Russian troops in Ukraine appear to be rapidly retreating from the areas around Kharkiv while Ukrainian armed forces make significant advances north and northwest of the city, as shown by unverified maps tracking Moscow's invasion of the neighboring country.
@War_Mapper, a Twitter account that has been mapping the Russian invasion of Ukraine since February 24 using drone and satellite images of Ukraine, reported on Tuesday that Ukraine launched two offensive near Kharkiv, where Ukrainian troops took the settlements of Slobozhanske, Borshchova, Rus'ki Tyshky and Cherkas'ki north of the city, and Bairak, Rubizhne, Verkhnii, Saltiv and Zamilivka northwest of Kharkiv.

Key Takeaways
* The Ukrainian counteroffensive in northern Kharkiv took further ground and have possibly closed to within 10km of the Russian border.
* Belarusian authorities are escalating rhetoric accusing NATO and the US of threatening Belarusian borders, but Belarus remains unlikely to join the war.
* Russian operations around Izyum remain stalled.
* DNR and Russian forces are advancing efforts to consolidate their control of the ruins of Mariupol, including reportedly attempting to reopen steel plants to produce military equipment.
* Russian forces in eastern Ukraine continued attempts to encircle the Severodonetsk area and reportedly reached the Donetsk-Luhansk administrative border from Popasna.
* Russian and Ukrainian forces did not conduct any significant attacks on the southern axis.

Seems like it would be months in any case to get that plant into working order. Surely Russia has operating facilities of their own if they want to produce steel for weapons. If their military equipment stores are really that low, they are in very serious trouble.
Cheers

Yeah but there nothin to negotiate with when dealing with a colonialist NATO which sees as its primary aim to destroy Russia and plant a star apangled US / EU / NATO flag on the Kremlin.
Putin warned the colonialist west about moving into what he sees as Russias near abroad and was met with deaf ears.
All these mafiosa are as bad as each other yet the way certain posters see Zelensky as tastier than cream and Putin as puking as eating hot coals are very very blinded by the reality that both sides in this eatern European special operation are as rotten as tomatoe induced donkey sh*te
