Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has confirmed that Chechen strongman Ramzan Kadyrov is in critical condition due to serious illness, SBU Spokesperson Andriy Yusov told the Ukrainian news outlet Obozrevatel on Sept. 15.
"Yes, indeed, there is information that war criminal Kadyrov is in serious condition — his existing diseases have worsened and caused such a serious condition," Yusov said.
Obozrevatel had earlier reported claims from sources in Chechnya that Kadyrov had fallen into a coma. While Yusov did not provide details on Kadyrov's medical issues, he confirmed that the problem was not an injury and that his health was worsening.
"He has been ill for a long time, and it is about systemic health problems. But he has been in serious condition for the last few days," Yusov said.
Yusov said that the information about Kadyrov's health has been confirmed by multiple medical and political sources.

I honestly don't know what his health status is. I've heard all the scuttlebutt on both sides that he's fine or that he's gravely ill. The date of that video has not been verified.

Well he released another video he seems to be fine. He celebrated national women's day.
The date of when the video, in which the 46-year-old autocrat speaks in a halting manner, was filmed, however, has not been verified.

Where is the evidence this is a fake video and she is involved in making fake videos? Pretty sure the video has even been posted by Sarah Ashton-Cirillo on her own twitter account.
Here is the video by Na'omi Ducaena Allen
twitter.com...
She says "We in Ukraine are led on this mission..." representing herself as Ukrainian. So the evidence it's fake is her self description that she's defected to the other side, she's misrepresenting herself as "we in Ukraine". To repeat, she has said:
"I am not Ukrainian, I don't owe the Ukrainian state an ounce of loyalty", so either "we in Ukraine" has to be fake, or ""I am not Ukrainian, I don't owe the Ukrainian state an ounce of loyalty" has to be fake, I'm going with the former. You want to choose the latter? What's your evidence for that?

You literally quoted this when you replied to the video posting here:
Do you know what SNL is? It's a comedy show, there's even a smiley face laughing at it. So it sounded like the person posting it was laughing at it, that wasn't a clue for you that it's a fake video?

Whoever is writing the script in Ukraine needs a spot on SNL 🤣
Your link to the Cirillo post of the video is Cirillo's response to the "Russian propaganda" in the fake video. Evidence? Read the first line in her post!
"My response to the Russian Propagandists: "
Referring to the Russian propaganda in the video falsely claiming "We in Ukraine..."
Naomi Allen wasn't born in Russia but she says she defected to the Russian side and that fake video is her form of Russian propaganda.
Of course it's the same video, that was my whole point!!! It's not Cirillo, who made the video, it's the faker Allen! It sounds like maybe you realize it's Allen's video, but you don't seem to have realized it's not Cirillo's video, Cirillo just responded to it. Read what Cirillo says about the video in her post, I don't think you understand what she says when she says she's responding to Russian propaganda.

The video Allen posted is the same video lol. I even went back and listened to the video Allen posted side by side to the video Cirillo posted and it was of the same person, same voice, and the words lined up perfectly. If anyone wants to watch the video Allen posted to compare with the video I posted in my last comment I will link it below.
If, for example, one can show that information campaigns purposefully spread lies that Ukrainian military are hiding in civilian areas such as hospitals in the advent of an attack, and encourage attacks on the areas, then these lies become more than just abhorrent, they become integral parts of aiding and abetting crimes...
Ukraine will be the place where we challenge this and delineate between the genuine right to even the nastiest types of speech and the use of information tools as part of a new form of enhancing repression and facilitating atrocities.
So the moral of that story is don't glorify Russian war crimes in Ukraine in your blog and go to Ukraine, you may face legal consequences. Some Russian propaganda claimed Ukraine was killing their own civilians and blaming it on the Russians, which I would say crosses the freedom of speech line, when it's not true.
Lira was charged under article 436-2 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code, parts 2 and 3, pertaining to wartime propaganda. He will remain in jail as the case moves forward, and an active investigation is still underway.
An SBU spokesperson said that after the start of the full-scale invasion, “the blogger was one of the first to support the Russian invaders and glorify their war crimes... Additionally, in his comments he disputed the details of Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian cities and mass murders of civilians.”
Ukrainian forces liberated Klishchiivka, south of Bakhmut, on September 17 and continued successful offensive operations elsewhere in the Bakhmut direction. Geolocated footage posted on September 17 shows Ukrainian forces holding up flags in Klishchiivka (7km southwest of Bakhmut).
Russian forces launched another series of Shahed-131/136 drone and cruise missile strikes at southern Ukraine on the night of September 16-17. The Ukrainian General Staff reported that Russian forces launched six Shahed drones from the southeastern and southern directions and 10 Kh-101/555/55 air-launched cruise missiles from nine Tu-95MS strategic bombers that took off from Engels Airbase, Saratov Oblast.
Russian forces conducted offensive operations along the Kupyansk-Svatove-Kreminna line, near Bakhmut, along the Avdiivka-Donetsk City line, and in the Donetsk-Zaporizhia Oblast area on September 17 and advanced in some areas.
All six deputy defence chiefs have been abruptly fired with no explanation
Ukraine says the decision was made on Monday during a cabinet meeting
It comes after Zelensky fired his top defence chief amid graft allegations

