinkling of red and green lights on every house and evergreen trees, or that mysterious saucer-shaped object whizzing past the night sky at otherworldly speeds and angles.
Okay, that last one is a bit of a stretchâbut probably not as much as you would think.
First, some context: UFO sightings are the highest during the summer months, most commonly in July and June. Data provided to The Daily Beast from the UFO Reporting Center found that July 4th takes the top spot when it comes to ET sightings âas people tend to misidentify fireworks,â according to Christian Stepien, the technical director of the organization.
Thatâs about the same as many other UFO reporting databases. These databases also tend to report more sightings during the merriest time of the year: Christmas.
âWe do have a slight uptick twice a year in the summer and around the holidays,â Ron James told The Daily Beast. James is the media relations director of Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), one of the oldest and largest organizations dedicated to studying ET sightings.

Understanding Operation Flicker
Of the 5200 domestic clients discovered in one $%$% pornography investigation, investigators identified 264 DoD employees, accounting for 5.1% of the total perpetrators. Disturbing, no? It gets worse
âThe cops that came to the scene said it was one of the most horrific things they had ever seen, stabbed her from her face down to the bottom of her legs â but you can say youâre a woman and all of the sudden youâre in a womenâs prison,â Rogan said.

Whoever QTheStormRider is, they don't seem to understand that the Florida Supreme Court is not SCOTUS. Or, they don't know that the Brunson (not "Bruson") case was initially filed in Utah, not Florida. Or maybe is confused about how the US and States' judiciaries are structured.

What are you talking about? This is about the case in Florida, separate from Utah or the SCOTUS. All that you just posted doesn't change the fact there is a case in Florida going to the Florida Supremes.

The word mall, as in shopping mall, has traveled a long and winding path, beginning with the Italian game of pallamaglio, which was played with a ball and a mallet. The name of the game found its way into French as pallemaille, which in turn became English pall mall. Pall Mall is now the name of a street in central London where the game was once played, and The Mall, which was also once the site of such games, is now a tree-lined promenade leading to Buckingham Palace. In the 1950s, the word mall was applied to streets that were closed off to make shops convenient for pedestrians. Later mall was used to denote complexes built specifically for shopping and located outside of urban centers.Â

That powerful entities (including international financial institutions) are in a strong position to influence national (and international) law has long been recognized (Passas, 1999: 401). In an increasingly globalized world, we need to adopt conceptions of crime that transcend limitations of traditional state-based law. Crime itself is increasingly a transnational or global phenomenon. Nikos Passas (2000: 17-18) offers the following definition of transnational crime: "...cross-border misconduct that entails avoidable and unnecessary harm to society, is serious enough to warrant state intervention, and is similar to other kinds of acts criminalized in the countries concerned or by international law." ......
Because they are not states, international financial institutions such as the World Bank are not technically bound by this U.N. covenant, but the states to which they have made loans have generally ratified the covenant (Stark, 2000: 536-537). Even if these states have done little, if anything, to enforce the economic covenant, willful failures by the international financial institutions and the states to comply with these standards may be regarded as crimes in terms of the conception offered above. Accordingly, if the policies and practices of an international financial institution such as the World Bank result in avoidable, unnecessary harm to an identifiable population, and if these policies lead to violation of widely recognized human rights and international covenants, then crime in a meaningful sense has occurred, whether or not specific violations of international or state law are involved. The failure to characterize the forms of harm perpetrated by international financial institutions as crime tends to dilute the seriousness of such activity.
