No disrespect, but Russia ain't no superpower. They have an economy the size of South Korea and a military that has been mauled by a smaller and poorer nation, whose military budget is a fraction of Russia's. They have zero global influence of significance. The only thing that gives Russia relevance in today's world is their stockpile of nukes, their corruption and their habit of belligerence.
We now know that if Russia actually attacked someone with real initial capabilities, they would have been flattened.