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has fired all six of his deputy defence minister with no explanation weeks after dismissing his top defence minister go.
Ukraine's cabinet said that the decision was made today, according to a post that revealed the mass dismissal.
No explanation was given as to why Vladimir Gavrilov, 65, Rostyslav Zamlynskii, 47, Hanna Maliar, 45, Denis Sharapov, 50, Vitalii Deineha, and Kostiantyn Vashchenko, 50, were all dismissed.
But the move comes just two weeks after Zelensky fired his wartime defence chief amid allegations of graft and corruption.
Oleksii Reznikov's tenure at Ukraine's wartime defence chief was marred by serious allegations of graft, which he denied.
He was accused of signing off on a deal with a Turkish company for winter uniforms that were 'tripled' in value.
The video shows the torpedo locations are forward of that, so if the layout in the video is correct, it doesn't seem likely to be a torpedo explosion, maybe the storm shadow can enter from the side?

Here are some close photos of the kilo class submarine targeted last week.
Russia claimed minimal damage, and said the sub would be repaired..
Yeah good luck with that Ivan.
The hole n the side looks blown outwards to me-maybe a missile hit the front torpedo area which resulted in an internal explosion causing the side to blow out?
The story about the defense ministry paying triple the actual cost of winter uniforms was that Reznikov did not personally sign off on that over-inflated deal, but he's responsible for what his staff does so he got fired. The logical assumption is that someone under him did sign off on that crooked deal, so it's not surprising there were more terminations since someone else did sign off on that, and that wasn't likely to be the only crooked deal. I think most people can put 2 and 2 together without Zelensky going into details about why they were terminated.

So the deputy DMS were crooked too?

True, but the attacks have intensified recently and Ukraine has recently been systematically been taking out the air defenses in Crimea defending the fleet. Not just in Crimea, remember those oil rigs they captured? One of the prizes Ukraine got on one of those rigs was a nice radar system that monitors traffic in the black sea! Ukraine can monitor black sea traffic with that radar system which they took from Russia. Note the strategically valuable location of that radar on the "recaptured offshore platforms" between Crimea and snake island on this map:

Russia's Black Sea Fleet has been sporadically attacked by Ukraine since the war began.
Cheers
Only a few vessels "X'd out" in that link, and a lot more to go, but did you hear what they said about the increase in drone strikes coming up in the "16 Sep: Ukrainians UNLEASH DRONES ON THE RUSSIAN NAVY" video in my previous post?

