That was not Russia's goal in Ukraine. You seem like others on here seem to ignore the fact that Eastern Russian slav ethnic people in Eastern Ukraine.

Had being attacked, shelled by the Ukrainian government for their resistance due to because of the Ukrainian government had being miss treating the minorities in Eastern Ukraine.

This whole notion that Russia wants to build the Slav federation or Russian empire is complete nonsense.

Its amusing how some here are easily mislead by the mainstream news media when it comes to the Ukrainian conflict.



Its no wonder why many people were mislead on the Iraqi conflict.

With the Kherson offensive at its end with UA being dealt huge losses the offensive in Kharkiv has been a success. No idea what it has cost them yet.

The offensive from Kharkiv reminds me of Russia's initial push into Ukraine to Kyiv. It was an initial success but later turned out to be disastrous. Only time will tell if it was wise.

However, their capture of Balakleya could be a game-changer and worth any losses. I have posted on here many times that Balakleya holds Europe's second largest Ammo Depot ASP. If the depot still holds substantial ammo it could give Ukraine the much-needed supplies to feed their artillery.

You got to understand if russia would be the second language teached at schools for minority it takes resources. If russian speaking citizens want their eduacation done in russian language they can always start private schools to do that, don´t they?

Ukraine are reporting that Russia has moved about 1,300 Chechen fighters to the Kherson region to bolster Russian troops there.

A group of about 1,300 fighters from Ramzan Kadyrov’s Chechen units arrived in Kherson region to strengthen Russian troops in the temporarily occupied territories.
This is stated in the latest report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

The enemy continues to focus its efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk region, maintaining the temporarily captured districts of Kherson region, part of Kharkiv region, Zaporizhzhia region, and Mykolaiv region.
