Percoco v. United States (Nov. 28): Whether a private citizen who can influence government decision-making owes a duty to the public, so that he can be convicted of bribery.

Ciminelli v. United States (Nov. 28): Whether a defendant can be convicted under the federal wire-fraud statute based on a “right to control” theory – that is, failing to share information that is valuable in making business decisions.

United States v. Texas (Nov. 29): A challenge to the Biden administration’s policy of prioritizing certain groups of unauthorized immigrants for arrest and detention.

To me, 303 Creative v. Elenis and Moore v. Harper aren't as important as Percoco v. United States and United States ex rel. Polansky v. Executive Health Services might be.

A few new things popped up today that haven't been considered.

First one is this CBS report of potential direct US involvement in the war in Ukraine. A very scary development imo. Right before midterms too, how convenient. What do you guys think about this?

The thing that's scary tho, is if the US is mobilizing to take on Russia, which as the CBS report indicates, that may be in the cards and things are gonna get ugly if that happens.

I stated in this thread a few pages back is my theory is there won't be a midterm election because major war will escalate worldwide and it will be voted to suspend the election. Both parties will vote and we will see who is playing for the good guys and the bad guys. They get to keep their power and keep in place the money laundering war machine of Ukraine and parts of the EU and US MIC and it will become even more apparent to the people sleeping.

Many things are setting up to happen at once. Diesel supply is low, gas prices high with the oil reserves being used and sold off to China. Rumors of Trump being arrested with his Subpoena issued, Student Loan forgiveness, and interest rate hikes which will destroy the economy. Rumors of Supreme Court Hearing Election cases on the shadow Docket, All of these things are right around the corner or already begun in their infancy.

If this all happens at once you will need to see martial law due to the push back from the population which will include major censorship as the Cabals intentions are finally seen by all and revealed. Does this kick off the ending of the plan or do we realize there wasn't a plan and we were all played?

I believe there is a plan but I also believe it will be unlike anyone has predicted because besides a few no one knows how big or bad it really is. It's my opinion the next few weeks are going to get bumpy. There have been adequate warnings to stock up and prepare from not only the Q drops and Truthers but with major cities giving PSAs on Nuclear War, things are going to happen.

At first I thought the "Scare Event" was going to be just financial but I think it will be all the stuff above happening at once or very close together will be the event.

Another connection to April Fools Day. The U.S. Census was conducted on April 1, 2020. For the first time significant miscounting was discovered which resulted in a misallocation of members of Congress representing states. This in turn impacts the Electoral College Votes!
I find it mind boggling that we have no system in place to correct this. States like Florida and Texas should have more seats in Congress and other states less.