We can play bingo using the black sea fleet.
x.com...
That's a big increase in drone attacks!
The Ukrainian minister of innovation and technologies announced that from now on, Ukrainians will be able to attack the Black Sea fleet with higher frequency and more potency...As he succinctly said, "I guarantee there will be more drones, more attacks, and fewer Russian ships." When he was asked about the estimate, he said that by the end of this year, the number of done attacks will increase by 120-140 times, compared to the previous year.
So those over 23,000 certificates for the family members of deceased soldiers ordered in May apparently weren't enough, because they just ordered another 230,000!
In May, the Labour Ministry ordered almost 100,000 certificates for combat veterans to be printed, and over 23,000 certificates for family members of the deceased.
That's an awful lot of forms ordered for the families of deceased Russian soldiers ordered this year. I'm starting to wonder if Ukraine's estimates of Russian soldier deaths may not be as far off as some people think...because they are in that same ballpark as the number of those forms Russia ordered.
Journalists who examined documents on the state procurement portal discovered that Russia’s Labour Ministry has ordered 230,000 certificates for "family members of deceased war veterans, participants in the Great Patriotic War and combat veterans", as well as 757,305 combat veteran certificates, worth over RUB 79 million (US$817,411 – ed.) in total. The procurement tender foresees that 200,000 certificates for family members of deceased soldiers will be distributed to Russia’s Defence Ministry and 30,000 to the Ministry of Social Protection.
The tooltip over people says "liquidated", which I guess might mean dead and not just wounded, at least I wouldn't describe a wounded soldier as "liquidated". So that 272,940 number of "liquidated" Russian soldiers looks bigger than the 230,000 plus 23,000 dead soldier forms ordered this year, but Russia also ordered more of those dead soldier forms last year in 2022 so you would need to add those in also to compare to the 272,940 Ukrainian estimate of dead Russian soldiers, which is the total estimate since February 24, 2022.
Military personnel — aprx. 272940 people (Liquidated)

It's a fake video by Allen pretending to represent Ukrainians when Allen says in other posts she's not Ukrainian. You didn't answer my question about the proof the video is fake. Do you believe Allen when she says she's not Ukrainian and is not loyal to Ukraine? You should because many of her posts are consistent with that, in fact they are largely pro-Russian and anti-Ukrainian. So you shouldn't believe her fake video when she falsely claims to be a spokesperson for Ukrainians.
Russian propagandists exist in other parts of the world, not only Allen but people like Scott Ritter, a former US marine, who as far as I can tell is either on the payroll of Russia to produce Russian propaganda, or else he talks as if he is:
Scott Ritter: How former sex offender and US Marine works for Russian propaganda
So like Scott Ritter, whether she's on the Russian payroll or not, Allen spouts Russian propaganda. She's made that fake video you apparently did not and maybe still do not realize is fake Russian propaganda, saying what nasty things Ukrainians want to do, misrepresenting them to mock the Ukrainian justice system for wanting to deal with Russian propagandists falsely reporting things like "It's not Russians killing the Ukrainian civilians, Ukraine is killing their own civilians and blaming it on Russia".
Falsely accusing people of murders they didn't commit is a crime in many countries. If you go to the police and say that the woman next door to you comitted a murder you know she didn't commit, that's likely a crime where you live. And if you broadcast that false accusation on television and other media, there will likely be legal consequences.
So why should Russian propagandists be allowed to lie about genocide and not face any legal consequences? The point of this article is they should face consequences when they do that:
Russia’s genocidal propaganda must not be passed off as freedom of speech
If, for example, one can show that information campaigns purposefully spread lies that Ukrainian military are hiding in civilian areas such as hospitals in the advent of an attack, and encourage attacks on the areas, then these lies become more than just abhorrent, they become integral parts of aiding and abetting crimes...
Ukraine will be the place where we challenge this and delineate between the genuine right to even the nastiest types of speech and the use of information tools as part of a new form of enhancing repression and facilitating atrocities.
So Ukraine does attempt to legally prosecute some types of propaganda speech that cross the freedom of speech line, that much is true. But Allen's video is a fake representation of the Ukrainian position on that, sorry if you don't get it, maybe someday you will. Actually your reaction to her fake video may be sort of what Allen is shooting for, her goal is probably to get Ukraine to stop prosecuting Russian propagandists. But Cirillo is saying in response to Allen's video, no Allen, obsess all you want with your Russian propaganda, we are still going to prosecute Russian propagandists as appropriate when they cross the line.
The propagandist currently at the center of this issue as far as I can tell appears to be Gonzalo Lira:
‘Red Pill’ Dating Coach Gonzalo Lira, Accused of Shilling for Putin, Is Arrested in Ukraine
So the moral of that story is don't glorify Russian war crimes in Ukraine in your blog and go to Ukraine, you may face legal consequences. Your right I watched an interview with her when she first started her new job. That is not her she doesn't wear a blonde wig and in fact her hair is very distinctive.
She was born in California and joined the ukraine military because of the atrocities she had witnessed.
