Kalibr missiles have enough range to strike Lviv from the Caspian sea.
Also, Russian armed drones are expected to be hunting Ukrainian land based anti ship missile trucks.
Harpoon range 200 km is impressive, but Kalibr range is 10 times that 2,000 km.
As soon as Russian recon satellites and drones find Harpoon trucks those trucks will be cruise missiled by Kalibrs fired from Caspian sea.

Pretty hard to track cruise missiles. Odessa ain't that far from Kherson. Armed drones from Kherson can find and destroy Harpoon missile trucks at Odessa.

Ever try aiming at something going at near the speed of sound with a thing that weights 50 lb on your shoulder?

Stingers can't be used at night, and doesn't have enough time to lock on a cruise missile which flies past you within seconds.

Perhaps, but you can't shoot them all down. Offense is the best defense. And cruise missiles are getting faster and stealthier too, which makes them all that much harder to shoot down with MANPADS.

Russian forces committed multiple apparent war crimes while occupying the Ukrainian town of Bucha in March, New York-based Human Rights Watch said in a report released Thursday.
The report adds to the evidence documenting alleged atrocities by Russian troops in Ukraine.
The rights group’s researchers spent a week interviewing residents in Bucha, a suburb of the capital, Kyiv, earlier this month. They found evidence of summary executions, torture and enforced disappearances by Russian forces, “all of which would constitute war crimes and potential crimes against humanity,” the group said.
The Geneva Conventions governing the laws of war forbid indiscriminate killings, enforced disappearances and torture, as well as the humiliating or inhumane treatment of prisoners of war.

BEIJING (AP) — China’s credit card processor has refused to work with banks in Russia for fear of being targeted by sanctions over its war on Ukraine, cutting off a possible alternative after Visa and Mastercard stopped serving them, according to the Russian news outlet RBC.
UnionPay’s decision affects Sberbank, Russia’s biggest commercial bank, and smaller institutions, RBC reported Wednesday. It cited five unidentified sources in large Russian banks.
Mastercard and Visa suspended operations in Russia after the United States and other governments imposed trade and financial sanctions on President Vladimir Putin’s government for its attack on Ukraine.

maments that will enable Kyiv to get more of the equipment it needs.
Although Germany is the world's fifth-largest exporter of arms, it has long avoided sending weapons directly to conflict zones. Since Russia's invasion began in February, the government of Chancellor Olaf Scholz has sent light equipment, ammunition, and given additional funding to German arms manufacturers sending supplies to Ukraine.
However, this policy has been slammed — both inside and outside Germany — as not going nearly far enough, with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki saying that "the ambiguous position taken by Germany here is certainly not helpful."

New satellite images show evidence of mass graves outside of the Ukrainian city of Mariupol as Russians are nearing their conquest of the city.
Satellite images from Maxar Technologies show a mass grave site at a cemetery in Manhush, a town located about 12 miles west of Mariupol.
Analysis of satellite images from Maxar shows that there was an expansion of a new set of graves in this location at the end of March and that the gravesite continued to expand in April.
The new gravesite includes more than 200 new graves, according to Maxar.
Last month, a United Nations human rights ream reported evidence of mass graves around the city, which has been the target of a sustained bombing campaign that has leveled much of the city. Russian forces have targeted civilian areas — including apartment complexes and a theater serving as a shelter.
Key Takeaways
* The Kremlin’s declaration of victory in Mariupol is unlikely to enable the deployment of significant combat power to reinforce offensive operations in eastern Ukraine in the coming days or weeks.
* Russian forces involved in the battle of Mariupol are likely heavily damaged and Ukrainian forces succeeded in tying down and degrading a substantial Russian force.
* Russian forces continued offensive operations in eastern Ukraine but made only marginal gains.
* Ukrainian forces continued to halt Russian attacks around Izyum.
