He will declare war, allowing him to mobilize troops. At the rate they are loosing troops and equipment though I dont see it making much difference. I am curious to see if Putin declares war on NATO / West. Apparently, according to Putin, we have "crossed several of their red lines".

The contingent of troops from S. Ossetia quit and returned home. The interviews they gave talked about not getting weapons. The tanks they were assigned were barely operational and several tanks could not even fire the main gun. There was no ammo. When they brought the issue to the Russian commander they were ordered to "just go0 to the front". That was when the drew the line and left. They stated they refuse to be cannon fodder.

According to the British MoD several elite Russian units (airborne etc) were so badly mauled that they are several years from being reconstituted. 25% of the Russian BTG's deployed to Ukraine are considered combat ineffective.

Belarus announced upcoming drills for their military, leading to speculation that Belarus will attack Ukraine should Putin declare an al out war. It did not work out well for Belarus the first time they entered Ukraine and I doubt this time will be any different.

This article discusses what Putin's "red lines" are / were and to be honest Putin seems like a whiny little bitch. One of the red lines were reporting on civilian casualties.

However, he noted that since the impression among NATO members is that Russia's threats "are hollow," Putin "may feel the need to conduct a 'limited' strike, perhaps against training or logistical centers in Poland or elsewhere. Such a move would obviously be extremely risky, in terms of setting off an escalation spiral."

Risky? Attack Poland or other NATO countries / NATO assets would be the end of Putin and most likely humanity.


Putin Preparing Russians for War With NATO

Putin always appeared mad that other countries didnt respect him, and by extension Russia. After seeing how he reacts to a war he started (and is losing) and to complain about what other countries are doing is insane. It's like Putin expected the West / NATO to just watch and to do what he demands.

Right now it seems the only way for Putin to change the narrative is by claiming NATO is the reason Russia has not won and has taken so many losses (manpower and equipment). If he declares all out war May 9th I get the impression he is going to compound his asshattery by targeting NATO units.

Throwing temper tantrums because Putin is not getting his way only makes Putin look that much more like a no talent ass clown weak little bitch.

Apparently there is a Molodova near Kharkiv and this is what was being referred to. The only actions taken by Ukraine towards Moldova (the country) deals with Transnistria and Ukraine has blocked the border crossing with concrete barriers to prevent Russian forces from entering Ukraine and moving towards Odessa.

I already feel that Putin already started WWIII... I feel, with no proof to speak of, that as the atrocities amount, one of the Nations on the border of Ukraine, will intervene militarily. I don't know if it'll be Poland or not, but I suspect so. Again, only speculation on my part. I believe only this administration running America currently, will sit idle while Putin massacres those people. Europeans are quite different than us Americans, that I know for sure. They won't just keep sitting back and watching this and supplying arms and aid. All the above is just my opinion of course.

I agree... Although I doubt western European countries will do anything. East European countries, the ones that were occupied by the USSR, knows what's at stake if Russia is allowed to do what it wants without recourse from other countries.

Also, weirdly enough, Putin seems to be targeting Japan and is intentionally antagonizing them.When Japan sanctioned Russia, Ru8ssia left the discussions over the Kuril islands, islands that belonged to Japan that Russia took at the end of WW2. They were trying to work things out but it appears now Russia doesnt care to talk anymore. Japan has already issued a statements the islands in question are Japan's islands that are illegally being occupied by Russia.

russia's taking a real beating east of Kharkiv, and are in REAL danger of being pushed all the way back to the russian border in the entire region.

Ukrainians have been battling hard there for months, with a good deal of slow and steady success, but 10 of the early howitzers are there now and have been beating back the russian forces almost as fast as they can leap frog their two howitzer fire bases for the last couple days.

They are using some of their new Bushmasters with their new precision targeting UK light drones, to drop precision rounds directly onto individual russian armored and other equipment hidden in woods in that area, from well beyond the range of any russian weapons in the area.

Russia will either need to pull 5-10 BTGs from elsewhere and risk losing Kherson, or have long range American precision artillery firing from the russian border as they turn south to join the main battle from the rear six of 10 russian BTGs dug in fighting in the opposite ditection, which would probably kill everyone in those BTGs in a few days.

russia is in a WHOLE lot of trouble if this happens, they absolutely cannot afford to lose that many BTGs in the northeast and still continue the war.

And that appears to be happening right now.

Will russia react to prevent this?

Can they?

Has anyone spotted where the rest of the Bushmasters are?

I strongly suspect that's where we're gonna discover the rest of Ukraine's new long range artillery is, and this should tell us what Ukraine's plans are.

I don't know, but I suspect we're gonna find out over the next week.
