NATO did not have the backing of the United Nations Security Council to use force in Yugoslavia. Further, NATO did not claim that an armed attack occurred against another state.

except it did with UNSC 1244. I linked it so you can read it and learn. Maybe peruse the other unsc resolution going back 1-2 years before 1244.

and had russia not veto'd UN action to protect the ethnic cleansing in Yugoslavia it would have stopped sooner.

China and Russia said the would veto any UN resolution dealing with Yugoslavia, rubber stamping the ethnic cleansing that was coming from one side only - Serbia/Yugoslavia and it was directed at all ethnic Albanians.

Is Russia asking China for help? What a wild lie! Russia is ready to fight alone, even with the whole world and plus with aliens. In the operation in Ukraine, I have never even seen the T-90 and Armata tanks, I have not seen the Terminator tank support combat vehicle, and I have almost never seen the TOS - 1 A. I want to note that the T-90 tank is the main tank in the Russian army. Russia is fighting in Ukraine on old Soviet T-72 and T-80 tanks.

In Ukraine, heavy bombers, Tu 160 and Tu -95 and Tu - 22M3 are not used at all . There are only light attack aircraft Su - 25, Su - 34 and Su-39.

Russia has not even called up reserve troops. So far, only contract soldiers are fighting in Ukraine. By and large, Russia has not even started fighting yet and has such a margin of safety that all NATO countries can only envy. So there can be no question about Russia's requests to China. It's all fairy tales and misinformation.

There is nothing stopping Russia or China from forming their own alliance setup. It wont do them much good but what ever. Based on Russia's misadventures in Ukraine NATO does not have much to worry about from Russia except for an unhinged Putin and his nukes. The FSB just need to finish putin off.

6k to 12k russian soldiers dead or captured, and after 2 weeks going into week 3. Congrats, they almost beat their death record of 14k soldiers dead in 10 years of fighting in Afghanistan.
